Ecological modernisation of enterprises: Environmental risk management

Ціль. Метою даної роботи є аналіз існуючих систем управління екологічними ризиками, виявлення їх недоліків та впровадження рішень, які допоможуть їх уникнути, а також вивчення екологічної складової при створенні документів щодо екологічної модернізації підприємств. Методи. У цьому дослідженні досліджується екологічна та цивільна безпека та виконується за допомогою методу логічного аналізу, методу порівняльного аналізу, формально-правового методу, методу синтезу, методу дедукції, а також методу аналізу наукової літератури. Висновки. Результатом роботи є визначення теоретичних і практичних основ систем управління екологічними ризиками, їх ефективності щодо запобігання техногенним та екологічним катастрофам, а також аналіз нормативно-правової бази щодо створення та впровадження документації, яка буде використовуватися при екологічній модернізації підприємства. Висновок. Авторами розроблено системи управління екологічними ризиками, усунувши недоліки в їх роботі, запровадивши методи, які дозволять удосконалити та зробити такі системи більш ефективними, а також підвищити рівень екологічної складової під час роботи з документами, які є наріжними каменями екологічного вдосконалення установ і підприємств.Aim. The aim of this paper is to analyse current environmental risk management systems, identify their shortcomings and implement solutions that will help avoid them, as well as to study the environmental component when creating documents concerning the environmental modernisation of enterprises. Methods. The present study investigates the environmental and civil safety and is performed using the method of logical analysis, the method of comparative analysis, the formal legal method, the method of synthesis, the method of deduction, as well as the method of analysis of scientific literature. Findings. The result of this paper is the identification of theoretical and practical foundations of environmental risk management systems, their effectiveness in preventing anthropogenic and environmental disasters, as well as the analysis of the regulatory framework for creating and implementing documentation to be used in the environmental modernisation of enterprises. Conclusion. The authors developed environmental risk management systems, eliminating shortcomings in their performance, introducing methods that will improve and make such systems more effective, as well as increasing the level of environmental component during operations with documents that are cornerstones for environmental improvement of institutions and enterprises

Асoustic analyzer in people with vascular disorders, according to subjective and objective audiometry

Для вивчення функцій слухового аналізатора було проведено аудіометричне обстеження 62 досліджуваних, які мають судинні порушення. Результати співставлені з даними імпедансометрії у цих досліджуваних. Визначено ступінь зниження слуху і тип аудіометричної кривої. У переважної більшості обстежених із судинними порушеннями слухова функція була в межах норми. Показано, що у більшості досліджуваних переважає нормальне сприймання розмовної мови.To study the function of the auditory analyzer was held audio metric survey of 62 subjects with vascular disorders. Inner speech as a brain mechanism for preconditioning creativity process

The current domain of creativity studies is characterized by a high diversity of psychological and neuroscience techniques and methods researchers use. However, the role of verbal processes, especially inner speech, remains underrepresented in this area. Existing studies point to the heterogeneity of inner speech brain mechanisms involved in creative thinking. While consciously controlled verbalized thoughts are associated with the activity of task-dependent brain networks (TPN), especially lateral-frontoparietal network (L-FPN), non-voluntary, mind-wandering thoughts are supposed to correlate with default-mode networks (DMN) activity. While DMN activity leads to an increased number of creative ideas, L-FPN activity results in fewer ideas but increased idea originality. From this point, rest state and state of getting prepared (preconditioning) to task completion, when both mind-wandering and control thoughts occur, are of specific interest. In our study, 49 volunteers completed divergent thinking tasks with rest state and preconditioning state preceded. We later divided all participants into two groups – with low and high creativity levels based on their performance during divergent tasks. EEG was recorded during rest state and preconditioning state and analyzed based on power spectrum and sLORETA data. Our results show an essential role of preconditioning alpha-2 EEG subband in creative thinking performance. The originality of the task solution correlates with the activity of L-FPN structures, while DMN activity does not differ significantly between the two groups. The authors put the mathematical model at the basis of the proposed indicators, which corresponds to the main decisions of modern quality standards. The article shows the possibility of determining diversity and the formation of requirements that are recommended for implementation based on operational indicators of the enterprise. The authors present a mathematical and graphical model for integrating safety requirements into the overall structure of the production process. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibilities of the formation of individual requirement parameters for ensuring the safety of the production process for local industries

Processes of managing information infrastructure of a digital enterprise in the framework of the «Industry 4.0» concept

A study of the management of the information infrastructure of a digital enterprise is conducted within the framework of the “Industry 4.0” concept. It is determined that modern digital technologies cause an exponential growth of data flows, for the effective functioning of which the need arises to transform a classic enterprise into digital. There are new business models, network structures based on collective methods of production and consumption, which transform traditional market relations and require the development of new solutions in the field of digital enterprise management. It is noted that the use of all elements (mobility; sociality; BPM, electronic document management system ERP finance and accounting; Big Data Analytics, business analytics) of modern information and communication technologies will increase the productivity and value of enterprises. It is determined that information and communication technologies allow to effectively interact with each other in certain sectors of production and ensure the optimization of any business processes using consumerization. Modern trends in the development of digital enterprises are identified and the prerequisites for the introduction of digitalization in the business space are marked. The constituent elements of the management process of the information infrastructure of a digital enterprise are structured, on the basis of which a model of the information infrastructure management process is proposed. The objectives of the digital infrastructure are substantiated, which are indicated: to increase the speed of decision-making, to increase the variability of processes depending on the needs and characteristics of the client, to reduce the number of employees involved in the process.
