Moscow from the perspective of Adam Olearius

katedra: KHI; přílohy: CD; rozsah: 59 s.It is the intention of the below thesis to bring us description of the city Moscow and its denizens as described in the work of the German scholar Adam Olearius. Olearius' travel book is far too extensive, so I decided to exclude some scopes described in his work.Following the opening chapter, which brings us Olearius's thoughts on the purpose of the travel itself, we are given the biography of the scholar and the description of his travel book, which builds the necessary grounds for understanding my thesis. The main part of the thesis is focused on Moscow's architecture and religion. This is because Adam Olearius field of expertise was theology and religion and belief in God was very important to him. The final part of the thesis is focused on the denizens of Moscow, their customs and traditions. I compared Olearius's work with the alternative sources and the contemporary literature focused on the same topic.Úkolem této práce je popsat Moskvu a její obyvatele, tak jak je ve svém díle uvádí německý vzdělanec Adam Olearius. Jeho cestopis je velmi obsáhlý, proto se zde nenachází všechny oblasti, o kterých významný intelektuál podal své svědectví. Po úvodní kapitole, kde se Olearius zamýšlí nad smyslem cestování, následuje životopis vědce a popis jeho cestopisu, bez nichž by práce nebyla myslitelná. Hlavní část pojímá Moskvu z architektonického hlediska, dále se z velké části zabývá náboženstvím, neboť u tohoto učence, který vystudoval teologii, zaujímala víra v Boha důležité místo. V závěru se autorka zaměřuje na moskevské obyvatele, jejich tradice a zvyky. Svědectví Adama Olearia bylo porovnáno jednak s jinými prameny, tak i se současnou literaturou vztahující se k tématu

Marketing Mix of Restaurant Na chalupě

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozbor marketingu a především marketingového mixu. Tedy na známé definice marketingu, marketingová prostředí a rozbor marketingového mixu, kde jsou zmapovány všechny jeho části (Produkt, Cena, Distribuce, Propagace, Fyzický důkaz, Lidé, Procesy). Z teoretických poznatků, které byly zjištěny v odborné literatuře, je vypracována praktická část. Zde je rozebrán marketingový mix Restaurace Na chalupě a zároveň tak i porovnání dvou provozovatelů, kteří se zde vystřídali. Pro nové provozovatele jsou navrženy způsoby, jak zaujmout své zákazníky a také si je udržet.The bachelor is focuses on the analysis of marketing and especially on the marketing mix. It means it is focused on the well-known definition of marketing, marketing environment and marketing mix analysis, where all its parts (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Physical evidence, People, Processes) are mapped. The practical part is developed from theoretical knowledge found in the literature. The marketing mix of “Restaurace Na chalupě“ and the comparison of the two new operators replaced there are described there. The new ways to engage their customers and retain them are designed for new operators.

Serious gaming in flood risk management

Serious gaming is increasingly used to explore important real-world problems and a growing number of serious games are addressing flood-related issues. However, there has been limited synthesis of these attempts and their contributions to the ongoing shift toward a more holistic and governance-based flood resilience perspective in flood risk management (FRM). This international review collates and analyses these attempts in order to develop a knowledge base of serious gaming in the field of FRM. It contains 37 games that were developed with different rationales that include engaging players in the topic of FRM, supporting practice by exploring future options through collaboration, improving communication of FRM, as educational tools, and to collect research data. The gameplay countries and player characteristics, game characteristics, relevance to FRM, game rationales, and collection of data are explored in this paper. Identified serious games provided an unconventional and entertaining approach to engage stakeholders on flood-related issues. The review analyzed the serious games in light of the shift toward flood resilience and identified limitations in the documentation of serious games and their potential in understanding the longer-term impacts of gameplay on players. Furthermore, the vast majority of reviewed games were played in a single country and missed out on understanding the cultural production and perspectives of FRM that could support cross-cultural learning and inspiration for future FRM strategies. Overall, the review identified an important role for serious games in the shift toward governance and the adoption of more holistic flood resilience perspectives. Setting Up a Fictitious Company \u2013 In Comparison with the Real Setting Up of a Company

Práce zpracovává a systematicky popisuje nejnovější poznatky z oblasti zakládání fiktivních firem v České republice, charakterizuje jejich aktuální stav a předpokládaný vývoj. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současné úrovně a porovnání postupu založení fiktivní a reálné firmy z hlediska obecných a právních náležitostí, jednoduchosti a časové náročnosti a z hlediska porovnání zastoupení jednotlivých právních forem a typů podnikání. Teoretická část práce se v časově navazujících krocích podrobně zabývá postupem založení reálné firmy. V praktické části práce je, kromě vysvětlení postupu založení fiktivní firmy, soustředěna pozornost na srovnání obou postupů. Podrobně jsou popsány jednotlivé rozdíly, které v mnoha ohledech plynou z formální odlišnosti zúčastněných subjektů. Pro tyto účely byla provedena analýza statistického šetření provedeného mezi učiteli předmětu fiktivní firma. Hlavním účelem práce je poskytnout učitelům předmětu didaktickou a učební pomůcku, která jim kromě informací o zakládání fiktivních firem poskytne porovnání se založením reálné firmy. Vymezení rozdílů mezi zakládáním fiktivních a reálných firem je důležitým nástrojem pro pochopení charakteru a smyslu fiktivních firem a pomůckou ke zlepšení kvality výuky.This work processes and systematically describes the latest knowledge in the field of setting up fictitious companies in the Czech Republic, characterizes their current status and future trends. The main objective of this work is the analysis of the current level and the comparison between setting up fictitious and real company in terms of general business and legal requirements, simplicity and delays and in terms of comparison of individual legal forms and types of business representation. The theoretical part of the work deals with the procedure of starting a real company in time-sequential steps. In the practical part of the work, except for explaining the procedure setting up a fictitious company, is the attention focused on the comparison of the two procedures. There are described the individual differences in detail, which in many respects results from formal dissimilarities of the participated subjects. For this purpose was done a survey conducted among teachers of the school subject the Fictitious Company. The main aim of this work is to provide teachers, teaching the subject, with a didactical and teaching aid that, apart from the information on setting up fictitious companies, provides a comparison with the setting up of a real company. Defining the differences between setting up fictitious and real companies is an important tool for understanding the nature and the meaning of fictitious companies and help to improve the quality of teaching

Valuation of the company LOMAX & Co s.r.o.

Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti LOMAX & Co s.r.o., která patří k největším výrobcům garážových vrat v České republice. Účelem ocenění je určení tržní hodnoty společnosti LOMAX & Co s. r. o. Odhad hodnoty je proveden metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků (typ entity) a metodou tržního porovnání pomocí odvětvových multiplikátorů. Součástí diplomové práce je finanční a strategická analýza, vymezení provozního majetku společnosti, určení generátorů hodnoty a finanční plán. Analýzy jsou podpořeny přehlednými tabulkami a grafy. Na závěr je na základě všech předchozích analýz uveden odhad tržní hodnoty společnosti.The diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the LOMAX & Co s.r.o. The company is one of the biggest manufacturs of door gates in the Czech republic. The aim of the valuation is to estimate the market value of the company while using the methods of DCF Entity and Branch Multipliers. The parts of the thesis are financial and strategic analysis, operational asset allocation, value drivers and the estimated financial plan. The text is supplemented by arranged tables and graphs. At the end of the text there is an estimated market value of the company

Canistherapy as Part od Nursing Care

Tato práce se zabývá canisterapií jako součástí ošetřovatelské péče. V teoretické části je řešeno základní vymezení pojmů související s touto problematikou, dále přístupy canisterapie, které je možné v ošetřovatelské praxi využít. V poslední řadě se zaměřuje na použití této metody u jednotlivých typů onemocnění a klientů. Praktická část se zabývá zjištěním míry informovanosti nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků v institucích, kde je tato metoda praktikována a hodnotí, jak nelékařští zdravotničtí pracovníci vnímají provádění canisterapie jako součást ošetřovatelské péče u klientů, o které pečují.Katedra ošetřovatelství a porodní asistenceObhájenoThis study is about canistherapy as a part of nursing care.
