    Intelligent design of hammer mill based on SolidWorks

    为适应现代技术发展及产品快速更新的要求,针对机械产品中装配体结构的快速造型设计问题,以SOlIdWOrkS2011为开发平台,运用VC++编程语言,建立了锤片式粉碎机的装配体实体模型,研究了以dll开发方式进行锤片式粉碎机产品智能化与自动化设计的方法,完成了用户界面的开发。以尺寸驱动为特征,参数化驱动实现锤片式粉碎机的重新建模,自动完成了整体模型的变动,并结合实例具体说明程序代码的设计,生成了自主设计的一套锤片式粉碎机参数化建模插件。研究结果表明:该智能化设计系统可以快速、自动修改锤片式粉碎机装配下零件的参数,并且输出形象直观的装配体三维实体模型,从而实现锤片式粉碎机设计的智能化及自动化,加快了产品设计过程,提高了效率。In order to adapt the development of the modern technology and the fast renewal of the product request,aiming at rapid modeling design of the assembly in mechanical product,based on SolidWorks2011 development platform and made use of VC + + programming language embedded in SolidWorks,the solid model of the hammer mill was established,and the intelligent and automatic design method by the DLL of hammer mill was researched,the development of user interface was completed.Characterized by the dimension-driven,the parameter-driven re-modeling of hammer mill was achieved,the whole model was changed automatically,and the procedural codes combined with specific examples were designed.As a result,a parametric modeling plug-in about the self-designed hammer mill was generated.The results show that this intelligent design system can modify the parameters of the fitted parts under hammer mill quickly and automatically,and output intuitive three-dimensional solid model of the assembly,which realizes intellectualization and automation of hammer mill design,speeds up the process of product design and enhances the efficiency

    右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑镇静在剖宫产术中的应用

    目的讨论右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine,Dex)联合咪达唑仑对腰麻-硬脊膜外联合麻醉下行剖宫产产妇的镇静效果。方法选取在腰麻-硬脊膜外联合麻醉下接受剖宫产术且术中麻醉效果良好的产妇120例,随机将其分为生理盐水组、咪达唑仑组、Dex组及Dex+咪达唑仑组共4组,每组30例。观察产妇在不同给药时间的平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)、心率(heart rate,HR)、呼吸频率(respiratory rate,RR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(oxygen saturation,SpO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of carbon dioxide,PaCO2)、Ramsay镇静评分以及术后2h内产妇的不良反应发生情况,并统计产妇对术中镇静效果的满意度评分。结果组内比较:4组产妇在T1时间点的MAP、HR、RR与T0相比明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);咪达唑仑组T2T4,Dex组T4T5,Dex+咪达唑仑组T2T6与T1比较,MAP、HR、RR明显降低、Ramsay评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与生理盐水组相比,咪达唑仑组在T2T4,Dex组T4T5,Dex+咪达唑仑组T2T6时间点的MAP、HR、RR明显降低、Ramsay评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);Dex+咪达唑仑组与咪达唑仑组相比在T5T6时间点上的MAP、HR、RR明显降低、Ramsay评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Dex+咪达唑仑组与Dex组相比在T2T3,T5T6时间点上的HR、RR明显降低、Ramsay评分明显升高,MAP水平在T2T3,T6时间点上明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Dex+咪达唑仑组不良反应发生情况、对产妇的术后随访满意度与其他3组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单独应用Dex和咪达唑仑相比,二者联合应用起效更快,术中全程镇静,镇静效果好,不良反应发生率低,术后随访产妇满意度高。厦门市科技局计划指导性项目(3502Z20149013

    随着社会与经济的高速发展,企业间的竞争也越来越激烈,劳动力市场也面临新的挑战,带病坚持工作已经成为一种普遍现象,这种现象就是出勤主义。出勤主义不仅影响员工身心健康,还会造成组织无法忽视的生产力损失。 在回顾以往研究的基础上,本研究基于我国本土文化,从人力资源管理的角度,旨在探讨我国从业人员的出勤主义水平,以及工作替代性、工作压力、工资满意度、组织公平感、人格特征等因素对出勤主义的影响,同时探讨了职位和性别调节工作替代性对出勤主义的影响。 研究采用问卷调查的方法,通过对北京地区239名从业人员调查发现,相对于国外,我国出勤主义更加普遍。研究发现:时间应激与出勤主义呈正相关,工资满意度与出勤主义呈负相关,组织公平感、人格特征、工作替代性与出勤主义不相关;职位调节工作替代性对出勤主义的影响,管理层的工作替代性正向影响出勤主义,非管理层的工作替代性负向影响出勤主义;性别调节工作替代性对出勤主义的影响,男性组的工作替代性负向影响出勤主义,女性组的工作替代性对出勤主义的影响不显著。 以上研究结果表明,我国文化情境下的出勤主义的影响因素与西方存有差异,为我国从业者个人职业健康及组织生产力提升提供参考。</p

    采用砂基栽培,研究污染物多环芳烃萘(Nap)不同暴污强度( 0、20、40、60、80、100mg/L)和暴污时间的环境胁迫下,对红树植物白骨壤(Avicenniamarina)幼苗萌发初期的萌生及子叶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和膜脂质过氧化作用的影响.结果表明:Nap污染胁迫对红树白骨壤幼苗的萌生,随着暴污强度和暴污时间的增加而影响愈加明显;幼苗萌发初期抗Nap胁迫生长的浓度范围在40mg/L以下.在暴污的较短时间内,幼苗子叶SOD活性有着积极的响应;随着暴污时间的延长,SOD活性则逐步受到抑制,达30d后酶活性略普遍低于对照.受Nap的胁迫,幼苗子叶POD活性提高;POD有效防御Nap胁迫的浓度范围在60mg/L以下.幼苗子叶中抗氧化防御系统,在萌发初期对有效防御膜脂质过氧化的Nap胁迫浓度在60mg/L以下.结果表明,白骨壤幼苗的萌发初期,对Nap污染的环境胁迫有较强的抗性能力.This paper mainly dealt with some physiological responses of mangrove species A. marina seedling to the pollution of a series of different Nap concentration (0,20,40,60,80,100 mg/L) in sand culture,such as the variance of SOD and POD activities,and Lipid peroxidation during the seedling germination.The results show that the germination of A.marina was obviously influenced by Nap pollution and this influence became more evident with the gradual increasing of Nap concentration and treatment time; less than 40 mg/L of Nap concentration is the adaptive bound during the early seedling germination period.Under the Nap pollution during the earlier time the SOD activity of seedling cotyledons showed positive response,but with the time went on,the SOD activity was inhibited and that of 30 days was universally lower than 15 days.Under the Nap intimidation,the POD activity of seedling cotyledons rose and the efficacious recovery only occurred in the condition that Nap concentration was under 60 mg/L.For the antioxidase system of seedling cotyledons,the effective recovery to lipid peroxidation during the seedling germination happened under the situation of less than 60 mg/L Nap concentration.As a result,during the early germination period,A.marina seedling has stronger resistibility to the Nap pollution

    辽东栎是子午岭地区主要的优势森林树种,通过野外调查和室内分析相结合的方法,对子午岭林区辽东栎林种群分布格局及群落特征进行了研究,为其合理保护和经营提供依据。调查结果表明:(1)辽东栎随取样面积的增大,种群聚集度呈现出小&rarr;大&rarr;小的趋势;随林龄的增加,种群由聚集分布趋向随机分布。(2)子午岭辽东栎林除局部林是与其他林木混交外,一般都是纯林,形成乔灌草的典型垂直结构。(3)子午岭林区辽东栎林物种较为丰富且分布均匀,多样性大。乔木层、灌木层、草本层三者的多样性指数呈现出由低到高的特点。(4)林下幼苗的更新情况并不是太好,幼苗更新数量为80~210株.hm-2,且随外部环境的不同而有所差别

    为准确估计子午岭林区人工油松林群落的碳库分配特征,运用湿烧法对该群落空间尺度上的碳储量及碳密度进行了估算,并分析了各层次碳储量分配特征。结果表明,人工油松林群落平均含碳率为0.4462,空间尺度上各层次差异显著;整个油松林碳储量为7.6498Tg(1Tg=106t),储碳密度为164.55t/hm2,各层碳储量依次为:土壤&gt;乔木层&gt;枯落物层&gt;草本层&gt;灌木层,从而呈现空间分配不均的特征。此外,子午岭人工油松林林龄在20a,生长进入中期,林相整体生长旺盛,此阶段若对林木实施规范的人工抚育管理措施,将使其具有较大的碳吸存潜力

    探讨了泌盐隐胎生红树植物桐花树(Aegicerascorniculatum)种苗在母树上的胎生发育、种苗脱离母树后在林地的生长发育、以至成年母树各环节的Cl,Na,K ,Ca,Mg及灰分含量动态与抗盐适应性。结果表明 ,桐花树种苗在母树上的胎生过程是一个低盐环节 ,也是一个低盐化过程 ,可以认为这是重演了其祖先的淡生特征。种苗胎生的孕育环境宿存果皮是一个盐分累积提高的高盐环境 ,这有利于种苗在胎生过程中对盐分的抗性锻炼。胎生种苗脱离母树后 ,在林地生长发育的初生苗期阶段是一个大量吸收和累积盐分的过程。林地初生小苗的胚轴部位有吸纳累积的大量盐分 ,这对初生苗期幼苗的抗盐适应具有积极意义。成年母树各部位中 ,叶片的Cl,Na含量高于幼苗 ,而其它部位则低于幼苗 ,母树根系吸收的盐分大量累积于树冠顶部 ,这有利于盐分从叶片泌盐盐腺排出体外 【英文摘要】 The changes in the levels of Cl, Na, K, Ca, Mg and ash in relation to adaptation to saline environment in Aegiceras corniculatum mangrove during the development were studied.
