PEMBELAJARAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SAL (STUDENT ACTIVE LEARNING)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pemahaman konsep pada siswa kelas IV melalui pendekatan metode Student Active Learning (SAL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 112 Pamoyanan Kota Bandung dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 orang yang terdiri dari 17 orang siswa laki-laki dan 13 orang siswa perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi guru dan siswa, soal evaluasi matematika, serta angket guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran setelah menggunakan model SAL. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 78,33 yang tergolong dalam kategori baik, nilai tertinggi siswa sebesar 100 dan nilai terendah sebesar 60. Ketuntasan belajar siswa menunjukan 90,0% siswa mendapatkan nilai diatas kriteria ketuntasan minimum dan 10,0% masih mendapat nilai dibawah nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimu

Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Kinerja Guru: Studi di SLB Negeri Ciamis dan SLB Negeri Banjar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikanKemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Kinerja Guru di SLB Negeri Ciamis dan SLB Negeri Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian SLBN Ciamis dan SLBN Banjar, dengan objek penelitian adalahKemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Kinerja Guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada SLBN Ciamis dilakukan dalam bentuk rapat/pertemuan tatap muka bersama para guru.(2) Pengorganisasian kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada SLBN dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan guru dalam penugasan, (3) Penggerakkan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dilakukan dengan pembinaan kinerja, dan melaksanakan penilaian kinerja, (4) Pengawasan kinerja guru di SLBN Ciamis dan Banjar belum efektif. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah hendaknya memberikan bimbingan terhadap guru dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya dan melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja guru secara efektif sesuai ketentuan penilaian kinerja guru, disi lain kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah harus melakukan koordinasi yang lebih baik dalam melakukan pengawasan kinerja bagi guru. Kata Kunci: kemampuan manajerial, pengembangan, kinerja gur

PELATIHAN PADA PENGELOLAAN ADMINISTRASI MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT OFFICE BAGI STAF DESA PERKEBUNAN LIMAU MANIS

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi terus berkembang namun di desa Limau Manis masih tertinggal dalam hal teknologi khususnya dalam penggunaan komputer. Selain itu tempat kawasan desa jauh dari perkotaan yang masih banyak kekurangan, terutama untuk kawasan yang ada di desa Limau Manis. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi staf desa di desa limau manis adalah kurang memanfaatkan teknologi perangkat lunak yang ada dalam program komputer. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah meningkatkan kemampuan perangkat desa dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office dengan baik dan meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam melakukan pelayanan masyarakat menggunakan Microsoft Office. Metode pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dengan cara diskusi dan interaktif untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan kepada peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pengetahuan secara teori dan praktek di kelas.  Keberhasilan kegiatan pelatihan ini diukur dengan hasil penilaian peserta melalui tes tertulis. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang dapat diimplementasikan di tempat pekerjaan para peserta pelatihan. Pengetahuan tersebut diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kemampuan administrasi aparat desa yang sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas administrasi di desanya. Peserta yang ikut dalam kegiatan ini ada berjumlah 20 orang, semua peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini sampai selesai. Hasil penilaian dalam mengikuti kegiatan menggunakan pretest dan posttest.  Para peserta  sudah mampu memahami materi yang disampaikan berdasarkan hasil angka penilaian  untuk hasil pretest mulai 45 sampai 65 dengan nilai rata-ratanya 55,5,  sementara hasil posttest nilainya mulai dari 70 sampai 95 dengan nilai rata-ratanya 86,5.  Abstract: The development of technology continues to develop, but in Limau Manis village, it is still behind in terms of technology, especially in the use of computers. In addition, the location of rural areas far from urban areas is still a lot of shortcomings, especially for the area in the village of Limau Manis. Some of the problems faced by village staff in the village of limau manis were not utilizing the existing software technology in the Computer program. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability of village officials to use Microsoft Office properly. And improving services to the community with the skills to use Microsoft Office. The training method is carried out by means of discussion and interactive ways to convey knowledge to training participants. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the classroom. The success of this training activity is measured by the results of the participant's assessment through written tests. This training has succeeded in providing understanding and knowledge that can be implemented in the workplaces of the training participants. This knowledge is expected to contribute to improving the administrative capacity of village officials who are very helpful in completing administrative tasks in the village. There were 20 participants who took part in this activity, all participants participated in this activity until it was finished. The results of the assessment in participating in the activities used a pretest and posttest. The participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores for the pretest results ranging from 45 to 65 with an average score of 55.5, while the posttest results ranged from 70 to 95 with an average score of 86.5.

IMPLEMENTATION OF A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SERVICES OF SIDODADI EMY OLSHOP STORE

The development of information technology is currently very rapid by utilizing the internet as one of the factors of business success in conducting online-based fashion service and sales transactions. The sales system at the EMY Olshop store which is located at Jl Ir Sutami Sidodadi, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra 21211 needs to be improved, so that it can compete with other competitors who can provide good and satisfying service to every customer. To create customer satisfaction, EMY Olshop stores must recognize a desire from their customers through efforts to manage good relationships with customers. Customer Relationship Management is a system that can be developed with the aim of supporting the fashion business in order to create a close relationship with its customers, CRM also helps the EMY Olshop store to find out what customers need related to fashion and important information from the store. The results of this study can help the store in promoting fashion outside the region, maintain good relations with customers, get new customers, access the fashion offered by the EMY Olshop store. In addition, there is also a CRM such as discounts, live chat, comments, reviews and selection of address options that will make it easier for the store to sell various types of high-quality fashion according to customer needs and desires

PELATIHAN PENYAJIAN PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN BERBASIS DARING BAGI GURU-GURU DI RA AL-FARIQ

Abstrak: Para guru di Sekolah Taman Kanak Kanak  RA Al-Fariq, Sei Silau Timur, Kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kabupaten Asahan  merasakan keterbatasan informasi dalam aplikasi dan tidak tersedianya pula media pembelajaran dan kemampuan serta skill dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Akibatnya siswa merasa jenuh dan mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan oleh guru dan tujuan pembelajaran tidak bisa tercapai sesuai dengan target pada kurikulum yang berlaku di sekolah tersebut. Dalam hal ini maka dilaksanakan pelatihan oleh tim kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh STMIK Royal Kisaran, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan skill dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa sehingga kemampuan para guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran menjadi meningkat. Metode yang dilaksanakan dengan praktek dan pendampingan berupa pengoperasionalisasian program google classroom sesuai dengan materi ajarnya masing-masing. Tahapan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dengan melakukan tahapan awal dengan mengidentifikasi kondisi sekolah dan guru dalam menetapkan bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilakukan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan pemanfaatan google classroom dan evaluasi pencapaian dan manfaat pelatihan. Semua peserta dapat mengikuti kegiatan ini sampai selesai. Dari jumlah 25 peserta yang ikut yang mampu menyelesaikan sesuai dengan kriteria yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah 22 orang peserta dengan persentase keberhasilan sekitar  90%.  Abstract: Teachers at RA Al-Fariq Kindergarten School, East Sei Silau, Buntu Pane District, Asahan District feel that there is limited information in the application and the unavailability of learning media and the ability and skills to make learning media. As a result, students feel bored and have difficulty understanding the material taught by the teacher and learning objectives cannot be achieved in accordance with the targets in the curriculum applicable at the school. In this case, training was carried out by the community service activity team by STMIK Royal Kisaran, which aims to provide understanding and skills in making learning media that can increase student motivation and learning achievement so that the ability of teachers in making learning media increases. The method is carried out with practice and assistance in the form of operationalizing the google classroom program in accordance with the respective teaching materials. The implementation stages are carried out by carrying out the initial stages by identifying the conditions of the school and teachers in determining the form of activities to be carried out, implementing training and mentoring the use of google classrooms and evaluating the achievements and benefits of training. All participants can follow this activity until it's finished. Of the 25 participants who took part who were able to complete according to the expected criteria of this activity were 22 participants with a success percentage of around 90%

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Kelayakan Penangguhan Kredit Nasabah menggunakan Naïve Bayes

The COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) pandemic is still spreading until 2022, so in responding to this, PT Adira Finance provides an opportunity to suspend credit installment payments to nasakabah. In order not to cause installments and defaults (breaking promises) it is necessary to have a decision support system to determine the creditworthiness of these customers. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system to determine the feasibility of solicitation to customers using the naïve bayes method. The model used to build this system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with stages of analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The sample or training data used in this study was 20 customers. Meanwhile, the technique used to determine the feasibility of customer suspension uses naïve bayes by looking at the prior and conditional probability values of each criteria. Our findings result in a customer eligibility decision support system with the naïve bayes method is appropriate and accurate. So that with this system, it can be used as a consideration to make decisions by the manager of PT Adira Finance to determine whether or not customers are eligible to receive a credit suspension

AbstrakTim kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat STMIK Royal Kisaran memberikankegiatan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran pengenalan angka dan huruf bagi guruguru sekolah RA Al-Fariq Sei Silau Timur, Kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kabupaten Asahan untukmeningkatkan pengetahuan dan menambah wawasan bagi guru guru di sekolah. Hal inidilakukan karena masih memiliki banyak kekurangan dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran kesiswa, antara lain dalam proses belajar siswa yang hanya banyak menghafal kosakata atauangka sehingga banyak siswa yang tidak fokus untuk belajar di karenakan cara belajarnyakurang menarik dan menimbulkan rasa bosan dan jenuh terhadap siswa. Kegiatan ini tidakhanya memberikan teori akan tetapi juga menggunakan aplikasi dengan cara praktek langsungpada komputer dengan menghadirkan 3 orang dosen yang memiliki bidang ilmu komputer dibidang sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pendeskripsian nilai sosial yang berhubungan dengan nilai material, nilai vital, dan nilai kerohanian dalam lirik lagu album Melayu Sambas dan Pop Melayu Sambas karya Bulyan Musthafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 63 data yang berkenaan dengan nilai material sebanyak 13 data, Nilai vital sebanyak 13 data, nilai kerohanian sebanyak 37 data
