    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensitas atau banyak sedikitnya pemberian tugas rumah yang diberikan kepada peserta didik, untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar peserta didik dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh intensitas pemberian tugas rumah terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan dan SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode komparatif yaitu membandingkan intensitas pemberian tugas rumah dan prestasi belajar antara SMK Muhammdiyah 3 Yogyakarta dan SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarata yang terdiri dari 5 kelas dan siswa kelas X kompetensi keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan yang terdiri dari 4 kelas. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling, dimana dalam pengambilan sampel dari masing-masing sekolah dan tiap kelas tersebut diambil secara acak dan proposional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas instrumen angket dilakukan oleh experts judgment dan uji coba instrument yang diberikan kepada 30 responden, sedangkan untuk Uji reliabilitas intrumen intensitas pemberian tugas rumah dihitung dengan rumus Alpha Chronbach. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah teknik Uji-t dengan dua sampel independen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata intensitas pemberian tugas rumah, menunjukkan bahwa di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta memiliki intensitas pemberian tugas rumah dengan rata-rata skor 62,4 yang lebih tinggi daripada di SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan yang hanya memilik skor 57,6. (2) Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan rata-rata prestasi belajar, menunjukkan bahwa di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dengan rata-rata sebesar 73,5 daripada SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan yang hanya memiliki rata-rata sebesar 67,7. (3) Intensitas pemberian tugas rumah berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaan prestasi belajarnya, dimana peserta didik yang diberi tugas rumah dengan intensitas tinggi, prestasi belajarnya lebih tinggi daripada peserta didik yang diberi tugas rumah dengan intensitas rendah, dengan thitung = 8,109 yang lebih besar daripada ttabel = 1,655

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berorientasi 4D yang diimplementasikan pada sejumlah siswa SMP Negeri 29 Samarinda melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, bertujuan mencapai ketuntasan belajar Fisika pada pokok bahasan Getaran dan Gelombang. Berdasarkan data dan analisis hasil penelitian ternyata, aktivitas siswa yang menonjol melakukan percobaan 22,67%, koefisien reliabilitas 80,15%, keterampilan kooperatif yang banyak dilakukan 36,78% memeriksa dengan cermat, menetapkan tujuan 30,52%, seluruh pengelolaan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan kategori baik (3,33), ketuntasan hasil belajar fisika mengalami peningkatan perolehan skor dari siswa yang menjawab benar sebesar 0,54, dan 34 indikator atau butir soal dinyatakan tuntas, respon siswa rata-rata menyatakan senang dan baru terhadap implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan temuan/kendala yang terjadi dilapangan dapat diatasi dengan baik. Simpulan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan mempunyai pengaruh yang positip dalam menuntaskan belajar fisika pada pokok bahasan getaran dan gelombang

    Analysis of Phase and Energy Band Gap Width of Corncob Carbon-PEG 4000

    This study aims to identify and analyze the band gap width of the carbon phase produced from corncobs mixed with PEG-4000 to see the surface area of the corncob carbon phase. First, the characterization test was carried out using Scanning Electron Microscope Energy-Dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX) spectroscopy to determine the morphology and Ultraviolet–Visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy to determine the band gap width of corncob carbon. Then, adding Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) 4000 at a specific concentration to develop the potential of corncob carbon. Finally, the corncob-PEG 4000 carbon reduction process was sifted through and tested by UV-Vis spectroscopy, and the energy gap value was 0.954 eV.DOI: 10.17977/um024v7i22022p14

In previous research, have successfully designed and tested a non-clinical electrical stimulator in order to maintain the ability of lower limb muscle contractions. This research design a four channel electrical stimulator in order to maintain the ability for muscle contractions of the upper limb of stroke patients so they do not experience muscle degeneration. Electrical stimulator used in previous studies should be retested if all the parameters used in upper limb muscles in accordance with the amount required by upper limb muscles. After being tested on normal subjects, obtained voltage parameters should be adjusted and has a maximum stimulation of 70 V

    Pulsed - laser deposition of superconducting Nd1.85Ce0.15Cu4− thin films and their structural examinations

    Thin films of electron - doped superconducting Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4− have been deposited on (100) SrTiO3 substrates at 680 - 840◦C using pulsed - laser deposition. The deposition process was conducted in flowing oxygen with the rate of 25 ml/min and the pressure of 0.25 mbar. The in-situ post-annealing treatments in vacuum (down to 10−7 mbar) for several minutes at deposition and/or lower temperatures were given to induce superconductivity on the films. The best quality of films with Tc of about 20 K, smooth surface, nanometersizedgrains and average roughness of 3.5 nm have been produced by the growing film at 820◦C followed by annealing at 750◦C in vacuum for 5 minutes

    morphous silicon solar cells with single p-i-n layer were grown on 10 cm2 ITO coated glass substrates. Fabrication process done by using 13.56 MHz RF-Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD). Hydrogen flow on the deposition process is widely known to enable the passivation of the dangling bond on Silicon bonds. The passivation of dangling bond affects the band gap of each layer and cell performance in the absorption of photon. In the deposition process of intrinsic layer, SiH4 gas flow is set constant at 2.5 sccm, while variation is done in hydrogen gas flow at 0 sccm – 90 sccm. Energy gaps obtained for p-layer and n-layer are 2.0 eV and 2.2 eV at thickness 64 nm and 36 nm respectively. Optimizations have been done for intrinsic layer which band gaps are 1.4 eV, 1.6 eV and 1.9 eV at thickness 400 nm. The solar cell efficiency was increased from 4.8% to 5.64% based on the band gaps variety. In addition, i-layer thicknesses were also varied from 400 nm, 500 nm and 600 nm. Thicknesses variation shows an increase of 5.78% in the solar cell efficiency

The problem is that many students still need to memorize the Qur'an correctly because they have not been facilitated. There needs to be better extracurricular management by educational institutions. Tahfidz with HP media can be a motivation to produce prospective mosque imams. This study aimed to analyze the management of Al-Qur'an tahfidz extracurricular learning at Muhammadiyah 1 Prambon Vocational School. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data was obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation—data analysis techniques using data reduction. The study's results presume that (1) improvement and addition of facilities can motivate students to learn tahfidz Al Qur'an.     A study of hydrogen diffusion behavior in the PVA (polyvinyl-alcohol) hydrogel had been done to measure diffusion coefficient (Apparent Diffusion Coefficient/ ADC) used as parameter of brain tumor grading. For our study, PVA hydrogel samples were prepared using freezing-thawing method with various concentration and number of freezing-thawing cycles. The ambiguity of brain tumor grading using ADC value, which is formed from Diffusion Weighted-Imaging 1,5 T, could be reduced enough with observing the result of correlation the ADC at b-value 1000 s/mm2 and 3000 s/mm2 with assessment of consistency measured using digital penetrometer based on microcontroller
