The retrieval of moving images at Spanish film archives: the oversight of content analysis

In the field of library and information science, content analysis is a crucial task for an effective retrieval of information by users at an archive. In this research, we analyse the current state of this task and the possibilities of retrieval of film information at six Spanish important film archives, interviewing their responsible librarians for film cataloguing and comparing the content fields inside their film cataloguing records used by each one of these six organizations

UNA METODOLOGÍA PARA LA UTILIZACIÓN ÓPTIMA DE LOS INCENTIVOS POR ADQUISICIÓN DE VIVIENDA HABITUAL EN EL IRPF

I In this paper we develop a methodology to find out how to optimize the use of the three incentives to owner-occupied housing in the income tax : tax credit for the saving invested in a bank account, assigned to the future adquisition of the home, for cash payment or borrowing. The criterion we use is the maximization of the net profit gained by the buyer, that is estimated as the difference between the profit gained through the tax credit and the financial cost generated, if is the case, from the anticipation or the postponement of the investement, related to the moment of the purchase. With this methodology we find out a negative relation beween the maximum profit allowed by the law and the income of the buyer of the home, wich shows the progressivity of the incentives policy for owner-occupied housing trough the income tax. La nueva realidad familiar: su incidencia en la infancia

El presente trabajo intenta dar cuenta de la repercusión que sobre los niños tiene la separación y/o divorcio de sus padres así como el presenciar el maltrato doméstico sin ser víctimas directas. Tras una breve descripción de ambas situaciones, se explican las posibles consecuencias que pueden tener, así como intervenciones para eliminar o reducir las mismas.The present work tries to explain the repercussion that on the children has the separation and/ or divorce of their parent as well as attend the domestic mistreatment without being direct victims. After a brief description of both situations, are explained the possible consequences that can have, this way as interventions that they can eliminate or diminish the same ones

La sexualidad forma parte de la vida, se trata de un área fundamental de los seres vivos y abarca todo el ciclo vital. Una etapa muy importante de esta dimensión se desarrolla en la juventud (entre 18 y 35 años de edad), por lo tanto resulta cuanto menos interesante realizar estudios de esta índole. La erótica, especialmente el deseo sexual, está influenciado por muchos factores tanto físicos como psicológicos y eso repercute en la salud sexual de los jóvenes. Se trata de conocer cómo diferentes variables y elementos influyen en los niveles de deseo sexual y por consiguiente, en sus actitudes hacia la sexualidad. ¿Acaso la duración de la pareja influye en el deseo? ¿Y el género?
