AbtractSometimes it is confusing to determine why you go to a psychological consultation; for the interviewer, it is extremely important to be clear about the manifest and latent motives, as well as the expectations of treatment with a psychoanalytic approach. It is a qualitative study, with a descriptive-explanatory design, which includes the analysis of semi-structured interviews. Twenty medical records of patients who attended the Centers for Psychological Intervention (CISP) in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico; in order to identify the manifest motive and latent motives, as well as treatment expectations and disease awareness. A relationship between these will be established, and their relevance of knowing them will be demonstrated so that later it can be used in an effective therapeutic process. Automated negotiation between arti cial agents is essential to deploy Cognitive Computing and Internet of Things. The behavior of a negotiating agent depends signi cantly on the in uence of environmental conditions or contextual variables, since they affect not only a given agent preferences and strategies, but also those of other agents. Despite this, the existing literature on automated negotiation is scarce about how to properly account for the effect of context-relevant variables in learning and evolving strategies. In this paper, a novel context-driven representation for automated negotiation is proposed. Also, a simple negotiating agent that queries available information from its environment, internally models contextual variables, and learns how to take advantage of this knowledge by playing against himself using reinforcement learning is proposed. Through a set of episodes against negotiating agents in the existing literature, it is shown that it makes no sense to negotiate without taking context-relevant variables into account. The context-aware negotiating agent has been implemented in the GENIUS negotiation environment, and results obtained are signi cant and revealing.

Antecedents: In this paper will be shown some studies with schizophrenic patients where are investigated the attentional biases in the information processing of stimuli with different emotional valence. Method: Data base PubMed and Psycinfo, full text in English where these papers only use adult participants. The goal is analyse papers since year 2000 to 2016 where are investigated the attentional biases in schizophrenia. Research question: Are there any attention biases in the processing of information to stimuli with different emotional valences ‒pleasant, unpleasant or neutral emotional load‒ in people with schizophrenia? Results: 22 articles, 7 of these use words as stimuli and the others use images. The results show attentional biases in the processing of emotional stimuli. Conclusions: Some articles conclude that there are biases in the maintenance of attention, where several authors agree that they occur in all emotional stimuli, but others that are unique in stimuli with negative valence. On the other hand, several authors show that attention biases occurs in the automatic allocation of attention to threats, not in the maintenance. Finally, eye movements show similar patterns between studies, where patients showed brief but longer durations of fixations and, the visual scan path is more restricted than control participants are. The results are conclusive with the existence of biases in the processing of information from stimuli with different emotional valence. We highlight the relevance of this research in relation to the relationship between observed attention problems and deficits in social skills of people with schizophrenia

The small instetine tumors are rare lesions that correspond to 2% of tumors of the gastrointestinal tract; presentation symptoms are nonspecific and may be similar to those caused by common diseases such as irritable intestine syndrome, intra-abdominal adhesions, etc. Among symptoms and the most common signs are abdominal pain intermittent colic, chronic diarrhea, iron deficiency anemia, intestinal obstruction, anorexia and weight loss, carcinoid syndrome, gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown location and abdominal mass. A man of 56 years with a small intestine tumor whose presentation symptom was an intercostal neuralgia is presented. The discovery of this tumor eventually open the way for diagnosing the only responsable of aberrant square: pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Introduction: In recent decades, dental implants have become one of the best options for comprehensive dental restoration; their placement is a multidisciplinary task that requires a solid understanding of biological, periodontal, surgical and prosthetic principles. Objective: The aim of this study was to quantify in vitro the adhesion and proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts’ (HGF) response on titanium (Ti) and zirconia (Zr) surfaces. Methodology: Samples of Ti and Zr were observed under atomic force microscopy (AFM). HGFs were inoculated in each sample to determine adhesion and cell proliferation. The MTT reagent was mixed with DMEM and inoculated in each plate; formazan was dissolved with dimethyl sulfoxide and analyzed at 540 nm in a microplate spectrophotometer. The test was performed with three independent experiments. Data were analyzed with Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests (Lilliefors), Kruskal-Wallis tests and Mann-Whitney test comparisons. Results: Topography of the Zr plates showed greater roughness (Ra= 0.39μm) than Ti (Ra= 0.049μm). Quantification of HGF adhesion was significantly higher (p˂0.05) in Ti, while proliferation showed no statistically significant differences between the groups. Conclusion: It is noteworthy that, even though Ti initially showed increased cell adhesion on the surface, after 24 h Zr samples showed similar proliferation; this demonstrates that both surfaces have a comparable biological response
