    Analysis and optimization of SVPWM strategy for a six-phase inverter

    为提高六相电压源逆变器的稳定性,最大限度地降低系统功率损耗,通过分析六相电压源逆变器相邻四矢量控制策略,并结合其本身所具有的开关特性,合理利用不同类型的零电压矢量,并调整其在一个开关周期中的作用时间,以达到改善功率器件开关模式的目的,从而优化了六相电压源逆变器空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)策略.仿真结果表明,传统的电压矢量调制方式相比,该方法在不同调制深度下具有理想的谐波特性,同时可以有效地降低逆变器开关损耗.In order to improve the stability and reduce system power loss of a six-phase voltage source inverter,the adjacent four vectors control strategy was analyzed,as well as its own switching characteristics,so as to use different types of zero-voltage vector rationally and adjust the acting time in one switching cycle.By this means,the switching mode of a power device was improved,thereby optimizing the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) strategy of the six-phase voltage source inverter.The simulation results show that compared with the conventional voltage vector modulation mode,the proposed method has ideal harmonic characteristics under different modulation depths,and at the same time,it can effectively reduce the inverter switching losses.国家985工程建设基金资助项目(0630X13400

    在对六相电压源逆变器矢量控制的分析基础上,结合六相系统电压矢量开关模式的特点,通过对两个零矢量在开关周期中的合理分配,提出新的适用于六相电压源逆变器空间矢量控制方法。该方法在保证输出性能的前提下可以有效地降低开关损耗。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。Based on the vector control analysis of a six-phase voltage source inverter and combined with the characteristics of the six-phase system voltage vector switch mode,a new SVPWM control stratygy was proposed by rationally allocating the two zero vectros in the switching cycles.The method can effectively reduce the switching lossed with the guaranty of the output performance.Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method

    PWM strategy with virtual switching time for five-phase inverter

    针对五相电压源型逆变器的脉冲宽度调制控制技术,提出一种基于虚拟开关时间的电压调制方法。该方法利用虚拟开关时间的概念推导出一个时间自由度与逆变器各相实际开关时间的关系。在一个开关周期内,通过对该自由度及各相开关时间的合理安排,可以有效的提高系统的调制系数。该方法既简单易懂,又容易数字化实现,无需进行扇区和目标矢量位置的判断,避免了计算量大的问题;通过一个额外自由度的运用,可以方便地在各种类型的脉冲宽度调制间实现无缝切换,并且在一定程度上也揭示了载波型脉冲宽度调制和空间矢量脉冲宽度调制的内在联系。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。The pulse width modulation(PWM)approach for five-phase voltage source inverter(VSI) is presented in this paper based on the concept of virtual switching time with a detailed explanation.The relationship between time degree of freedom and the actual inverter switching time of each phase is derived by using this concept.Through reasonable arrangement of the degree of freedom and switching time of each phase,the modulation factor in one switching cycle can be improved effectively.Various PWM schemes can be implemented with lower computational burden through this approach,as it's easy to be understood and realized,and furthermore,a seamless change from one modulation scheme to another becomes feasible.And to some extent,the internal relations of carrier-based PWM and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) are also revealed.The proposed modulation strategy is proved to be effective through using numerical simulations.国家985工程建设项目(0630X13400

    水热法合成了铈铁纳米复合氧化物,采用化学沉积法在其表面包裹SiO_2制备核-壳结构磁性材料,以其为载体负载H_2O_2结合Keggin结构磷钼酸(HPMo)制备了HPMo-H_2O_2 /CeFe_xO_y@SiO_2吸附-氧化脱硫催化剂。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、氮气吸附脱附(BET)、31P魔角核磁共振(MAS-NMR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对催化剂的结构进行表征。结果表明,SiO_2将CeFe_xO_y包裹形成核-壳结构纳米复合材料,以其为载体负载HPMo-H_2O_2后Keggin型多酸的骨架结构保持,并产生少量过氧化磷钼酸盐活性物种。不同催化剂对有机硫化物二苯并噻吩(DBT)的吸附脱硫和氧化脱硫性能,均呈现出HPMo-H_2O_2 /CeFe_xO_y@SiO_2 > CeFe_xO_y@SiO_2 > CeFe_xO_y的活性顺序,多酸的引入大大提升了其对大分子有机硫化物的吸附和氧化脱除性能,催化氧化脱硫活性的提高源于多酸分子“假液相”反应过程的结果。在反应温度60 ℃,反应3 h,m(油)∶m(催化剂)= 35∶1,n(O)∶ n(S)= 10∶1的条件下,对DBT氧化脱除率达到99.4%。制备的磁性核-壳结构氧化脱硫剂有理想的氧化脱除DBT的循环使用性能,并且可通过外加磁场进行简单分离,是一类制备方法简单、催化活性高且稳定性好的绿色环保型催化剂
