    Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dan Implikasinya pada Kinerja Kepala Sekolah

    The objective of this research is to analyse the effects of organization cultural, leadership and work motivation on organizational commitment and the implication to the performance of school principals at Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. This research used a quantitative approach namely survey method. The samples were 183 employees selected randomly. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that organizational culture had a direct effect on the school principals organizational commitment and performance, leadership had a direct effect on the school principals organizational commitment, and performance, work motivation had a direct effect on the school principals organizational commitment and performance, and organizational commitment had a direct effect on the school principals performance. Therefore, to improve the school principals performance, through improving soft skills competency apects such as organization cultural, leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment will be once of the key aspect in developing education at the school level.ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menganalisis apakah budaya organisasi sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja kepala sekolah masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi kepala sekolah dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan sampel berjumlah 183 kepala sekolah dasar negeri. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja kepala sekolah masing-masing berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi kepala sekolah dan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa jika setiap variabel tersebut dalam kondisi yang kondusif, efektif, dan tinggi, maka akan dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan komitmen organisasi kepala sekolah dan gilirannya akan berimplikasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja kepala sekolah. Melalui kinerja kepala sekolah yang tinggi diharapkan akan mampu mendorong peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah

    Background: Testosterone was the most important androgen secreted into the blood in males. It was responsible for development of secondary male sex characteristics and its measurements are helpful in evaluating the hypogonadal states. Decreasing of testosterone in males started in middle age, about 45–59 years old. It is responsible of decreasing muscle mass and strength, increasing of body fat especially abdominal fat and gynecomastia, less of libido and sexual intercourse frequency, increase of erectile dysfunction. Objective: The objective of this study was conducted stimulation on acupuncture reproduction point to increase testosterone hormone level in elder's men. Methods: The study used non randomized experiment pre- post test without control group design, the samples was 40 older men, about 50 – more than 70 years old. The stimulation on acupuncture point CV-4, Sp-6, LV-3, and ST-36, on older men were given five times per week, for ten treatments, before treatment each patient was determined the concentration of testosterone hormone and after ten times acupuncture treatment. Results: 15 old men, have increased testosterone level, 20 old men have decreased testosterone level, and 16 old men have no changes in libido after ten times acupuncture treatment. Not all responder after therapy acupuncture ten times at reproduction point have increased of hormone testosterone. Most of 50–69 year men have increased testosterone level. Men above 70 year have no changes testosterone level. There were 24 old men have changes in libido without increased testosterone level. Conclusion: acupuncture may used as alternative therapy to increased testosterone level and libido for elderly men

    This research aims to know: (1) the effect of  learning strategy, emotional intelligence and family environment towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 of Surakarta, (2) the effect of learning strategy towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta, (3) the effect of  Emotional Intelligence towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta, (4) the effect of  family environment towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta.      The object of this research is student grade X in Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta which is get general administration which amounting to 83 students. Questionnaires and documentation are used as data collection tools. Questionnaires are used to collect data of  learning strategy, Emotional Intelligence and family environment, while documentation is used to collect data on results student avhievement of general administration. Data analysis techniques used Regression test.     The results of this research are (1) there is a significant learning strategy, Emotional Intelligence and family environment towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta with the result of count Fcount>Ftable (87,381 > 2,720) (2) there is a significant effect the learning strategy towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta with the result of count ttest>ttable (2,853 >1,664) and significance 0,006 < 0,05 (3) there is a significance effect of Emotional Intelligence towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta with the result of count ttest>ttable (4,338 >1,664) and significance 0,000 < 0,05, (4) there is a significance effect of family environment towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta with the result of count ttest>ttable (3,481 >1,664) and significance 0,001 < 0,05

    The purpose of this study was determine to the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation towards Employee Performance. This Research done in Regional Secretariat Government of the Southeast Minahasa Regency. This study used quantitative research models of associative. The results of the study can be seen that the variable Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. So that the Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.     This study aims to examine the presence or absence of (1) whether there is effect variables of reading interest, learning motivation and the environment of peers in silmutaneously toward the achievement of students of economic education class of 2014-2016, (2) whether there is effect of reading interest variable partially to the learning achievement student of economic education class of 2014-2016, (3) whether there is effect of learning motivation variable partially to the  learning achievement student of economic education class of 2014-2016, (4) whether there is effect of influence of peer environmental variables partially to the learning achievement student of economic education class of 2014 -2016. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with survey method. The population in this research were all student of economic education class of 2014-2016, amounting to 180 students with sample of 124 respondents. Techniques sampling used in this research were Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling by lottery. Data collection is done by questionnaire technique and documentation technique. The validity of the data obtained through tryout conducted to 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the technique of  multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that: (1) Based on the results of F test obtained Fcount > Ftable (67,665 > 2,68) with a probability value of < 0,05 is equal to 0.000, so that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is significant effect of reading interest variables, learning motivation variables and the environment of peers variables silmutaneously towards student learning achievement, (2) Based on the results of t test interest reading variable obtained value tcount > ttable (3,648 > 1,979) with a probability value of < 0,05 is equal to 0.000 so that H0 rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is significant effect of  reading interest variables partially toward student learning achievement, (3) Based on the results of t test learning motivation variable obtained value tcount > ttable (3,710 > 1,979) with a probability value of < 0,05 is equal to 0.000 so H0 rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is a significant effect of  learning motivation variables partially toward student learning achievement, (4) Based on the results of t test peer environmental variables obtained value tcount > ttable (6,580 > 1,979) with probability value of < 0,05 is equal to 0.000, so H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. It means that there is a significant effect of peer environmental variables partially toward student learning achievement

    The research objective to be achieved in this study is to determine the effect of the variables of entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 358 students and a sample of 189 in class XII students of SMKN 1 Sukoharjo from proffesional competences, namely Online Business and Marketing, Accounting and Financial Institutions, Automatication of Office Management, and Computer and Network Engineering. Proportionate random sampling is a technique used in sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale with a closed questionnaire and using multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The results showed that there was a simultaneous or partial influence of the variables of entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. Adjusted R square has a value of 0.673 which shows that 67.3% entrepreneurial interest is influenced by entrepreneurship education, need for achievement, and internal locus of control and the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other variables. This shows that the relationship of entrepreneurial interest with the three independent variables is very strong because the value is greater than 0.50. Results sffective contribution to entrepreneurship education is 46.2%, need for achievement is 8.8%, and internal locus of control is 12.9% towards entrepreneurial interest.Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan, need for achievement, dan internal locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 358 siswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 189 pada siswa kelas XII SMKN 1 Sukoharjo dari kompetensi keahlian yaitu Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran, Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran, Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga, dan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Sampel diambil memakai teknik Proportionate random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala likert dengan kuesioner tertutup dan memakai analisis regresi berganda untuk analisis datanya.     PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA AL-ISLAM 1 SURAKARTA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya (1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta, (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1 Tahun 2016, dan (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Al-Islam 1Surakarta.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan seluruh guru   di SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel  yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik  angket/kuesioner  untuk  mengetahui  data  berkaitan  dengan  gaya kepemimpinan   transformasional   kepala   sekolah   dan   motivasi   kerja.   Try   out dilakukan  terhadap  30  responden  di  luar  sampel,  dalam  penelitian  ini  try  out dilakukan di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta dengan hasil pada kuesioner untuk guru 32 item soal dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dari 43 soal yang diberikan, sedangkan pada kuesioner untuk kepala sekolah seluruh item soal (20 soal) dinyatakan telah valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan  motivasi  kerja  guru  terhadap  kinerja  guru.  Kedua,  Ho  diterima  Ha  ditolak artinya, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, maka dapat disimpulkan apabila motivasi kerja tinggi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja guru, begitupun sebaliknya.  The purposes of this study are to figure out (1) the effect of transformational leadership headmasters and motivation to work on the performance of teachers in SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta, (2) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance in SMA Al Islam 1 2016, and ( 3) the effect of transformational leadership style of headmasters on teacher performance in SMA Al-Islam 1Surakarta. The population in this study are all teachers who teach in SMA Al Islam 1 Surakarta. The  sampling  technique  used  is  convenience  sample  is  all  population  research sample. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The collection of data carried out by engineering a questionnaire to find out the data related to the headmaster's transformational leadership and motivation. Try out done on 30 respondents outside the sample, in this study try out to do in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta with the results of the questionnaire for teachers 32 items about the declared valid and reliable of 35 questions given, whereas in the questionnaire for school headmasters  across  an  item  about  (  20  questions)  declared  to  have  valid  and reliable. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of headmasters and motivation to work simultaneously on student learning outcomes. Second, Ho is accepted and Ha rejected meaning, there are significant positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of the headmaster and motivation. Third, there are significant positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership style of the headmaster and motivation, it can be concluded if either school infrastructure, student learning outcomes can be increased, and vice versa. Based on data from the results of this study concluded that transformational leadership style variable (X1) gives a greater influence on teacher performance compared to variable work motivation (X2.)

    Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 di SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach).Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari siswa, guru, data dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik yang digunakan untuk keabsahan data adalah triangulasi sumber data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I, walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat tinggi.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share dengan pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar negosiasi pada siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Kata kunci: think pair share, Pendekatan Saintifik, hasil belajar The objective of this research is to improve learning achievement of the students in Grade X  Marketing Class 3 of State Vocational High School  1 Sukoharjo through the application of cooperative learning model think pair share with the scientific approach.This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects were students in Grade X  Marketing Class 3 of State Vocational High School  1 Sukoharjo totaling 36 students. Source of data derived from students, teachers, data and documents. Data collection techniques are observation, testing, documentation and interviews. Techniques for the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. The data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative analysis techniques.The results shows that through the application of cooperative learning model think pair share with a scientific approach (scientific approach) can improve the students’s learning achievement in Negotiations subject matter. The improvement occurred in the first cycle, although not optimal.
