    This study aims to determine whether the work environment, job satisfaction and work involvement affect work productivity, and whether the work environment influences employee productivity with job satisfaction and employee involvement as mediators.     The results of the study: show that there are differences in financial performance based on the behavior of dividend payments with a stable and unstable category in the Food and Beverage Company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing in this study 0.01 <0.05 or Sig (2-Tailed) means that there is a difference in the company's financial performance with stable and unstable dividend behavior.     Marketing performance is a measure of achievement obtained from the process of overall marketing activities of an organization or company. This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion Mix, Sales Cycle, Competitive Advantage, Relationship Marketing, and Cross Selling to Marketing Performance of life insurance products in the Brilife regional office Manado. The method used is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. The sample used was 110 active customers who lived in the city of Manado.     Analisis Faktor Kunci Perpanjangan Kontrak Tenant Di Manado Town Square

    This study aims to analyse key factors are considered by the tenants in extending the lease contract at the Mall Manado Town Square. Using factor analysis: confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and with a total sample of 157 tenants in the Manado Town Square Mall, submitted 23 variables related to the extension of tenant rental contracts. The results of the study found that there were 22 valid factors, there were 5 of the most dominant factors affecting the extension of tenant rental contracts, namely: duration and rules of contract extension; availability of elevator and escalator facilities; sanitary facilities and cleanliness; availability of communication network facilities; and the existence of security. Through this research, 6 key factors were considered by the tenants in extending the leasing contract at the Shopping Center, namely: mall performance; convenient facilities; attractive mall; public image; atmosphere and layout; and security of the parking lot.     The results of the study at α = 0.05 in general in the consumer goods industry sector companies showed that out of the 5 hypotheses proposed there were no significant hypotheses affected by the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Whereas if viewed from the results of the analysis based on each sub-sector, the food and beverage sub-sector is the sub-sector most affected by the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), where there are three significant indicators namely DAR = 0.001, DER = 0.010 and AT0 = 0.036, while in other sub-sectors there is no significant hypothesis.     Pengaruh Inovasi dan Brand Image terhadap Repurchase Intention Dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai Variabel Intervening

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Innovation and Brand Image on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as intervening variable, especially on Go-Jek’s customers in Manado Cit. Data are collected through questionnaire, interviews, and library research. The numbers of respondents in this study are 400 customers who are using Go-Jek’s services in Manado City.     This research is aimed at analyzing product relations, price, place / distribution and promotion of millennial consumer preferences in purchases at Conventional Stores, Department Stores and E-Commerce. The results of this study found facts, 1) Responded in general to have the preference to assume promotion represented an important factor in valuation or purchase in Conventional Stores (55%), as a whole followed by price factors (35%), products (7%) and place / distribution (3%), 2) Responded in general to have a preference which considers the place / distribution to be the most decisive factor or purchased in department stores (41.071%), overall followed by product factors (29.167%), price (20.833%)) and promotions (8,929%), and 3) Responded in general to have a preference that considers place / distribution to be the most important factor in evaluating or buying in e-commerce (31,746%), fully related to price factors (28,571%), ( 20,6357%) and promotions (19,048%).Keywords: Millennial Consumers, Conventional Stores, Department Stores, E-commerce, Conjoin Analysi

    The purpose of this research aims to examine the factors that influence the capital structure (asset structure, company size, profitability, and risk) to the firm value. Analysis is carried out on 13 finance companies listed on the IDX using data from the 2013 financial reports to 2017. The result showed that assets structrure had no significant influence to capital structure, company size and bussines risk had positive significant influence to capital structure, whereas profitability had negative significant influence to capital structure.
