    A corrected model of statistical energy analysis (SEA) in a non-reverberant acoustic space

    Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) is a well-known method to analyze the flow of acoustic and vibration energy in a complex structure. The method is based on the power balance equation where energy in the divided subsystems must be reverberant. This study investigates the application of SEA model in a non-reverberant acoustic space where the direct field component dominates the total sound field rather than a diffuse field in a reverberant space. Here, a corrected SEA model is proposed where the direct field component in the energy is removed and the power injected in the subsystem considers only the remaining power after the loss at first reflection. To validate the model, a measurement was first conducted in a box divided into two rooms where the condition of reverberant and non-reverberant can conveniently be controlled. In the case of a non-reverberant space where acoustic material was installed inside the wall of the experimental box, the signals are corrected by eliminating the direct field component in the measured impulse response. Using the corrected SEA model, comparison of the coupling loss factor (CLF) with the theory shows good agreement. Secondly, a test was conducted in a car cabin where the front and rear cabins act as two separate subsystems. A loudspeaker was first used to inject the sound energy into the subsystems and several microphones were located to measure the transfer function. The CLF and the damping loss factor (DLF) were obtained using the classical SEA model. The corrected CLF and DLF are then calculated using corrected SEA model after eliminating the direct field components. The engine was then turned on to provide the input energy into the cabin. The sound power transmitted into the cabin was measured and from here the sound pressure level (SPL) can be obtained, either using the uncorrected CLF and DLF or using the corrected CLF and DLF. The results were compared with the directly measured SPL showing that good agreement is obtained from those using the corrected SEA model

Dari hal ini diperlukan analisis pada material menggunakan software solidwork sehingga akan diketahui lebih detail faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan toothed tersebut terlepas. Dari Hasil penelitian ini di dapatkan perubahan bentuk pada toothed saat terjadi pembebanan, pada gambar 3.17 disini terjadi perpindahan benda, dan pada 3.18 terjadi rengangan pada benda, maka hal ini terjadi perpindahan teethed dari holding dapat dilihat pada gambar 2.4. potensi untuk terjadinya hal ini sangat kecil.     Bruguiera gymnorrhiza (bakau) fruit has a great potency as a traditional medicine, but the safety has not known yet, therefore a test to determine the toxic effects of this fruit into living thing is needed. This research aimed to determine the acute toxicity effect of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza fruit extracts in rats based on Loomis criteria. This research was an experimental research laboratory with Post Test Only Control Group Design. Ten rats were divided into two groups. The control group was fed with a standard food while the treatment group was given Bruguiera gymnorrhiza (bakau) fruit extract at a dose of 5.000 mg/kg BB. After 24 hours, two groups were observed by calculating the number of the dead rats, if there was no dead rat, they were sacrificed for an autopsy for liver histopathological examination. The result of this research showed there was no dead rat during the treatment process . Histopathological examination of rat liver cells showed no necrosis, degeneration, inflammation, fibrosis, and cirrhosis.     Efektivitas Chlorhexidine sebagai Inhibitor MMP-2 dan MMP-9 dalam Proses Dermonekrosis Akibat Racun Kumbang Tomcat (Paederus sp.) (The Effectiveness of Chlorhexidine as MMP-2 and MMP-9 inhibitor in Dermonecrotic Process due to Rove Beetles Toxin (Paederus sp.))

    Paederus dermatitis is dermonecrotic condition caused by Rove beetles (Paederus sp.). Paederin toxin come from endosymbiotic between rove beetles and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and can produces MMP-2 and MMP-9. Chlorhexidine is expected to be alternative therapy and prevention of dermatitis paederus due to it's MMP inhibitor and bacteriostatic effect. The study aimed to investigated the effectivity of chlorhexidine as MMP-2 and MMP-9 inhibitor in dermonecrotic process due to rove beetles toxin. Research groups consisted of negative control (paederin toxin), treatment 1 (paederin toxin + chlorhexidine 0,012%), treatment 2 (paederin toxin + chlorhexidine 0,06%), treatment 3 (paederin toxin + chlorhexidine 0,3%), and normal control (aquadest). As much as 9,3 µg paederin toxin and chlorhexidine are injected to the well of 8% acrylamide gel containing gelatin. Measuring of band density using ImageJ showed a decreasing of MMP-2 and MMP-9 band density. Negative control group was considered to have 1 of relative optical density. The result showed that chlorhexidine 0,06% can inhibits 21,6% MMP-2 activities and at 0,3% can inhibits 16,4% MMP-9 activities. One way ANOVA test show different significantly between negative control and treatment group (p<0,05). In conclusion chlorhexidine has potency as MMP-2 and MMP-9 inhibitor in dermonecrotic process due to Rove Beetles toxin. Keywords: Rove beetles(Paederus sp.), dermonrcrotic, MMP-2, MMP-9, chlorhexidin

    Pengajuan klaim pembiayaan pelayanan kesehatan oleh fasilitas kesehatan kepada BPJS Kesehatan diberikan jangka waktu paling lambat 6 bulan sejak pelayanan kesehatan selesai diberikan dan terdapat pengecualian pada beberapa hal. Mengingat pentingnya peran koder dalam melakukan ketepatan pengisian koding penyakit pada e-klaim, maka peneliti bermaksud melakukan penelitian untuk menelusuri determinan perilaku ketepatan pengisian kode penyakit yang dihasilkan koder rawat inap serta melihat faktor predisposing yang mempengaruhinya.Penelitian menggunkan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan Observasi, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 5 informan. Informan utama pada penelitian ini adalah Koder berjumlah 2 orang dan verifikator Internal yang berjumlah 3 orang. Hasil analisis Faktor Predisposing berdasarkan segi pengetahuan, dalam hal ini koder memahami tentang klaim pending dan tidak hanya sekedar tahu terhadap klaim pending, koder dapat menyebutkan penyebab terjadinya klaim pending secara detail. Berdasarkan segi sikap, lebih ke kurang setuju dalam hal menerima klaim pending karena petugas harus meluangkan waktunya untuk mengerjakan berkas pending tersebut kembali namun petugas tetap bertanggung jawab (responsible). Dalam mengisian kode pada apliksi e-klaim tentu perlu diperhatikannya tanda pada kode penyakit. Vedika merupakan sistem yang dikembangkan oleh BPJS Kesehatan untuk mempercepat proses verifikasi klaim. Koder memahami tentang baik dalam hal klaim pending, pemberian kode icd 10 sehingga mempermudah dalam diagnosa.     THE INFLUENCE OF SOSIALISZATION AND MUZAKKI'S UNDERSTANDING ON MUZAKKI'S DECISION IN PAYING ZAKAT IN BAITUL MAL CITY OF BANDA ACEHABSTRACTCurrently, the level of awareness and the desire of people to pay zakat through Baitul Mal City of Banda Aceh is still very low, so that the realization of zakat receipts very far from the existing potential. This study is aimed to examine the effect of publicity, promotions, reputation, religiosity and motivation simultaneously and partially on muzakki in paying zakat at Baitul Mal City of Banda Aceh. The data used are primary data obtained from disseminating questionnaires. The population in this study were residents of the city of Banda Aceh who were working aged 15 to 64 years. As many as 100 respondents were obtained using slovin method with convenience sampling technique. The data were then analyzed using binary logistic regression. The results showed that the publication, promotion, reputation, religiosity and motivation significantly and positively to the muzzaki's decision in paying zakat at Baitul Mal City of Banda Aceh. Next, so that muzakki decide to pay zakat in Baitul Mal City of Banda Aceh, beside increasing a good understanding of the obligation to pay zakat and the benefits of zakat on each muzakki, but also need to improve the reputation of Baitul Mal City of Banda Aceh institution to muzakki. Thus, the number of muzakki and the realization of zakat receipts in Baitul Mal City of Banda Aceh is increasing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh publikasi, promosi, reputasi, religiositas dan motivasi secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap keputusan muzakki membayar zakat di Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini penduduk Kota Banda Aceh yang sudah bekerja berumur 15 hingga 64 tahun. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode slovin dan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik convenience sampling. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi, promosi, reputasi, religiositas dan motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan muzakki membayar zakat di Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh. Selanjutnya agar muzakki memutuskan untuk membayar zakat di Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh, selain meningkatkan pemahaman yang baik tentang kewajiban membayar zakat dan manfaat zakat pada setiap muzakki tetapi juga perlu meningkatkan reputasi lembaga Baitul Mal Kota Banda Aceh kepada muzakki.     Pengaruh Induksi Racun Ubur-Ubur (Physalia utriculus) terhadap Fungsi Oksigenasi dari Eritrosit pada Mencit Jantan

    Jellyfish is one of the animals that is responsible for poisoning in human. The poisoning jellyfish commonly found is Physalia utriculus. Jellyfish poison is potential to cause hemolysis on blood. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of jellyfish (Physalia utriculus) poisoning induction toward the oxygenation function of the male mice erythrocytes. The method was true experimental design with post test only control group design. Eight male mice were devided into two groups: control and treatment groups with a dose of jellyfish poison 30 mg/kgBW. The observation was conducted by using a pulse oxymeter. The result showed average level of oxygen saturation in the control group minute 0; 15; 30; 60; 120; 240; 480; 720; 1440 were 55%; 54%; 63,75%; 70%; 65,25%; 67,5%; 65,75%; 72%; 55%, respectively. While in the treatment group were 61,25%; 62,75%; 59,75%; 58,5%; 51,75%; 58%; 57%; 75,75%; 47%, respectively. The statistical bivariate correlation test has a correlation coefficient value (r) 0,383. The significance value is (p) 0,309 (p>0,05). The conclusions of this study was jellyfish (Physalia utriculus) poisoning induction has no significant effect toward the change of oxygenation function of the male mice erythrocytes.     Paederus dermatitis caused by rove beetle makes the tissue damage called dermonecrosis. The MMP on pederin toxins from the symbiosis of rove beetle (Paederus sp.) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa is supposed can delay the wound healing process. Doxycycline gel as a MMP inhibitor is believed can accelerate the healing process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of doxycycline gel on the healing process of Paederus dermatitis by observing the number of fibroblasts as an indicator. This study used 40 mice, were divided into four major groups, those were normal control group, the negative control, treatment groups with doxycycline gel 1% and 5%. Termination was performed on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and 15. Data was obtained by calculating the number of fibroblasts per field of view, then processed in ImageJ and tested statistically with comparation test of One Way Anova. The average number of fibroblasts per field of view in treatment groups was higher. The peak occurred on day 7 and decrease on day 15. It indicated that the topical administration of doxycycline gel on Paederus dermatitis can accelerate healing process, showed by the increasing in average number of fibroblasts per field of view.     Efek Antiangiogenik Ekstrak Etanol Buah Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl.) pada Membran Korio Alantois (CAM) Embrio Ayam

    Angiogenesis is the growth of new blood vessels that are used to supply nutrients and oxygen including cancer cells. Phaleria macrocarpa contains tannin, saponin, alkaloid, and flavonoid, known as an antiangiogenesis. This study determined the antiangiogenic effects of ethanolic extract of Phaleria macrocarpa on chorio allantoic membrane of chicken embryos. The antiangiogenesis trials used chorio allantoic membrane of 9 days chicken embryos. There were 5 groups, negative control group [K(-)] and 4 treatment groups (P), each group containing 4 eggs. K(-) group using aquadest and tween 80%; P groups with ethanolic extract of Phaleria macrocarpa at a concentration 10 ug/µL, 40 ug/µL, 80 ug/µL, 160 ug/µL for P1, P2, P3, dan P4 respectively. The number of new blood vessels on chorio allantoic membrane were K(-): (42.5 ± 14.57), P1: (28.25 ± 3.59), P2: (28.5 ± 1.73), P3: (15 ± 4.32), and P4: (6.5 ± 1.73). In conclusion, the ethanolic extract of phaleria macrocarpa has an antiangiogenic effect on chorio allantoic membran by decreasing the number of new blood vessels.Keywords: angiogenesis, Phaleria macrocarpa, ethanolic extract, chorio allantoic membran

    Visual sensing or machine vision is a process of image data manipulation. The data can be used to interpret many things, one of which is the introduction of gesture. Gesture recognition is an interface that can recognize the gestures of a human being and translate these movements as instructions that can be understood by a computer. Gesture recognition can be used to translate sign language into speech people. This is because there are many people who do not understand the language of the hands of the speechless. So, people with disabilities have difficulty interacting in society. In this final assignment the introduction of gesture for the translation of sign language leads more to hand recognition, namely the detection of changes in hand motion, by using a laptop as its device. Laptops have cameras to capture the image of people who are speechless when communicating using sign language in the form of hand movements. Furthermore, the image is processed by the laptop processing unit to carry out the process of hand recognition. After the process is complete, the display screen will display the number of changes in the position of the hand movements performed by the speech person in front of the camera
