    本文通过观察生活在尖紫蛤外套胺中的隐匿豆蟹性腺周年发育情况和分析头胸甲宽组成变化,研究隐匿豆蟹的繁殖和世代交替.隐匿豆蟹的繁殖期为3~10月,繁殖盛期在4月下旬至6月上旬和9月下旬至10月上旬两个繁殖高峰.隐匿豆蟹的世代交替是:在繁殖期早出生的个体,至翌年繁殖,形成第一个繁殖高峰.其中部分个体抱卵孵化后,性腺再次成熟和繁殖,这两部分豆蟹在繁殖后的当年死亡.因此这些个体,越过冬季,寿命只有1周年多.而在繁殖期晚出生的个体,翌年只繁殖一次,再过一个冬季,至第3年繁殖期再次繁殖后而死亡.这些个体越过两个冬季,寿命两周年.隐匿豆蟹生长至甲宽3.2MM后,才进入尖紫蛤外套腔中生活,在这以前,隐匿豆蟹营自由生

    利用射频磁控溅射技术在SIO2/n-SI和石英玻璃衬底上制备了具有C轴择优取向的znO薄膜,研究了退火对znO薄膜特性的影响,并在以SIO2/n-SI为衬底、退火温度为900℃的薄膜上制作了Ag-znO-Ag肖特基型和Au-znO-Au光电导型MSM叉指结构的紫外探测器。所制作的两种MSM紫外探测器在350 nM波长紫外光照下电流增加,在紫外波段有较高的响应度,光响应度峰值在370 nM附近。The ZnO films were deposited on SiO2/n-Si and glass by RF magnetron sputtering.The films have a preferential c-axis orientation.The effect of annealing on the properties of ZnO films was investigated.Ag-ZnO-Ag schottky and Au-ZnO-Au photoconductive ultraviolet(UV)photodetectors were fabricated on the annealed films deposited on SiO2/n-Si,and had a metal-semiconductor-metal(MSM)structure with interdigital configuration.The current of the MSM photodetectors increases under 350 nm illuminated of the ultra violet light.The photoresponsivity of the photodetectors is high in the ultraviolet range and it has a maximum value at about 370 nm.安徽省高等学校省级优秀青年人才基金项目(2010SQRL094);安徽建筑工业学院硕博科研启动项目(2009-09-04

    人肝癌BEL-7402细胞分别以5μmol/L、20μmol/L和50μmol/L的视黄酸(RA)处理后,细胞生长明显受抑,平均细胞群体倍增时间延长,并呈RA浓度及处理时间依赖性关系.经20μmol/LRA处理的细胞中,r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)活性自给药后第2天即持续下降,至第6天降至44.5%,而酪氨酸-α-酮戊二酸转氨酶(TAT)活性则持续增高,至第6天较对照组高近1倍.经20μmol/LRA处理5d后,RNA斑点杂交分析表明p53基因转录加强,而N-ras基因表达下降,提示该两基因的表达变化可能在BEL-7402细胞的生长抑制及逆转过程中起重要作用,有关机制尚待深入研究

    以金线莲(Anoectochilus roxburghii)试管苗带节茎段和顶芽为外植体,用正交试验筛选芽快速增殖的培养基配方,并研究生根粉(ABT)对促根壮苗的作用。结果表明,丛生芽增殖最佳配方为MS+BA 3.5mg/L+KT 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.6mg/L,两个月增殖倍数达3.5;3mg/L 3号生根粉对金线莲生根壮苗效果最佳,使植株生根条数、最长根、植株增高和增叶数分别比对照增加12.8%、34.1%、13.2%和22.4%,从而提高移栽成活率,3种不同基质均达到94%以上。Taking stem segments and apical buds as explants, the optimal culture medium for rapid propagation of Anoectochilus roxburghii were carried out by orthogonal screening experiment. MS + BA 3.5mg/L + KT 1.5mg/L + NAA 0.6mg/L gave the best result for multiplication of adventitious buds and proliferated buds for 3.5 times within 2 months.     The Empirical Research on Public Hospital Financial Management based on? Du Pont Analysis

    目的:分析公立医院的财务管理现状,为进一步提高我市公立医院财务精细化管理水平、实现医院财务目标提供基础。方法:基于传统杜邦分析法建立公立医院杜邦分析体系及财务指标关系,选取厦门市A、B、C 3家有代表性的公立医院,应用杜邦分析法对其财务管理能力进行实证分析。结果 A、B、C 3家公立医院的年均净资产收益率分别为6.87%、4.04%、4.36%,超过年均银行1年期存款利率。其中A医院的净资产收益率较B、C医院高,C医院受权益乘数的驱动作用,净资产收益率较B医院平均高出0.32%,但3家医院的净资产收益率整体均下降。进一步分析业务收益率发现,业务收支结余增长幅度低于业务收入增长幅度,其中专用材料支出的大幅度增长导致业务收支结余增加缓慢。结论:公立医院的财务管理能力整体较好,在保持一定资产盈利水平的同时,能调整资金结构和控制财务风险。但还需要适当利用外部资金投入,加强医院成本控制,尤其是专业材料的支出,进一步提升运营水平和业务获利能力。Objective To analyze the status of financial management in public hospital,provide the basis for further improving refined management level and finally realize the goal of public hospital financial management. Methods Du Pont analysis system of public hospital and relationship between financial indicators were established based on traditional Du Pont analysis method. Three public hospitals were purposively chosen,and then an empirical study on financial management ability was conducted by applying Du Pont analysis. Results The annual net assets income rates were 6. 87%,4. 04%,4. 36%,respectively. All of them were larger than one-year deposit rate. Moreover,Hospital A was higher than hospital B and hospital C. Hospital C was 0. 32% higher than that of B hospital under the driving effects of rights multiple. However,all three hospitals' net assets income rate showed a descending tendency. Further analyzing return ratio of business it could be obtained that the increase of business revenue and expenditure surplus was less than that of business revenue. A major reason was that special? material expenditure increased rapidly. Conclusion Three hospitals' financial management ability was generally well,they could adjust the capital structure and control the financial risk while maintaining assets profitability.     仙女堡水电站桩基承载力有限元分析研究

    为了论证桩基作为仙女堡水电站地基加固手段的理论的可行性,有必要计算桩基础承载力.以3#控河闸为例采用ANSYS建立了有限元模型,将三种水位与三种桩长组合成3种工况.计算结果表明三种水位工况下的变位及应力变化规律一致,且校核工况下变位及应力水平最高,其次为正常蓄水位,最次之为设计洪水位.天然工况下的地基沉降均超出了规范允许值,闸底板下游右侧铅直应力超过地基承载力,从理论上得出地基加固必要性.根据工程实际,对深厚覆盖层引起闸室的沉降、应力进行深入的研究,分析资料详细,可为类似工程提供借鉴经验
