本文围绕两本关于气候变化的小说——苏珊·嘉纳斯2001年的《碳梦》和麦克·克里斯顿2004的《恐惧的状态》重点讨论了信任的不对称现象和科学的不确定性。苏珊·嘉纳斯在小说中敦促读者思考科学在社会中的恰当角色;而麦克·克里斯顿在其小说中给读者展示了一幅令人震惊的环保主义分子的漫画图这些环保分子播下了怀疑环境科学的种子。克里斯顿的小说获得巨大成功由此暗示“一点环境知识加上文学的雄辩可能是危险的“。本文还指出环境文学和生态批评既有其正面力量也有其潜在的危险。This paper is to discuss the asymmetry of trust and the scientific uncertainty,focusing on two specific climate change novels——Susan Gaines's 2001 Carbon Dreams and Michael Crichton's 2004 State of Fear.Susan Gaines prompts her readers to ponder the proper role of science in society in her novel,while Michael Crichton presents a startling caricature of environmentalist in his novel,sowing seeds of doubts about environmental science.Ironically,Michael Crichton's State of Fear is a great success,thus suggesting "A little bit of environmental knowledge and a lot of literary eloquence can be dangerous".At the same time,the author points out that environmental literature and ecocriticism has not only its power,but also its potential danger

区域差异、融资偏好与企业环境依存度

随着经济增长点的多元化以及产业结构的日趋合理,我国企业发展在实现产出增长的同时也带来了严重的环境问题。以企业融资结构与企业环境依存度为切入点,运用Brander和Lewis的寡头垄断博弈分析框架,可以揭示经济增长的区域差异、融资偏好、污染税制度以及企业最优污染治理水平等变量之间的相互关系。通过对不同污染收费制度下的企业行为的比较分析,可以证明在不同的收费制度下,企业自利行为所导致的企业融资偏好以及对环境的污染程度会有所不同

Analysis of the relationship between gynecological diseases and tongue petechia

文章通过对舌诊在妇科疾病的应用分析,认为舌诊作为中医的重要诊法,是探讨脏腑内在状况的生物全息元的手段之一,在妇科临床诊断中具有重要作用。而经过王; 彦晖教授临床经验,加上在临床采集病例对照之后,笔者发现,在临床上妇科疾病出现舌尖瘀点的确较其它疾病高,值得我们日后作进一步的研究与探讨。Based on the analysis on the application of tongue diagnosis on; gynecological diseases, it was found that, as an important diagnostic; method in TCM, tongue diagnosis was one of the useful methods to explore; the biological holographic element of internal organs, which also played; an important role in clinical diagnosis of gynecologic diseases. Experimental study on effect of Changrun Formula in regulating expression of AQP3 and AQP9 in colon mucosa of functional constipation rats

目的:观察肠润方对功能性便秘模型大鼠结肠黏膜AQP3、AQP9表达的影响,探究其调控AQP3、AQP9表达的分子机制。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组(麻仁丸组)、肠润方组、肠润方联合P38MAPK抑制剂SB203580组。用复方地芬诺酯制造大鼠便秘模型,采用免疫组织化学及实时荧光定量PCR(q RT-PCR)检测大鼠便秘模型近端及远端结肠黏膜AQP3、AQP9的表达;Western Blot检测信号传导通路相关分子P38MAPK及P-P38MAPK的表达。结果:造模成功后,模型组近端结肠黏膜AQP3表达较空白组明显上升,而远端结肠黏膜AQP9表达较空白组明显下降(t值分别为3.148和7.069,P值均0.05)。肠润方联合P38MAPK抑制剂SB203580治疗后,近端结肠黏膜AQP3 m RNA水平显著上升(t=5.922,P0.05). The level of AQP3 m RNA in proximal colonic mucosa was significantly increased(t=5.922, P<0.01), and AQP9 m RNA was significantly decreased in distal colonic mucosa(t=4.038, P<0.01); The relative expression of P-P38/P38 protein was significantly decreased(t=19.419, P<0.01). Conclusion: The therapeutic action ofChangrun Formula on functional constipation rat models might through inhibiting the expression of AQP3 in proximal colon, and accelerating on expression of AQP9 in distal colon, and the regulating mechanism might relate with the inhibition on P38 MAPK and AKT phosphorylation.福建省自然科学基金项目(No.2012D043)~
