Revolutionizing Archive Management: Indonesia's SEMAR System Impact
Effective archive management is essential for organizational efficiency, yet manual systems often lead to errors and inefficiencies. This study investigates the implementation of the SEMAR Archive Management Information System at the Library and Archives Office in Sidoarjo Regency, addressing the gaps in infrastructure, human resources, and technical knowledge. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were gathered through purposive sampling, interviews, observations, and documentation. Results indicate that while communication within the office is adequate, the effectiveness of SEMAR is hindered by poor internet connectivity, limited IT staff, and insufficient training. The study highlights the necessity for enhanced resources, better training, and comprehensive standard operating procedures to optimize archive management. These findings emphasize the critical role of structured and well-supported archival systems in improving data management efficiency and accuracy

Estimation of Pulmonary Signal Using a Digital Camera
This work aims to facilitate detection of IC information, including serial number and company by reading the IC printed numbers from the manufacture using an image processing program. This project proposes a low-cost system for extracting IC information using a digital camera. The experiments were conducted on a DIP ICs at a different distance of 2 m and MATLAB® system were then compared with the data sheet of it. The experimental results show a promising performance in comparison with the data sheet from the manufacture, with low error rate
The Importance of onto-Gnoseological Aspects of Scientific Intelligence
This article discusses the onto-epistemological aspects of scientific reasoning and its importance. The modern scientific landscape of the world is becoming increasingly systematic and integrated. Epistemologically, science emerges as one of the ways to know the world
Gas Leakage Detection in Recovery Rooms Using a Microcontroller
Gas leakage in medical facilities can pose a serious threat to patient safety and can have catastrophic consequences. Hence, it is essential to detect gas leaks quickly and accurately to prevent any accidents. Various gas detection techniques have been developed to identify gas leaks, including the utilization of Arduino microcontrollers and oxygen sensors. Arduino microcontrollers offer a low-cost and easily deployable solution, while oxygen sensors provide specific detection capabilities for gases commonly used in medical facilities, such as oxygen, nitrogen, and anesthesia gases. Furthermore, the use of advanced technologies such as wireless communication, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence has improved the detection and monitoring of gas leaks. This abstract highlights the importance of gas leak detection in medical facilities and emphasizes the role of Arduino microcontrollers and oxygen sensors, along with advanced technologies, in improving gas detection and prevention of accident
Study of the Negative Impact of Motor Vehicles on the Speed of Movement of Buses
in this article, through the method of observation, cars and public transport are mixed-traffic on the main streets of our country's cities, and the results of a study carried out on the current main main streets of the city showed that the amount of traffic on these streets depends on the importance of the road, the composition of vehicles, It has been analyzed that changes in the amount and composition of movement affect changes in the rate of impact and traffic patterns
The Role And Importance of Emotional Intelligence in the Activities of Representative Bodies
in the article, based on the theoretical analysis of the main signs of emotional intelligence in effective communication with the people in the activities of local state representative bodies, the role and importance of emotional intelligence in effective communication of these approaches in practice is covered, and relevant tips are developed
Pelvic Fractures in Children (Pelvic Ring and Acetabulum)
Pelvic fractures in children are rare and often the result of high-energy trauma. The possibility of associatedlesions cannot be ignored. Treatment at a specializedchildren’shospitalis amust. Themultidisciplinary care team must include a paediatric orthopaedic surgeon. In the emergency room, the surgeon contributes to haemodynamic stabilization of the child by reducing and stabilizing posterior arch fractures and restoring the skeletal cohesion to make it easier to move the child and allow other examinations to be performed. Imaging modalities are used to determine the stability of the pelvic ring fracture, the risk of epiphysiodesis of an acetabulum fracture if the triradiate cartilage is open and the joint congruency if the triradiate cartilage is closed. Internal fixation can be used if surgery is being performed for associated non-orthopaedic injuries. Most vertically stable fractures are treated non-surgically. Fractures that are unstable vertically will require surgical treatment. Treatment of acetabulum fractures depends on the status of the triradiate cartilage. In older children, it is similar to the treatments used in adults. In children with open growth plates, the goal is to make sure the acetabulum continues growing. In all cases, the patients must be instructed to start physical therapy as soon as possible. Full recovery can be expected after stable pelvic fractures. Unstable pelvic fractures can lead to sequelae, the severity of which depend on the residual pelvic displacement and involvement of the growth plates that can cause epiphysiodesis. Surgery to correct these deformities is challenging. The most serious occur when the vertical displacement of the hemipelvis must be corrected. After an acetabulum fracture, removal of the growth blocker can be done in children under 10 years of age. In older children, acetabular dysplasia requires periacetabular osteotomy
