Knowledge formalization in experience feedback processes : an ontology-based approach

Because of the current trend of integration and interoperability of industrial systems, their size and complexity continue to grow making it more difficult to analyze, to understand and to solve the problems that happen in their organizations. Continuous improvement methodologies are powerful tools in order to understand and to solve problems, to control the effects of changes and finally to capitalize knowledge about changes and improvements. These tools involve suitably represent knowledge relating to the concerned system. Consequently, knowledge management (KM) is an increasingly important source of competitive advantage for organizations. Particularly, the capitalization and sharing of knowledge resulting from experience feedback are elements which play an essential role in the continuous improvement of industrial activities. In this paper, the contribution deals with semantic interoperability and relates to the structuring and the formalization of an experience feedback (EF) process aiming at transforming information or understanding gained by experience into explicit knowledge. The reuse of such knowledge has proved to have significant impact on achieving themissions of companies. However, the means of describing the knowledge objects of an experience generally remain informal. Based on an experience feedback process model and conceptual graphs, this paper takes domain ontology as a framework for the clarification of explicit knowledge and know-how, the aim of which is to get lessons learned descriptions that are significant, correct and applicable

КЛАСИФІКАЦІЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИХ СИСТЕМ ОБЛІКУ ТА УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ ЗА ЛОГІСТИЧНИМИ КОНЦЕПЦІЯМИ ТА СТУПЕНЕМ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ

The article deals with the evolution of logistic conceptual approaches to the management of enterprises by types of resources, which form the basis of the corresponding information management systems of enterprises. The structural scheme of automation of industrial enterprises, the classification of information systems of accounting and enterprise management by degree of integration is given. It is established that when making a management decision on the implementation of information technologies, a comprehensive approach is needed that will allow it to assess its consequences for the industrial enterprise as a whole.В статье рассмотрена эволюция логистических концептуальных подходов к управлению предприятиями по видам ресурсов, которые составляют основу соответствующих информационных систем управления предприятиями. Приведена структурная схема автоматизации промышленных предприятий, классификация информационных систем учета и управления предприятиями по степени интеграции. The following article examines the international experience of introduction of information technologies in Israel, describes characteristics and analyzes the main features of the use of modern information and communication technologies of accounting and management atsmall business enterprises in Israel and Ukraine. Methodological aspects of the security of information flows of an enterprise

Запропоновано методичне підґрунтя моделі побудови збалансованої системи інформаційної безпеки підприємства, описано взаємозв'язки між інформаційними потоками, визначено загрози інформаційній безпеці підприємства і оцінено вірогідність реалізації даних загроз. Доведено необхідність удосконалення існуючих методів впровадження інформаційних систем в умовах формування інформаційних потоків підприємства. The methodological basis of the model for the formation of a balanced system of information security at the enterprise was suggested. The relationship among information flows was described and the threats to the information security of the enterprise were defined. The probability of realization of the threats was estimated. The presented model of information security is a set of objective external and internal factors and their impact on the information security at the enterprise including safety of material and information resources. On the whole the methodical approach under consideration allows assessing or overestimating the level of the current state of information security of information flows at the enterprise, to develop recommendations on providing information security of the enterprise and to reduce possible costs of the enterprise by increasing the stability of the system of information flows. The approach also helps to develop the concept and policy of information security of the enterprise and offers protective plans for internal and external information flows which are created at the enterprise and transmitted by different kinds of communication channels protecting information of the enterprise from intentional distortion, unauthorized access, copying or use

Analysis of the use of information and communication technologies in the food industry in the region

Визначено реальний стан та проаналізовано використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на підприємствах харчової промисловості Чернігівської області, виявлені основні проблеми, що перешкоджають їх ефективному впровадженню та розвитку.
