The authors conduct a comparative analysis of the features and content of socio-pedagogical work with gifted schoolchildren in the educational space of Russia and Kazakhstan. The purpose of our study: to study and present the comparative experience of socio-pedagogical work with gifted children in the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan. Collection of empirical data was carried out by questionnaire survey of teachers of general educational organizations of the Russian Federation (n=225) and educational organizations of Kazakhstan (n=200). The survey of teachers and specialists of educational organizations was conducted in 2018 and 2019.The authors have studied the comparative experience of organizing socio-pedagogical work with gifted schoolchildren in Russia and Kazakhstan. The results allow us to see common and specific in the work with gifted children in the Russian Federation and the former post-Soviet republic. The identified features can be taken into account in the organization of socio-pedagogical work with gifted schoolchildren and improve the effectiveness of socio-pedagogical work and socio-pedagogical support of gifted schoolchildren. In conclusion, the study of comparative experience of socio-pedagogical work with gifted schoolchildren in two countries with a similar history of formation of educational systems allows us to see the difference in approaches to work with this non-standard category of children at the moment. The identified specificity in the programs, forms and methods, target benchmarks of socio-pedagogical work with gifted children in educational organizations can be taken into account when developing the content of this direction of work and will improve its effectiveness

Magnetic and X-ray Studies of Nanodispersed Magnetite Synthesized from Chrome Containing Galvanic Sludge

In the current work we discuss the processes occurring along with the temperature treatment of the samples of chromium containing sludge. The results of powder X-ray diffraction and vibrational magnetometry show that magnetite forms in the samples with the increase of the calcination temperature higher than 500 C. Its quantity increases with the heating, which is clearly visible from the value of saturation magnetization obtained for the samples after various temperature treatments

Anaphylaxis and vitamin D: associations and perspectives [Анафилаксия и витамин D: ассоциации и перспективы]

Worldwide there is a tendency of increasing acute systemic allergic reactions, especially those associated with food allergies. Numerous studies have revealed a relationship between the prevalence of anaphylaxis in the population and the geographical location (latitude) of the patient. This fact produced the hypothesis of an association between the anaphylaxis frequency reduction due to the higher contents of vitamin D. At the moment the role of vitamin D has not been fully studied in the development of allergic diseases. The effectiveness of additional vitamin D in the prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis and bronchial asthma remains debatable. The article analyzes the data of possible association between vitamin D and anaphylaxis. © 2020 National Academy of Pediatric Science and Innovation. All rights reserved

Introduction. Vitamin D plays a fundamental role in the regulation of calcium and phosphorus homeostasis, and in recent decades its non-calcemic effects have been intensively studied. The aim of the work was to analyze the patterns of vitamin D availability in young children against the background of prolonged use of an aqueous solution of cholecalciferol in preventive doses. Materials and methods: 192 children of the first three years of life were examined (Arkhangelsk – 77 (40.1%), Moscow – 38 (19.8%), Stavropol – 77 (40.1%) children). Assessment of vitamin D availability was carried out by the level of serum calcidiol (25(OH)D). Based on the initial vitamin D supply, patients were divided into groups, and participants used cholecalciferol preparations for 30 days. Results. The baseline vitamin D supply was 26.0 (19.5–35.4) ng/ml. Median 25(OH)D in children in the Moscow region is higher than in Arkhangelsk and Stavropol (

One of the clinical manifestations of discernible gastroesophageal reflux (GER) in young children is regurgitation which is caused by gastric contents passing into fauces. Regurgitation may be both physiological and pathological. According to S. R. Orenstein’s data (2001), it may occur at least once a day in half of infants during the first three months, in two thirds of infants under 4 months and only in 5% of infants aged 10–12 months. A percentage of infants may have pathological GER characterised by a constant and prolonged reflux of acid stomach contents into oesophagus and accompanied by developing inflammation with express clinical manifestations. Pathological GER may cause an unexpected death in infants during sleep. The unequivocal conclusion, therefore, is that gastroesophageal reflux should be treated! This article covers the key causes of them as well as tactics for correction and treatment. Key words: regurgitation, vomiting, projectile vomiting, gastroesophageal reflux, oesophagus, stomach, regurgitation, exicosis, oesophagitis. (Pediatric Pharmacology. – 2010; 7(4):106-112
