La formación de los profesionales para impartir docencia es un proceso largo y complejo y en un entorno como el cubano actual cobra mayor importancia. En este artículo se aborda la selección de los principales contenidos pedagógicos a enseñar a profesionales que no se desempeñarán como docentes. Otro aspecto de este artículo es la motivación que se debe lograr en estos profesionales y aclara las vías para lograrlo a partir de la integración de los enfoques de la enseñanza: sistémico, problémico y aprendizaje basado en proyectos. Posteriormente se presenta la validación de la alternativa.The formation of the professionals for teaching is a long and complex process and recover bigger importance at an environment like the present-day Cuban. The selection of the principal pedagogic contented is discussed to teach professionals that will not be doing like teachers in this article. Another aspect of this article is the motivation that should turn out well in these professionals and that filters the roads to take advantage of as from integration the focuses of teaching: Systemic, problematical and projects based learning. En el artículo se toma posiciones de los autores sobre el modelo y sus clasificaciones. Por otro lado, se asumen los elementos esenciales del currículo informático en el mundo y la importancia de la depuración en ellos. En el último acápite se analiza el cómo estructurar la depuración como elemento esencial en su modo de actuación. Se parametriza la variable de estudio y de determinan sus dimensiones e indicadores. Posteriormente se analiza la evolución de la variable a partir de la introducción de la asignatura gestión de pruebas y la realización de un proyecto real.Abstract: Debugging is one of the most important activities in engineering activity. In the article, the author's positions on the model and its classifications are taken. On the other hand, they assume the essential elements of the computer curriculum in the world and the importance of the debugging in them. The last section discusses how to structure debugging as an essential element in its mode of action. The study variable is parameterized and its dimensions and indicators are determined. El análisis de la citación de artículos científicos en las tesis de doctorado en Ciencias Pedagógicas de la Universidad de Matanzas

The citation of articles in scientific production is an important indicator of quality, as demonstrated in the first moments of this document. This text defines effective citation as a way of assessing the topicality of the thesis on the basis of the references used. Subsequently, a study of the effective citation of scientific articles and the differences with the citation measures used so far in the doctoral theses of Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Matanzas, defended in the period 2017-2019, was carried out. In the study was used the documentary analysis method. The results obtained are organised in the form of tables and graphs that allow to illustrate the difficulties encountered in the theses. The main difficulty is the poor number of citations of scientific articles in the main databases of the world related to the subject of the thesis. Finally, the results obtained are contrasted with other researches and the little use of bibliography obtained from the main databases in the doctoral researches in Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Matanzas is evidenced

Sistema de acciones para elevar la motivación profesional en los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Especialidad Informática de la Universidad de Matanzas

The article presents the problem of the development of professional motivation in students of the degree Bachelor in Education Specialty Computer Science. A foundation of the professional motivation of the area of informatics and its teaching is realized from the psychological one that allows to obtain its dimensions and indicators. In a third moment the current state of these dimensions and indicators in the students is diagnosed, showing the insufficient development of the study variable: the development of professional motivation. A system of actions is designed that integrates the academic, administrative, labor and investigative, and, finally, the system of actions is implemented to assess its effectiveness in practice.  El artículo presenta la problemática del desarrollo de la motivación profesional en los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Especialidad Informática. Se realiza una fundamentación de la motivación profesional del área de informática y su enseñanza desde lo psicológico que permite obtener sus dimensiones e indicadores. En un tercer momento se diagnostica el estado actual de estas dimensiones e indicadores en los estudiantes arrojando el insuficiente desarrollo de la variable de estudio: desarrollo de la motivación profesional. Se diseña un sistema de acciones que integra lo académico, administrativo, laboral e investigativo y, por último, se implementa el sistema de acciones para valorar su efectividad en la práctica.&nbsp

LA MODELACIÓN COMO COMPETENCIA EN LA FORMACIÓN DEL PROFESIONAL INFORMÁTICO

La modelación es una de las actividades más importantes en la actividad ingenieril. En el artículo se toma posiciones de los autores sobre el modelo y sus clasificaciones. Por otro lado, se asumen los elementos esenciales del currículo informático en el mundo y la importancia de la modelación en ellos. En el último acápite se analiza el cómo estructurar la modelación como elemento esencial en su modo de actuación. También se explica acerca de la estructura de la competencia modelar tomando como sustento el análisis de definiciones actuales de competencia a partir de los conocimientos, habilidades, valores y los procesos de autorregulación del aprendizaje. Se asume en el artículo que para el desarrollo de esta competencia la enseñanza de la ingeniería del software debe anteceder a la programación

La enseñanza a distancia en la actualidad es una forma de organización de la enseñanza con un fuerte basamento tecnológico. Uno de los soportes tecnológicos para la enseñanza a distancia en la actualidad lo son las plataformas educativas de las cuales exi sten una gran variedad. Postdoctoral training is important both for the person receiving it and for the organization to which the person belongs. The learning who’s develop a personality of students, as learning conception, is one of the most faithful continuers of historical and cultural conceptions of human psyche.  The most accepted proposal of this type of learning was conceived for a one context and one educational level different to the university context.
