出勤主义是指员工带病坚持工作的行为。出勤主义不仅影响员工身心健康,还会造成组织无法忽视的生产力损失。本文在已有研究的基础上,回顾了出勤主义的定义和测量方法,从社会经济文化因素、组织相关因素、个人相关因素及工作相关因素四个方面梳理了出勤主义的影响因素,并对未来研究进行了展望。 </p
