Investigation of thin film solar cells on CdS/CdTe base with different back contacts

The peculiarities of photo-electric processes in thin film CdS/CdTe solar cells (SC) with different back electrodes (Cu/Au, ITO, Cu/ITO) havebeen studied. As it was established by capacitance – voltage (C-V) characteristics, the potential barrier heights for CdTe/Cu/Au and CdTe/ITO were 0.3 eV and 2.2 eV, respectively. The concentrations of charge carriers near back contact consisted 9⋅10²⁰ m⁻³ and 2⋅10²¹ m⁻³, respectively. A high carrier concentration and hi gh potential barrier of the ITO back contact caused the tunnel – recombination mechanism of the charge transport. The investigations of CdS/CdTe/ITO SC spectral photosensitivity testify a negative impact of the developed grain-boundary surface of the base layer on the processes of diffusion and separation of non-equilibrium currentcarriers generated by short-wave radiation. It is shown that the deposition of Cu nanolayer before the deposition of ITO films give stable efficiency 10% for bifacial CdS/CdTe solar cells

ЗЛОЧИННІСТЬ В УСРР ТА ПРОТИДІЯ ЇЙ У ПЕРШІЙ ПОЛОВИНІ 1930-Х РОКІВ

The development of the constitutional state in Ukraine, strengthening of the rule of law and order, as well as judicial reform and the creation of the National Police led to the need to rethink the experience of counteracting crime, the place and role of law enforcement agencies in these processes. This experience has positive and negative aspects. This especially concerns the Soviet era, in particular, the very controversial period of the early 1930s. Crime combating during this period was complicated by the low level of training of law enforcement officers. Law enforcement agencies were subjected to permanent cleansing by the committees of the Communist Party and various administrative agencies, and social origin was sufficient ground for dismissal. In the first half of 1930s there was a tendency to strengthen the punitive function of the state. This was clearly reflected in the law dated from August 7, 1932, which contributed to mass repression against the population, especially village inhabitants. One of the main tasks of law enforcement agencies was the fight against hooliganism. In the early 1930s, hooliganism was the main cause of murders, pushing out “jealousy” on the second place (although the total number of murders declined). Due to increased repression, the level of these crimes has been reduced. The militia also fought against banditism and street crime (robberies and plundering) during this period. Relatively new type of its activity was the counteraction to violations of traffic rules, accidents and road traffic events. Organization of voluntary militia assistance units was used among other things in order to counteract crime.Розглянуто причини й основні прояви злочинності в Українській СРР у першій половині 1930-х років. The article is devoted to the research of administrative and legal aspects of training future police officers in higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. On the basis of scientific points of view and related legal acts the author has developed his own vision of administrative and legal aspects of training future police officers in higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. It is established that in order to train not only qualified, but also morally, psychologically and ethically prepared police officer it is necessary to take systemic measures to fully-focused development of the future police officer. It is proved that despite the fact that the system of professional training in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is an integral part of the national system of vocational education, professional training of cadets is performed under other conditions than the normal civil educational establishments and has its own specifics, which are caused by a clearly defined sphere of professional activity of future police officers, estimated needs for personnel, the availability of the target recruitment and appropriate assignment of graduates. The drafts of legal acts that have to regulate the activities of all law enforcement system at a more effective level are analyzed. These norms must increase the quality of the training process of future police officers. As a result of their analysis the author has formulated propositions and recommendations, which make possible for higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to fulfill their obligations in the sphere of training future police officers.На основании анализа научных точек зрения и соответствующих нормативно правовых актов разработано авторское виденье административно-правовых аспектов подготовки будущих полицейских в вузе МВД Украины. Optical Properties of Cu2S/SnS2 Precursor Layers for the Preparation of Kesterite Cu2SnS3 Photovoltaic Absorber

The Cu2S and SnS2 layers have been prepared by the chemical bath deposition method. The results of SEM and EDX analyses confirm a high stoichiometry of the synthesized semiconductor thin films. The optical properties of the Cu2S and SnS2 layers have been studied, and the optical band gap values have been determined. The essence of the conceptual model of service enterprises modernization

The multiplicity of definitions of modernization due to the fact that the very concept of “modernization” has very deep roots, related to the development of human civilization on its inherent social and economic laws. One of the most important laws is the development of the modernization process. Currently, the modernization process scale covers a wide field of human activity that initiates improvement of conceptual provisions of modernization. Modernization theory emerged in the 60s of XX century in the struggle for influence in the third world. Only by the middle of the 80s, when there was accumulated both positive and crisis experience a large number of third world countries that have implemented a variety of projects (both in the West and the socialist pattern) formed the theoretical concepts that are suitable to support a relatively non-ideological modernization politician. Scientific pre-conditions of opredelniya of terms of forming of sizes of the work-hardened layer at formoobrazovanii of krupnomodul'nykh of gear-wheels

Для прогнозування показників якості поверхневого шару розроблені наукові передумови определнія умов формування величин зміцненого шару при формоутворенні крупномодульних зубчастих коліс з врахуванням технологічних, геометричних параметрів і фізіко-механічних властивостей за умови переходу пластичного відтиснення матеріалу з оброблюваної поверхні загартованих крупномодульних зубчастих коліс у взаємозв'язку з комплексним параметром стану поверхневого шару.For providing of optimum longevity and reliability of work of the cylindrical gearings the treated surfaces must provide the required parameters of roughness and fiziko-mechanical properties. The conducted researches show that identical on exactness and height of roughness of surface of hard-tempered krupnomodul'nykh of gear-wheels can be different operating characteristics. At tooling of hard-tempered krupnomodul'nykh of gear-wheels a superficial layer undergoes In this layer there are remaining tensions which have a considerable size. For the technological providing of operating properties of hard-tempered krupnomodul'nykh of gear-wheels two tasks are decided: at first, choice of materials, to hardness of workings surfaces of points and setting of exactness of sizes and system of parameters the states of superficial layer, which will provide the required operating properties; secondly, choice of method and setting of the modes of treatment, providing most economical and reliable achievement of the set exactness of sizes and system of parameters of the state of superficial layer processed hard-tempered krupnomodul'nykh of gear-wheels. Thus the wearproofness of hard-tempered krupnomodul'nykh of gear-wheels is characterized the complex state of surfaces of friction. Decisive role in the performance of law-enforcement bodies of their tasks and functions played by staffing qualified and motivated employees. These and other examples, in our view, clearly indicate the important role of training for enforcement bodies of Ukraine for society and the state. With this in mind, takes the essence of relevance and importance of career guidance in training personnel for the internal affairs of Ukraine, which is the main purpose of this article. The continuation of scientific work on the mentioned issues is the article, the novelty of which is the essence and importance of career guidance in training personnel for the internal affairs of Ukraine carried out in the light of administrative law. Thus, to achieve the goal of this paper is planned through the study of administrative experience in scientific definition of regulatory consolidation and indicated categories, followed by the formulation of their own conclusions. A large number of professions, lack the necessary knowledge of the content of work in the world of professions, self difficulties each person his personal qualities make the task of choosing the right profession and reasonable construction of his working life for young people very difficult. Studies show that most personal professional plans are not feasible; consequently, there are lack of interest in work, profession change, the loss of faith in themselves. The article is to determine the nature and value of career guidance in training personnel for the internal affairs of Ukraine. To achieve this goal it is planned to address the following objectives: to determine the range of staffing and analyze their administrative and legal status. Also conclusions are that the system of vocational training for enforcement bodies of Ukraine - a set of interrelated measures applied relevant entity aimed to help young people in the choice of future profession - police officer, according to their abilities, desires and desired results.
