Багатовимірна структурна ідентифікація при регулярних сигналах

New structural identification algorithm at a regular signals for the multidimensional objects with unstable poles is discussed in this article. This algorithm is based on the use of transformation of Laplace for the decision of reverse control task. It allows to find the object transfer matrices from the control input and from the indignation input as a result of the quadratic functional minimization. Новий алгоритм структурної ідентифікації багатовимірних можливо нестійких об’єктів при регулярних сигналах розглянуто у статті. Зазначений алгоритм заснований на використанні перетворення Лапласу для розв’язання зворотної задачі керування. Він дозволяє знаходити матриці передатних функцій об’єкта від регульованого входу та від збурення в результаті мінімізації квадратичного функціоналу якості

Застосування цифрової автоматичної телефонної станції SI2000 для побудови міських та сільських коммунікаційних мереж зв’язку

In the article there has been considered the most progressive and constantly developing branch of science and engineering – telecommunication connection. There has been described the most progressive up-todate telecommunication systemSI200. There has been grounded expediency of using of digital automatic telephone station SI2000 for building up urban and rural communication networks. У статті розглянуто найбільш прогресивну та постійно розвиваючуюся галузь науки і техники - телекомунікаційний зв’язок. Описана сучасна цифрова телекомунікаційна система SI2000. Наведено доцільність використання цифрової автоматичної телефонної станції SI2000 для побудови комунікаційних мереж зв’язку. Метою дослідження є застосування сучасної цифрової автоматичної телефонної станції для побудови міських та сільських мереж зв’язку. SI 2000 – це цифрова телекомунікаційна системи з функціями ОКС №7 (система сигналізації), ЦМІС, xDSL, IPOP, COPM, V5.2, яка забезпечує надання телекомунікаційних послуг для аналогових абонентів та цифрових абонентів, а також реалізацію функцій керування та технічного обслуговування. Цифрова мережа з інтегрованими службами (ЦМІС) - це загальнодоступна телефонна мережа, що використовує цифрову технологію передавання сигналу і містить великий набір цифрових послуг, які стають доступними для кінцевих користувачів. Функція xDSL – це сімейство технологій, що дозволяють значно розширити пропускну здатність абонентської лінії місцевої телефонної мережі шляхом використання ефективних лінійних кодів і адаптивних методів корекції викривлень лінії на базі сучасних досягнень мікроелектроніки і методів цифрової обробки сигналу. Функція COPM – це комплекс технічних засобів, призначених для проведення оперативно- пошукових меропріємств у мережах телефонного, пересувного бездротового зв’язку та радіозв’язку. Функція V5.2 забезпечує надання телекомунікаційних послуг для аналогових абонентів та цифрових абонентів, а також реалізацію функцій керування та технічного обслуговування. Функції керування і технічного обслуговування дозволяють контролювати роботу системи, абонувати та анулювати телекомунікаційні послуги, додавати та змінювати характеристики маршрутизації, виконувати заміри та збір статистичних даних по окремим частинам системи

The article discloses approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of professional development. The reasons of negative situation in professional development at enterprises of Ukraine were analysed. Measures for improvement of the present-day situation have been developed. Метою статті - це дослідження сучасних підходів до організації професійного розвитку кадрів на виробництві, з’ясування їх впливу на соціально-економічну ситуацію в країні, визначення причин, що стримують професійний розвиток кадрів як складової системи розвитку підприємства та розроблення заходів щодо вдосконалення, організації професійного розвитку кадрів на виробництві. Розглянувши погляди науковців на поняття «професійний розвиток» можна зробити висновок, що це процес організаційно-економічних заходів підприємства у сфері навчання, підвищення вмінь та навичок персоналу, його перепідготовки і перекваліфікації, контролю за цим процесом, забезпечення власних службово-професійних інтересів розвитку та реалізації цілей діяльності підприємства. Прийнятий Закон України «Про професійний розвиток працівників» має формальний характер та не враховує реальної ситуації на українських підприємствах. Закордонний досвід свідчить про те, що підвищення професійного розвитку працівника це прибуткове інвестування підприємства. Визначивши основні фактори негативного впливу на професійний розвиток працівників розроблено заходи щодо покращення законодавчого, фінансового, організаційного та податкового характеру, що сприятимуть росту конкурентоспроможності кадрів на виробництві та покращення національного господарства вцілому

Improvements of harrows wear resistance

Wear is the main reason for the loss of performance of the parts for agricultural machinery. It leads to the degradation of the soil working quality. This work aims to highlight the wear resistance of the harrows discs manufactured, consolidated and sharpened differently. The tests were conducted in the laboratory and the field of the Faculty of Exploitation and Repair of Agricultural Machinery of the State Technical University of Kirovograd (Ukraine) in 2015. The technical equipment consists of devices for consolidation by electric discharge and for measurement the linear wear of discs, a harrow, a sand test bed, a tractor and discs made of different materials and technologies. Some parameterized were collected during the laboratory test each 5 ha and up to 20 ha of operation and in the fields each 30 ha until the time limit of exploitation. The Laboratory tests have shown that after twenty (20) ha of operation, the wear resistance of the experimental discs made of steel 65G and consolidated by electric discharge with simultaneous grinding (sharpening angle of 30°) is 2.95 times higher than the discs in series made of steel 28MnB5. The field experiment gave the following results: According to agro technical requirements, the plowing depth limit of serial discs made of steel 28MnB5 was reached after an operating duration of 120 ha while for experimental discs made of steel 65G and consolidated by electric discharge with simultaneous grinding (sharpening angle of 30 degrees) this duration is of 156 ha. The diameter wear limit of experimental discs was reached after an operating duration of 179 ha against 154 ha for the serial ones. Therefore, the new technology can be applied during the manufacture and / or the repair of the discs

Selective wear of cuttings elements of working organs of tillage machines with realization of self-sharpening effect

The clause of strengthening of cuttings elements is conditioning and realization of such selforganization process as a self-sharpening. Sharpening of horizontal and vertical cuttings elements of working organs of tillage machines (CE WOTM) is considered in many works, but not found out the terms of realization and nature of these processes in a sufficient measure. The processes of sharpening and blunting of CE WOTM are related mainly to the processes of wear. The change of type of CE in the process of wear is conditioned mainly a size and character of tearing down each of its bevel and by volume of destruction of cutting edge in the process of exploitation in the medium of soil and depends on character of co-operation in tribosystem " WOTM -soil"

The article is made an attempt to generalize the information as to auditors’ and audit firms’ responsibility in Ukraine relying on valid normative documents mostly using legal and juridical aspects. Entities of auditing activity in Ukraine are responsible for improper fulfillment of their duties for client (customer), legal bodies that gave the permission for performing auditing activities, audit firm; third parties. According Ukrainian legislation an auditor, as any citizen of Ukraine who performs entrepreneurial activity, bears the juridical (legal) responsibility. Specific point on auditors’ responsibility is liability for breakage. У статті була здійснена спроба узагальнити інформацію щодо відповідальності аудиторів та аудиторських фірм, спираючись на чинну нормативну базу, здебільше використовуючи правовий та юридичний аспекти. Суб’єкти аудиторської діяльності в Україні несуть відповідальність за неналежне виконання своїх обов’язків перед клієнтом, органами, що видали дозвіл на заняття аудиторською діяльністю, аудиторською фірмою, третіми особами. Згідно українського законодавства аудитор, як і будь-який громадянин України, що займається підприємницькою діяльністю, несе юридичну відповідальність. Специфічним питанням відповідальності аудитора є матеріальна відповідальність
