Chile 2000 : las sombras del mañana

Lo que se esconde tras el discurso triunfalista acerca del proceso chileno, explica el complejo fenómeno de la desafección ciudadana aquí existente. El autor plantea que el miedo al caos y a la inestabilidad condicionan la democracia, fenómenos que al no producirse, se convierten en un triunfalismo ciego frente al futuro. Esto se une el hecho de que en Chile los desafíos que implican los grandes cambios que se están experimentando no se han enfrentado reflexivamente. Su hipótesis es que la percepción negativa que se tiene de la política, junto a la ausencia de alternativas y de ideas que expliquen lo anterior, produce un malestar no expresado. Esta desafección ciudadana refleja el vacío producido por la desaparición del Estado y la política como instancias para resolver los problemas y, el hecho peor, que el mercado los ha reemplazado, con el consiguiente deterioro del ámbito público y colectivo

Estado y Sociedad en una perspectiva democrática

El autor cartografía la situación de América Latina como inserta en un doble juego de modernización y de democratización, postulando que los países latinoamericanos han de responder simultáneamente a ambas «lógicas». Sostiene que en la medida en que la sociedad de mercado no ofrece una normatividad vinculante, corresponde a la democracia generar esa normatividad, pero advierte que ella no puede ser contraria a los «imperativos» de la racionalidad económica vigente. Elabora luego sobre nuevo rol del Estado y sobre la demanda por fortalecer la sociedad civil, que representaría un criterio esencial de la «calidad de la democracia».L'auteur analyse la situation de l'Amérique latine comme insérée dans un double jeu de modernisation et de démocratisation, affirmant que les pays latino-américains doivent répondre simultanément aux deux "logiques". Il soutient que dans la mesure où la société de marché n'offre pas une normativité inaliénable, il revient à la démocratie de générer cette normativité, mais il souligne qu'elle ne peut être contraire aux "impératifs" de la rationalité économique en vigueur. Il poursuit sur le nouveau rôle de l'Etat et sur la demande pour consolider la société civile, qui représenterait un critère essentiel de la "qualité de la démocratie".The author maps the situation in Latin America as inserted in a double frame of modernization and democratization, postulating that Latin American countries have to respond simultaneously to both "logics". He argues that to the extent that market society does not offer a binding normativity, it is for democracy to generate this normativity, but warns that it can not be contrary to the "imperatives" of current economic rationality. Then elaborates on the new role of the State, and on the demand to strengthen civil society, which would represent an essential criterion for the "quality of democracy.

Anpassungseffekte und Belastungsindikatoren im Vergleich zwischen Intensität und Dauer im Ausdauertraining

Fasst man ein kurzes Fazit aus den in der Arbeit vorkommenden Studien zusammen erhält man Folgendes: Die Intervallmethode ist zeitsparender, ermöglicht die gleiche Leistung bei niedrigerem Umfang, bietet mehr Zeit zur Regeneration und bringt dauerhaft mehr Leistung. Viele Studien berichten über größere Leistungsverbesserungen nach einer Intervallmethode im Vergleich zur Dauermethode. Doch gibt es auch Studien die von einem größeren Effekt oder zumindest gleichem Effekt der Dauermethode berichten. Ganz klar ist, dass es immer von den jeweiligen Intensitäten abhängig ist mit denen die Trainings durchgeführt werden, da es sehr viele verschiedene Formen von Intervalltraining gibt. Jedenfalls haben kurze, maximale, hochintensive, Sprintbelastungen mit einer Dauer von 30 Sekunden, die den größten Effekt auf die Verbesserung der Leistungsfähigkeit und die VO2max haben.If we make a brief conclusion from the previously presented studies in this work we get following facts: The interval method is time saving, allows the same performance at a lower level, provides more time to regenerate and brings at least more power. Many studies have reported greater improvements in performance after an interval method compared to the duration method. But there are also studies, which reported a larger effect, or at least the same effect of the duration method. The main message is, that it always depends on the intensity with which the training will be conducted, because there are very many kinds of interval trainings. However short, maximal, high intense sprint loads with a duration of 30 seconds have the greatest effect on the improvement of performance and VO2max
