Ionization detector of secondary electrons for environmental scanning electron microscope

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou detekce sekundárních elektronů ionizačním detektorem pro environmentální rastrovací elektronový mikroskop. V práci je vysvětlen rozdíl mezi rastrovacím elektronovým mikroskopem a environmentálním rastrovacím elektronovým mikroskopem. Dále je popsána emise a detekce vybraných signálů vznikajících při interakci primárních elektronů se vzorkem v rastrovacím elektronovém mikroskopu. Důraz je kladen na popis, rozdělení a způsob detekce sekundárních elektronů. V práci je popsán princip funkce ionizačních a scintilačních detektorů. V experimentální části práce je uveden návrh konstrukce tří různých elektrodových systémů deskového ionizačního detektoru pro environmentální rastrovací elektronový mikroskop. Na základě měření s navrženými detektory je vybrán detektor s nejvyšší kvalitou detekce signálu.This thesis deals with problematics of a detection of secondary electrons by ionization detector for environmental scanning electron microscope. In this thesis is described the difference between scanning electron microscope and environmental scanning electron microscope. Further there is described emission and detection of the choosen signals that arise while primary electrons are interacting with a specimen in scanning electron microscope. A special emphasis is placed on a description, sorting and on the form of detection of secondary electrons. In thesis there is described principle of a function of ionization a scintilation detectors. Experimental part of thesis describes design of 3 different elctrode systems of a tabular ionization detector, which will be intended to be placed in environmental scanning electron microscope. Based on measuring with the detectors, with experimental design, there is chosen one with the highest quality of signal detection.

Evaluation of the impacts of tax changes on government revenues and expenditures is indispensable for evidencebased policy making. Czech government discussed several alternative proposals to change the value added tax (VAT) rates and social security rates during 2010 and 2011. This article estimates the impact of these proposals on the public sector budget deficits. The main contribution of the article is in quantifying a wide range of response channels through which the proposed tax changes affect the government revenues and expenditures. The relationship between the proposed VAT changes and the pension reform is discussed, as is the reallocation of revenue and expenditures within the public sector

Comparison of the MODFLOW modules for the simulation of the river type boundary condition

The aim of this article is the comparison of input options of river boundary condition of MODFLOW - three-dimensional numerical simulation model of groundwater flow. The water level in stream flowing through territory of hydrogeological layer can be computed via three built-in modules: River, Stream and Streamflow-Routing. In this study the code MODFLOW is used to simulate idealized aquifer and stream. The differences between computed groundwater table showed to be minimal, thus in case of modules Stream and Streamflow- Routing they are equally usable as using module River with external one or two-dimensional simulation of surface water flow, which is more time-consuming process. However, this applies only to idealized, simplified conditions of the modeled environment. For more complex simulation of flow in streams with irregular structure of the streambed is necessary to use either an external simulation or use the Streamflow-Routing module, which includes the possibility to enter more complex hydraulic flow parameters in the model

Design of precise DA converter for low-voltage applications using CMOS technology

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem přesného digitálně analogového převodníku, dále jen DAC. Práce poskytuje podklady pro pochopení principu převodu digitálního signálu na signál analogový. V práci je popsáno několik možností vytvoření topologie DAC. Vybraná konstrukce je použita k návrhu DAC v technologii CMOS 07. Simulacemi v programu PSPICE je ověřena funkčnost navrženého DAC.This thesis focuses on design of an accurate digital to analog converter (DAC). The thesis provides material to understand the principle of conversion of digital signal to analog signal. Some possible structures of DAC are described in this thesis. The selected structure is used for design of the DAC using the CMOS 07 technology. Functionality of the DAC is verified with simulations using the PSPICE simulation program.

The hero of totalitarian media : the comparative analysis of Emil Zatopek's Olympic victories (1948, 1952)

Diplomová práce "Hrdina v totalitních médiích: srovnávací analýza olympijských vítězství Emila Zátopka (1948, 1952)" pojednává o propagandě ve sportovní žurnalistice. Jejím cílem je posoudit, jakým způsobem informoval československý tisk o úspěších jednoho z nejlepších domácích atletů, Emila Zátopka, na olympijských hrách v Londýně a Helsinkách. Na základě odborné literatury a pozorování jsem stanovil hypotézu, že novináři využili Zátopkových triumfů k propagandistickým účelům a z úspěšného sportovce vytvořili socialistického hrdinu. Tuto hypotézu jsem ověřoval kvantitativní obsahovou analýzou v denících Rudé právo a Lidová demokracie. Zároveň jsem zformuloval dvě vedlejší hypotézy: Olympijské hry v roce 1952 měly výrazněji propagandisticky zatížené zpravodajské pokrytí než olympijské hry v roce 1948 a zpravodajské pokrytí obou olympijských her bylo výrazněji propagandisticky zatížené v Rudém právu než v Lidové demokracii. V analýze měřím propagandistickou zatíženost zpravodajských příspěvků, fotografií a reprezentací Emila Zátopka. Veškerý výzkum se opírá o bohatý teoretický základ, který zahrnuje definici propagandy, představení kulturní politiky v období 1948-1952 a vymezení termínu "hrdina" podle odlišných tradic na obou stranách železné opony.Diploma thesis "The Hero of Totalitarian Media: The Comparative Analysis of Emil Zátopek's Olympic Victories (1948, 1952)" deals with propaganda in the sports journalism. Its aim is to evaluate how the Czechoslovak press reported about successes of one of the best domestic athlet Emil Zatopek at the Olympic Games in London and Helsinki. I defined a hypothesis, based on specialized literature and observation, that journalists exploited Zatopek's triumphs for propagandistic reasons, and presented the successful athlet as a socialist hero. I verified this hypothesis by means of quantitative content analysis of the journals Rude pravo and Lidova demokracie. I defined two secondary hypothesis as well: The news coverage of the Olympic Games in 1952 was more propagandistically damaged than the Olympic Games in 1948, and the news coverage by Rude pravo of both Olympic Games was more propagandistically damaged than by Lidova demokracie. In the analysis I measure the propagandistic damage of the articles, the photos and the representations of Emil Zatopek. Water regime simulation along Gabčíkovo – Topoľníky chanel (Vrakúň junction) case study

Gabčíkovo – Topoľníky channel is one of three main channels in the irrigation and drainage channel network of Žitný ostrov. Žitný ostrov is a lowland area in south – western Slovakia with high degree of agricultural use and thanks to its bed composed mainly of fluvial gravel sediments it is a significant storage of high quality groundwater. The Vrakúň junction location was chosen due to the presence of regulation measures (floodgates)along the boundary of the area of interest and also due to the occurrence of both agricultural and urban areas. The aim of this paper is to evaluate surface water – groundwater interactions between the channel and its surroundings considering the significant increase in volume of silts in the channel over the past years and comparison of the interaction between the current state and state with no aggradation in the channel. Zástavní právo v historické retrospektivě (zejména ve věcech nemovitých) Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá historickým vývojem zástavního práva. Úvodem do problematiky je stať věnovaná římskoprávnímu pojetí zástavního práva, jako základního principu jeho pozdějšího utváření ve střední Evropě, tedy také na území Čech. Následující text se zabývá zástavním právem ve střední Evropě od nejstarších dob, až k jeho úpravě ovlivněné recepcí římského práva, se stručným exkursem do recepce římského práva. Na tomto místě může čtenář rozpoznat velice podobný, ale na sobě do jisté míry nezávislý vývoj zástavního práva ve střední Evropě a v římském právu na počátku jeho vývoje a jeho stagnaci právě ve střední Evropě. Navazuje podrobnější rozbor zástavního práva v Českých zemích až do počátku 19. století, kdy na území větší části habsburské monarchie (Cislajtánie) začal platit na svou dobu moderní občanský zákoník ABGB. Následně se autor práce zaměřuje na právní úpravu zástavního práva obsaženou v ABGB, a také v souvislosti s tímto kodexem úpravou v návrhu občanského zákoníku z roku 1937, jenž měl ABGB nahradit. Právní úprava zástavního práva byla v ABGB roztříštěna do více dílů zákoníku, návrh z roku 1937 tento nedostatek napravil a celou úpravu zástavního práva zpřehlednil. The introduction to the issue is devoted to the roman law concept of lien law, as a basic principle of its later formation in central Europe and also in the territory of Bohemia. The following text deals with the right of lien in central Europe from the earliest times to its modification influenced by the reception of roman law with the brief excursion to the reception of roman law. At this point, the reader can recognize a very similar, but somewhat independent, development of lien in central Europe and roman law at the beginning of its development and its stagnation in central Europe. It follows a more detailed analysis of the lien in the Czech lands until the beginning of the 19. th century when the modern civil code of the AGBG began to apply to the territory of most of the Habsburg monarchy (Cislaitania). Subsequently the author of the thesis focuses on the legal regulation of pledge law contained in the AGBG, and also by the draft civil code of 1937 to replace the AGBG.
