The paper is devoted to a critical analysis of the current state and development prospects of the transport infrastructure of the Russian Federation in the context of transport and logistics services. The share of through haulage in the total volume of export-import transactions has been estimated. At the same time, the right choice of methods of scientific research directly affects the success of solving the scientific problem, where the main feature of the modern economy is the transition from managing objects to managing flows. The main objective is to identify the problems of functioning of transport and transport infrastructure in the context of the largest "players" in the investment market of Russia, in the development of a competitive transport and logistics system of the state and its regions based on integration and innovative logistics technologies of the main participants in the supply chain operating in the Russian regions as well as corridors passing through the territory of Russia. These trends can be traced both in theoretical studies and in the practice of carrying out entrepreneurial activities. We use empirical methods of comparison, measurement, description, interpretation; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic. Working in difficult conditions, Russia should become a basic transport and logistics center. It needs to improve its logistics infrastructure and technologies for logistics organization, reducing costs within supply chains by optimizing customs clearance processes and eliminating legislative barriers. Conclusions: transport development should be developed not as a set of individual elements in the form of transport, transport infrastructure, and transport corridors, but as a single transport and logistics network.peer-reviewe

    Physical Phenomenology of Phyllotaxis

We propose an evolutionary mechanism of phyllotaxis, regular arrangement of leaves on a plant stem. It is shown that the phyllotactic pattern with the Fibonacci sequence has a selective advantage, for it involves the least number of phyllotactic transitions during plant growth

The aim of the thesis is to analyze and to explain monetary policy of Russian central bank and to determine its specific characteristics during 2010 -- 2014 as well as to describe its main instruments, goals, models and methods of regulation. First of all, the author will introduce common problems of monetary policy and there will be described general theoretical aspects of monetary policy functioning as well as impacts of monetary measures in open economy with different regimes of exchange policy and capital mobility. Further, there will be described instruments and transmission mechanism of monetary policy. The author will try to describe conditions of monetary policy realization, which have an impact on the direction of Bank of Russia measures, within the analytical part. The author will describe instruments that are characteristic for Russian central bank and foreign exchange policy, which are important for prediction of impact from monetary actions. At the end of the thesis the author will try to estimate an efficiency of monetary policy with the comparison of reality and the prognoses of Bank of Russia

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of acquisition on the company SECURITAS CR, s.r.o. using methods of financial analysis. Indicators should reflect reality and should be helpful in evaluating representation of the firm on market. To achieve the objective are used horizontal and vertical analysis of assets and liabilities, profit and loss account, financial ratios analysis, analysis of economic value added, DuPont analysis of return on equity and return on assets; evaluation of overall business performance by creditworthy and bankruptcy models. A necessary condition for solving the key problem is to identify reasons that led to decide on the acquisition of companies. At the end of the work I will compare results obtained at the output and get an overview of the overall performance of the company during the period

Flushing time and growth rate of Pinus sylvestris seedlings

Identification of phenological stages is the first step to study the plant response to environmental changes, such as climate, temperature, precipitation, fertilization, irrigation and biological control. In order to identify the phenological stages, 100 seedlings were studied at 5-10 days intervals. Stem and leaf length growth were measured by ruler and caliper to draw growth rate curve. Results showed that annual, biennial and 3- years old and older up to productive age of Pinus sylvestris were classified into 10, 10, 9 and 8 groups, respectively. Time of phenological stages was slightly different between biennial and older seedlings. Sigmoidal growth curve of biennial seedlings revealed that the effect of middle part of last year stem on increased seedling height was more than upper part (apical meristem). Hence any parameter that increases middle part of annual seedling will consequently increase the length growth of biennial seedlings. Stem elongation was affected by phenological stage of lammas shoot at the late growth season. Appearance of leaf buds coincides maximum length growth of seedling stem and young trees
