The thesis presents the computer program Allright, which is a part of Nemetschek design method "Design2Cost'', which also contains program Allplan. The introductory part presents the basic concept of the program, show its usefulness and operation and connection and compatibility with the program Allplan. The second part is more practical tasks, because i show how the program works under Slovenian accounting rules in simple cases. Then i check the operation of program with slovenian rules on concrete example, residential neighbourhood Mlac near Nova Gorica. In the end I have a comparison between the conventional way of accounting and accounting with program

Introduction. One of the most common causes of death, permanent disability in people aged over 40 is a stroke. The effective rehabilitation of stroke patients is affected by proper nursing care, as well as by assistance, presence and support for families of patients.Aim. The aim of this study was to obtain nurses’ opinion about the problems in the nursing care of patients after stroke.Material and Methods. The study was conducted with the participation of 60 respondents aged 23–58 years (average age: 38.1) including 4 men and 56 women. The respondents were of practitioners nurses at surgical and conservative wards in a healthcare facility in Silesia. The research tool was a questionnaire completed voluntarily by respondents, ensuring anonymity.Results. According to 85% of the respondents the most common problems that emerged during the nursing care of patients after stroke consisted of mental disorders occurring in patients. Then, performance of the toilet of the whole body of the patient (21.6%), education of the patients and their families (21.6%) and taking actions against anti-bedsore (18.3%). The fewest problems in nursing care accounted for oral feeding of patients (6.6%) and the situation in which the patient experienced pain (3.3%). Whereas feeding the patient through the tube and participation in pharmacotherapy was not the reason for problems that arise in the care of patients after stroke.Conclusions. 1) Working conditions of nurses at profile conservative and surgical wards, where hospitalized patients are of III and IV category of care contribute to the formation of significant physical and psychological burdens of this professional group, which reduces efficiency and thus reduces job satisfaction. 2) For the study group, the greatest problems of nursing are patients with mental disorders, education of the patients and their families and the performance of the patient’s whole body toilet. They hinder the care of the patient after a stroke. 3) The occurrence of adverse events did not constitute, according to the study group, a problem in patient care, so this perception of the study group points to the emerging syndrome of ‘burnout’. This may entail negative consequences in patient’s care, who need appropriate and comprehensive care after stroke. Materiał i metody. (PNN 2017;6(2):73–80

Atomic data from the IRON Project. I. Electron-impact scattering of Fe17+ using R-matrix theory with intermediate coupling

We present results for electron-impact excitation of F-like Fe calculated using R-matrix theory where an intermediate-coupling frame transformation (ICFT) is used to obtain level-resolved collision strengths. Two such calculations are performed, the first expands the target using 2s2 2p5, 2s 2p6, 2s2 2p4 3l, 2s 2p5 3l, and 2p6 3l configurations while the second calculation includes the 2s2 2p4 4l, 2s 2p5 4l, and 2p6 4l configurations as well. The effect of the additional structure in the latter calculation on the n=3 resonances is explored and compared with previous calculations. We find strong resonant enhancement of the effective collision strengths to the 2s2 2p4 3s levels. A comparison with a Chandra X-ray observation of Capella shows that the n=4 R-matrix calculation leads to good agreement with observation</p

Non-LTE iron abundances in cool stars: The role of hydrogen collisions

In the aim of determining accurate iron abundances in stars, this work is meant to empirically calibrate H-collision cross-sections with iron, where no quantum mechanical calculations have been published yet. Thus, a new iron model atom has been developed, which includes hydrogen collisions for excitation, ionization and charge transfer processes. We show that collisions with hydrogen leading to charge transfer are important for an accurate non-LTE modeling. We apply our calculations on several benchmark stars including the Sun, the metal-rich star {\alpha} Cen A and the metal-poor star HD140283

Empirical comparison of correlation measures and pruning levels in complex networks representing the global climate system

Climate change is an issue of growing economic, social, and political concern. Continued rise in the average temperatures of the Earth could lead to drastic climate change or an increased frequency of extreme events, which would negatively affect agriculture, population, and global health. One way of studying the dynamics of the Earth's changing climate is by attempting to identify regions that exhibit similar climatic behavior in terms of long-term variability. Climate networks have emerged as a strong analytics framework for both descriptive analysis and predictive modeling of the emergent phenomena. Previously, the networks were constructed using only one measure of similarity, namely the (linear) Pearson cross correlation, and were then clustered using a community detection algorithm. However, nonlinear dependencies are known to exist in climate, which begs the question whether more complex correlation measures are able to capture any such relationships. In this paper, we present a systematic study of different univariate measures of similarity and compare how each affects both the network structure as well as the predictive power of the clusters. © 2011 IEEE

Diagnostic Line Emission from EUV and X-ray Illuminated Disks and Shocks around Low Mass stars

Extreme ultraviolet (EUV, 13.6 eV < h\nu \lta 100 eV) and X-rays in the 0.1-2 keV band can heat the surfaces of disks around young, low mass stars to thousands of degrees and ionize species with ionization potentials greater than 13.6 eV. Shocks generated by protostellar winds can also heat and ionize the same species close to the star/disk system. These processes produce diagnostic lines (e.g., [NeII] 12.8 μ\mum and [OI] 6300 \AA) that we model as functions of key parameters such as EUV luminosity and spectral shape, X-ray luminosity and spectral shape, and wind mass loss rate and shock speed. Comparing our models with observations, we conclude that either internal shocks in the winds or X-rays incident on the disk surfaces often produce the observed [NeII] line, although there are cases where EUV may dominate. Shocks created by the oblique interaction of winds with disks are unlikely [NeII] sources because these shocks are too weak to ionize Ne. Even if [NeII] is mainly produced by X-rays or internal wind shocks, the neon observations typically place upper limits of \lta 10^{42} s1^{-1} on the EUV photon luminosity of these young low mass stars. The observed [OI] 6300 \AA line has both a low velocity component (LVC) and a high velocity component. The latter likely arises in internal wind shocks. For the former we find that X-rays likely produce more [OI] luminosity than either the EUV layer, the transition layer between the EUV and X-ray layer, or the shear layer where the protostellar wind shocks and entrains disk material in a radial flow across the surface of the disk. Our soft X-ray models produce [OI] LVCs with luminosities up to 10410^{-4} L_\odot, but may not be able to explain the most luminous LVCs.Comment: 51 pages, 10 figures, accepted to Ap
