Oscillations de Bloch d'atomes ultra-froids : application aux mesures de haute précision

This work developed around three experiments. The first one concerned the measurement of the ratio h/m between Planck's constant and rubidium atomic mass. We have carried out a thorough study of systematic effects, such as the Gouy phase or the quadratic Zeeman effect. The development of a new compact and high-power laser source (12W@780nm) allowed to decrease the effect of Gouy phase by a factor of 4. The second experiment revolved around the realization of a compact and precise gravimeter, using Bloch oscillations to maintain atoms against gravity. This allowed for a measurement of local gravity acceleration with a promising preliminary sensitivity of 4.7E-7 g in 1s. Finally, the third experiment consisted in the realization of the double diffraction technique, with the aim of implementing Bloch-oscillation-based large momentum transfer beamsplitters.Ce travail de thèse se développe autour de trois expériences. La première concerne la mesure du rapport h/m entre la constante de Planck et la masse d'un atome de rubidium. Dans le cadre de l'étude détaillée des effets systématiques, tels que la phase de Gouy ou l'effet Zeeman quadratique, nous avons développé une nouvelle source laser compacte et puissante (12W@780nm) permettant de réduire l'effet de la phase de Gouy d'un facteur 4. La deuxième expérience a porté sur la démonstration d'un nouveau schéma de gravimètre compact, s'appuyant sur les oscillations de Bloch pour faire léviter les atomes. Une mesure de l'accélération locale de la pesanteur a été réalisée avec une sensibilité préliminaire très prometteuse de 4.7E-7 g en 1s. La troisième expérience a permis d'obtenir un interféromètre atomique symétrique grâce à la technique de double diffraction Raman. El control simultáneo y su relación con la gestión de la municipalidad provincial de Canchis periodo 2017

El presente de trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo general de determinar cómo el control simultáneo se relaciona con la gestión de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis en el periodo de 2017, determinándolo mediante las puntuaciones que obtuvieron las modalidades del control simultáneo y el nivel de gestión pública, el método aplicado fue alcance correlacional con diseño no experimental; la población y la muestra del presente trabajo de investigación se constituye por los 16 jefes de las gerencia de desarrollo social y cultural, gerencia de desarrollo económico, gerencia de infraestructura urbana y rural, gerencia de gestión ambiental, gerencia de servicios públicos municipales, gerencia de transporte y circulación vial, como técnica se usó un encuesta e instrumento un cuestionario; por otra parte, en los resultados el control simultáneo tiene una relación significativa con la gestión de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis, porque, la significancia p=0.003 <0.05, la modalidad de acción simultanea no tiene una relación significativa con la gestión porque la significancia p=0.061 > 0.05, la modalidad de visita de control tiene una relación significativa con la gestión porque significancia p=0.006 <0.05, la modalidad de visita de preventiva tiene una relación significativa con la gestión porque la significancia p=0.026 <0.05 la modalidad de orientación de oficio no tienen una relación significativa con la gestión porque la significancia p=0.109> 0.05, concluyendo así que se acepta la hipótesis alterna al 95% de confianza demostrando que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa positiva entre las puntuaciones que obtuvieron el control simultaneo y el nivel de gestión pública reportado, hecho que nos permite afirmar de manera técnica que a mayor nivel de control simultaneo mejor la gestión de la Municipalidad Provincial de Canchis en el periodo 2017This research work was developed with the general objective of determining how the simultaneous control is related to the management of the Provincial Municipality of Canchis in the period of 2017, determining it through the scores obtained by the modalities of the simultaneous control and the level of public management, the applied method was correlational scope with non-experimental design; The population and the sample of the present research work is constituted by the 16 heads of the management of social and cultural development, management of economic development, management of urban and rural infrastructure, management of environmental management, management of municipal public services, management of transport and road traffic, as a technique a survey and a questionnaire instrument were used; On the other hand, in the results, the simultaneous control has a significant relationship with the management of the Provincial Municipality of Canchis, because, the significance p = 0.003 <0.05, the simultaneous action modality does not have a significant relationship with the management because the significance p = 0.061> 0.05, the control visit modality has a significant relationship with the management because significance p = 0.006 <0.05, the preventive visit modality has a significant relationship with the management because the significance p = 0.026 <0.05 the modality of trade orientation do not have a significant relationship with management because the significance p = 0.109> 0.05, thus concluding that the alternative hypothesis is accepted at 95% confidence, demonstrating that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the scores that obtained the simultaneous control and the level of public management reported, a fact that allows us to affirm in a technical way that at a higher level of Simultaneous control improved the management of the Provincial Municipality of Canchis in the period 2017

Incidencia del delito de violencia familiar en el distrito judicial de Lima Sur-2021

La violencia en las familias y en las parejas ha resultado ser lo más común en este tiempo y mucho más a raíz del Covid-19, en el que, el confinamiento ha resultado ser un gran problema que está relacionado con la violencia familiar, siendo una realidad preocupante y alarmante el incremento de maltratos contra niños, niñas, adolescentes y especialmente contra la Mujer. Asimismo, es uno de los temas más polémicos en la actualidad. En el distrito Judicial de Lima Sur se puede evidenciar que el delito de violencia familiar está dejando evidencia a otra realidad, el problema a través del tiempo se ha ido incrementando notablemente, más aún como hemos señalado dentro de las circunstancias del estado de emergencia sanitario; revisaremos la legislación sobre la materia para determinar si los preceptos normativos son suficientes para acabar con la ola de. la violencia familiar o se necesita otro tipo de mecanismos o sanciones para erradicar el maltrato que se da dentro del núcleo familiar sobre todo a las personas más vulnerables como son los niños y las mujeres, además se debe considerar que muchos de los casos de violencia familiar no son denunciados ni puestos en conocimiento de las autoridades administrativas ni policiales, lo que hace más difícil aún cualquier intervención de parte del Estado para poder erradicar la violencia familiar; es importante señalar que en el presente trabajo se realizó un evaluación doctrinaria y dogmática sobre el componente del delito de violencia familiar ; llegando a analizar cada uno de los efectos que producen estos maltratos y el porqué el ensañamiento que en su mayoría son sus parejas o exparejas.Violence in families and couples has turned out to be the most common in this time and much more as a result of Covid-19, in which confinement has turned out to be a great problem that is related to family violence, being a worrying and alarming reality the increase in abuse against children, adolescents and especially against women. Los estilos de liderazgos y el comportamiento organizacional en la Empresa Leomar SAC 2015

The research aimed to establish the relationship between managerial style leadership and organizational behavior of the company Leomar SAC 2015. The study belongs to the non-experimental design was correlational and descriptive. The population consisted of employees of the company Leomar SAC 2015, a total of 35, it was not necessary to determine the sample because we worked with 100% of the population. The technique used in gathering the survey data was expressed in the questionnaire. For data processing the computer program SPSS version 21 in Spanish so that the data matrix with the data is organized in tables and graphs was obtained was used. For the analysis and interpretation of the data it was used descriptive statistics: frequency, simple averages and percentage It was concluded that there is a relation between the style of managerial leadership and organizational behavior of the company Leomar SAC 2015, in view of the results of the survey of its employees.La investigación tuvo como objetivo, establecer la relación que existe entre el estilo de liderazgo gerencial y el comportamiento organizacional de la Empresa Leomar SAC 2015.&nbsp; El estudio pertenece al tipo no experimental y el diseño fue descriptivo correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por los colaboradores de la empresa Leomar SAC 2015, un total de 35, no fue necesario determinar la muestra porque se trabajó con el 100% de la población. La técnica que se empleó en la recolección de los datos fue la encuesta, expresada en el cuestionario. Para el procesamiento de los datos se utilizó el programa computarizado SPSS versión 23 en español con lo que se obtuvo la matriz de datos con lo que se organizó los datos en tablas y gráficos. Para el análisis e interpretación de los datos se empleó la estadística descriptiva: frecuencia, promedios simples y porcentaje. Sistema de captación de agua de lluvia en viviendas para la calidad de vida de los pobladores, distrito de Cusco, 2021

El estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar si el sistema de captación de agua de lluvia en viviendas mejora la calidad de vida de los pobladores, distrito de Cusco, 2021. El tipo de investigación, aplicada, de diseño no experimental y con enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, descriptivo, correlacional. La muestra consta de 10 viviendas, y el tipo de muestro es no probabilístico por conveniencia, con el fin de llegar a nuestro objetivo se consideró optar como instrumento principal la encuesta enfocada a la variable independiente como componentes del sistema de captación y condiciones pluviales para poder realizar una correlación bilateral mediante el método de chi-cuadrado de Pearson con nuestra variable dependiente que es la calidad de vida de los pobladores del distrito del Cusco. Se obtuvo los parámetros fisicoquímicos del agua de lluvia, y comparamos posteriormente con los parámetros del agua potable y realizar una correlación entre variables. En conclusión de que el sistema de captación de agua de lluvia en viviendas mejora la calidad de vida de los pobladores del distrito del Cusco

How to Reach Green Word of Mouth through Green Trust, Green Perceived Value and Green Satisfaction

The production and consumption of green food products have become hot topics in marketing. Companies are implementing marketing strategies such as green perceived value, green trust, and green satisfaction to guarantee green word of mouth. An online questionnaire distributed through social media was used to collect the data. The sample consists of 297 people. The 297 responses were coded and analysed with the Software Smart-PLS. The data described include the sample sociodemographic profile, the descriptive analysis of all items, the reliability and validity of the measures of the reflective model and the evaluation of the results of the structural model. Four hypotheses included in the PLS-SEM proposed were validated for a p-value of 0.001. The results confirmed the influence of green perceived value on green trust and green satisfaction. Moreover, the results highlight that green satisfaction and green trust influence green word of mouth

Green Marketing: Drivers in the Process of Buying Green Products—The Role of Green Satisfaction, Green Trust, Green WOM and Green Perceived Value

Green marketing is currently one of the most powerful strategies in the corporate world as it responds to a growing demand for green products. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the influence of green perceived value on green trust and green satisfaction, study how both variables impact green word of mouth in turn and, at the same time, how the three variables influence green purchase intention. Data collection was carried out through a digital survey of buyers of green products. The hypotheses posed were solved with a PLS-SEM model through the Smart-PLS software. The results showed that green perceived value positively affects green trust and green satisfaction. Furthermore, green satisfaction was found to influence green trust and green WOM. Green trust also influences green WOM. Regarding the antecedents of green purchase intention, only green satisfaction and green trust showed a positive relationship. In contrast, green WOM did not show a relationship with green purchase intention. The article shows the importance of green satisfaction for green companies in achieving green purchase intention, green WOM and green trust. Green perceived value is also an important variable, as it is the trigger for the process that leads to green purchase intention
