Purpose – Celem artykułu jest zbadanie synergicznych korzyści płynących z integracji Business Intelligence (BI) i sztucznej inteligencji (AI) w środowisku biznesowym. Artykuł ma na celu podkreślenie, jak te zaawansowane technologie mogą przyczynić się do lepszej analizy danych i efektywniejszych decyzji biznesowych. Design/methodology/approach – W artykule przyjęto podejście teoretyczne do analizy, jak integracja BI i AI może wzajemnie się wzmacniać, tworząc potężne narzędzia wspomagające zarządzanie firmą. Artykuł koncentruje się na teoretycznym zbadaniu możliwości i korzyści wynikających z połączenia tych technologii. Findings – Artykuł ujawnia, że integracja BI i AI prowadzi do tworzenia bardziej zaawansowanych narzędzi analitycznych, które umożliwiają dokładniejsze i szybsze procesy decyzyjne w biznesie. Wskazuje na znaczące wzajemne wzmocnienie obu technologii, co przyczynia się do wzrostu efektywności operacyjnej firm. Research limitations/implications – Głównym ograniczeniem jest brak szczegółowego wglądu w praktyczne aspekty implementacji integracji BI i AI. Practical implications – Artykuł podkreśla potencjalne korzyści dla praktyków biznesowych, wskazując na to, jak integracja BI i AI może przyczynić się do lepszej analizy danych i skuteczniejszego zarządzania.
