    Settlement of Non-Litigation Rape Crime Cases in the Perspective of Islamic Law

    This study aims to study Islamic law resolving non-litigation rape cases in Beringin Makmur Dua Village, Rawas Ilir District, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research is based on the existence of rape cases resolved peacefully, even though the case should have been more appropriate if it had been resolved according to the law in force in Indonesia. This research is a field research or empirical research type. The approach method used is a qualitative approach. Data sources are primary and secondary, collected using interviews and documentation techniques. The analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive. This study concluded that resolving rape cases through non-litigation in Beringin Makmur Dua Village, Rawas Ilir District, was not following Islamic law. Even though Islamic law strongly recommends solving problems peacefully, not all cases, such as the hudud jarimah, can be resolved peacefully. One of the hudud jarimah is adultery or rape. According to Islamic law, the perpetrator of the rape must be subject to adultery sanctions, namely stoning or flogging. It is intended to provide a deterrent effect on perpetrators and society in general

    PENGEMBANGAN MONOPOLI PROTISTA SEBAGAI MEDIA PERMAINAN EDUKATIF UNTUK SISWA KELAS X

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media permainan monopoli yang layak secara teoritis dan empiris. Kelayakan teoritis meliputi aspek validitas media, sedangkan kelayakan empiris meliputi aspek aktivitas, hasil belajar siswa dan motivasi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ASSURE. Langkah-langkah ASSURE yaitu analisis karakter siswa, menentukan tujuan, pemilihan media, penggunaan media dan bahan, menjaring partisipasi dan respons siswa, dan evaluasi-revisi. Kegiatan pengembangan media dilakukan di Jurusan Biologi, FMIPA-UNESA pada bulan Desember 2015 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2016. Uji coba media dilakukan di SMAN 2 Sidoarjo pada tanggal 2 juni 2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu menghasilkan 1 set monopoli yang terdiri dari beberan monopoli, kartu pertanyaan yang telah di sesuaikan dengan tuntutan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) 3.5 yaitu menerapkan prinsip klasifikasi untuk menggolongkan pritista berdasarkan ciri-ciri umum kelas dan perannya dalam kehidupan melalui pengamatan secara teliti dan sistematis, kunci jawaban, kartu hak milik, petunjuk penggunaan, penanda Landmark, bidak dan dadu. Media permainan monopoli protista dinyatakan layak berdasarkan aspek validitas media memperoleh penilaian sebesar 98,3% dengan kategori sangat valid. Penilaian berdasarkan aspek aktivitas siswa sebesar 94,4% dengan kategori sangat valid. Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa rata-rata (g) 0,82 dengan kategori tinggi dan motivasi siswa sebesar 95,4% dengan kategori sangat valid. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media permainan monopoli protista pada materi protista mirip tumbuhan layak secara teoritis dan empiris untuk dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran biologi di SMA kelas X.   Kata kunci: Monopoli Protista, Pengembangan, Permainan Edukati

    This study aims to determine the effect of education assistance funds, school participation rates, and open unemployment on the poverty in Sumatra for the 2015-2019 period. The data used in this study are secondary data with a cross section of 10 provinces in Sumatra and time series data with a time period of 2015-2019. The data analysis method used panel data regression. The results showed that partially the education assistance fund variable had no significant and negative effect on the poverty level variable in Sumatra, the school participation rate variable had no significant and positive effect on the poverty in Sumatra, the open unemployment variable had a significant effect. and positive for the variable poverty in Sumatra. The results of the study simultaneously show that the variable education assistance funds, the school participation rate variable, and the open unemployment variable significantly influence the poverty variable in Sumatra

    DEKONSTRUKSI DALAM BUKU-BUKU CERITA RAKYAT INDONESIA

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya dekonstruksi dalam cerita rakyat. Melalui kajian dekonstruksi ini, diharapkan adanya pemahaman tentang telaah karya sastra secara kritis dan menjadikan pemahaman luas untuk mencari makna dalam karya sastra yang sebenarnya. Masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah: Bagaimana dekonstruksi dalam buku-buku cerita rakyat Indonesia? Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan dekonstruksi dalam buku-buku cerita rakyat Indonesia. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teori Sikana (2005), Norris (2020) serta teori pendukung lainnya. Data penelitian ini berupa fonem, kata yang diambil dari buku-buku cerita rakyat Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik hermeneutik dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil dalam penelitiaan ini memiliki data yang paling dominan dalam buku-buku cerita rakyat Indonesia yaitu dekonstruksi dalam konsep logosentrisme, dan yang paling sedikit adalah konsep grammatology, logosentrisme, difference, istilah teks, diseminasi.  Sedangkan fonosentrisme dan tulisan itu sendiri (arche writing) tidak ditemukan data

    Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pusdiklat Kesejahteraan Sosial, Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data empiris kegiatan manajemen kurikulum diklat Training Of Trainer Pertemuan Peningkatan Kemampuan Keluarga Program Keluarga Harapan (TOT P2K2 PKH) dilihat dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripsi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini yaitu Widyaiswara, Kepala Sub Bidang Kerjasama dan Pengembangan Diklat Kesejahteraan Sosial Masyarakat dan Kepala Sub Bidang Pelaksanaan Diklat Kesejahteraan Sosial Masyarakat dan beberapa informan pendukung yaitu Widyaiswara-Widyaiswara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) proses perencanaan kurikulum diklat TOT P2K2 PKH yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, Analisis Kebutuhan Diklat (AKD), penyusunan kurikulum, penyusunan modul, uji coba modul, penyempurnaan modul, seminar modul dan editing, (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum diklat TOT P2K2 PKH direalisasikan melalui proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas (indoor) dan praktek belajar lapangan di daerah (outdoor). Komponen-komponen pendukung pelaksanaan kurikulum diklat TOT P2K2 PKH yaitu narasumber/fasilitator, sarana dan prasarana, media dan bahan ajar, metode pembelajaran serta peserta diklat, (3) Proses evaluasi kurikulum diklat TOT P2K2 PKH yaitu penyusunan instrumen, pengumpulan data, mengolah hasil dan penyusunan laporan hasil evaluasi kurikulum diklat.     Association Between Triglyceride-Glucose Index (TyG Index) and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: A Systematic Review

    Background: Insulin Resistance has a major role in the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus where there is a decrease in sensitivity in peripheral tissues. The emergence of insulin resistance, 1-2 decades precedes before the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus is established. This theory is supported by the usefulness of insulin resistance as a marker of future diabetes or the prevention of type 2 diabetes by insulin-sensitizing agents. Recently, there is evidence that has been suggested to measure insulin resistance as surrogate marker by calculated the triglyceride and glucose which is so called as “Fasting triglyceride-glucose index” or can be shorten as “TyG index”. This study reported a systematic review of association between TyG index and type 2 diabetes mellitus from various literatures to make a conclusion as a basis for further research. Methods: A literature search in EBSCOhost, ProQuest, MEDLINE, and NCBI database was performed to retrieve and review studies reporting the association between TyG index and type 2 diabetes. Results: All studies showed that higher TyG index were associated with higher type 2 diabetes (HR 4.36, 10.38, 9.54 for each). Conclusion: This systematic review provides further evidence about higher TyG index is related to higher risk of development type 2 diabetes. It represents that TyG index can predicting the risk of incident T2DM

    The Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction which is located in Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency is very likely to be developed with adequate resources, but this tourist attraction is not widely known to the outside community and is still lacking in terms of existing facilities. Therefore, the author takes the title "Strategy for the Development of the Tirta Plamboyan Swimming Pool Tourism Object, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency" the aim is to be able to find out what kind of development strategy is suitable for the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing a tourism object for the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency with SWOT analysis. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analytical method used is SWOT, namely Strengths , Weaknesses , Opportunities and Threats . The results of this study indicate that the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourism object, Talang Dry Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency is in quadrant II position. This shows that the strategy used is a diversification strategy . In addition, the results of the SWOT diagram using the ST strategy explain that the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool tourist attraction is can maintain a cheap swimming pool ticket price from others, keep the swimming pool clean and create comfort in the swimming pool area, and approach the public not to think badly about the Tirta Plamboyan swimming pool

    Mengajar merupakan kegiatan yang menantang. Para guru harus paham dengan jelas apa yang harus dilakukan untuk mendapatkan proses belajar mengajar yang sukses. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, para guru harus menpunyai kemampuan yang baik dalam mengajar. Untuk itu, banyak perguruan-perguruan tinggi yang mendirikan program pendidikan guru. Salah satunya adalah Universitas Muria Kudus yang mempunyai tiga jurusan pendidikan guru. Diantaranya adalah Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris yang mewajibkan mahasiswanya untuk ikut program praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) pada semester tujuh. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah diatas maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan permalahan selama praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa paktikan di sekolah-sekolah di kecamatan Dawe, yang meliputi empat pemasalahan dan terdiri dari dua Madrasah Aliyah. Selain permasalahan penulis juga meneliti factor penyebah permasalahan tersebut muncul. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif .Data dari penelitian ini adalah pengalaman para mahasiswa praktikan terkait dengan permasalahan yang mereka hadapi selama praktik pengalaman lapangan di sekolah-sekolah di kecamatan Dawe pada tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Sementara sumber data didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dengan keenam mahasiswa praktikan sebagai partisipannya. Dalam menganalisa data, penulis mentranskip hasil wawancara, mengidentifikasi, mengelompokkan jawaban kemudian membuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sekolah-sekolah di kecamatan Dawe kukurangan fasilitas pada peralatan alat bantu pembelajaran seperti gambar-gambar, LCD dan proyektor, speaker ruangan, dan rol kabel. Kedua, permasalah buku pegangan, para mahasiswa praktikan mengalami keterbatasan sumber. Ketiga permasalahan dari para murid. Para mahasiswa praktikan mengatakan murid mereka kurang memperhatikan pembelajaran. Keempat, permasalahan yang berasal dari lingkungan kelas. Bahwa kebanyakan ruangan kelas ramai, panas dan tudak begitu terang. Pada akhir penelitian ini penulis menyarankan para guru untuk menyediakan lebih banyak alat bantu pembelajaran dan memilih buku pegangan yang paling tepat untuk para murid, termasuk juga melengkapi ruangan kelas dengan fasilitas yang diperlukan. Kemudian, akan sangat membantu untuk para mahasiswa praktik pengalaman lapangan mengetahui dengan baiksekolah-sekolah yang akan menjadi tempat praktik mengajar dikemudian hari

    The health of the teeth and mouth aims to prevent the occurrence of holes in the teeth as the main cause of infection in other organs in the oral cavity. Knowledge of parents is a factor that determines oral and dental care behavior early in treating oral and dental health. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about dental health and dental care behavior in children aged 10-12 years. This type of research was cross sectional. The independent variable was knowledge about dental care and the dependent variable was dental care behavior. One month research time at Banasare 1 Elementary School, Rubaru Subdistrict. Population and sample of all grade IV and V students. The sampling technique used the total population. The research instrument was questionnaire and dental care behavior. Data analysis used Spearman with α (0.05). The results showed that almost all dental health knowledge was good, as many as 40 people (93.0%). Almost all dental care behaviors were good, as many as 40 people (93.0%). The results of data analysis obtained p value = 0,000 with a = 0.005, so p value (0,000) <a (0,005) then H0 is rejected which means there was a relationship between the level of knowledge about dental health and dental care behavior in children aged 10-12 years in SDN Banasare I, Rubaru District. Efforts to improve dental and oral health can be done through health promotion at Banasare Elementary School I. Effective promotion was done by exemplifying how to treat teeth using props continuously every month so that consistency of behavior can be formed and maintained
