The Effect Of Self-Efficiacy, Management Ability, Internal Communication And Job Satisfaction On Commitmentnormative Lecturers At Quality University Medan

The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of self-efficacy, management ability, internal communication and job satisfaction on the normative commitment of lecturers at Quality University Medan. The population of this study amounts to 152 people and the sample amounts to 111 people. The results show that: Self-efficacy (X1) has a positive direct effect on lecturers’ job satisfaction (X4)  indicated that 16 p41"> = 0,315; Management Ability (X2) has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction (X4)  indicated that 16Ï42">  = 0,286; Internal communication (X3) has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction (X4) indicated 16 Ï43">  = 0,403; Self-efficacy (X1) has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment (X5) indicated 16 p51">  = 0,229; Management Capability (X2) has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment (X5) indicated that 16 Ï52">  = 0,188;  Internal communication (X3) has a direct and positive effect on organizational commitment (X5) indicated that 16Ï53">  = 0,276; job satisfaction (X4) has a positive direct  positive effect on organizational commitment (X5) indicated that 16 p54">  = 0,325. PENGARUH BRAND LOVE DAN BRAND IDENTIFICATION TERHADAP PURCHASE INTENTION MELALUI SELF CONGRUITY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

ABSTRACT This research aims to examine the influence of brand love and brand identification on purchase intention through self-congruity as a mediating variable among Erigo product users in Bengkulu City. Brand love is the strong and positive feeling that consumers have towards a brand, while brand identification is the process by which consumers associate themselves with a brand. Purchase intention is the consumer's desire to buy a product or service from a brand, and self-congruity is the suitability between the consumer's self-image and the brand image. This research used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 259 respondents who were users of Erigo products in Bengkulu City. The data processing technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The research results show that brand love and brand identification have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through self-congruity.   Keywords: Brand Love, Brand Identification, Purchase Intention, Self Congruity ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand love dan brand identification terhadap purchase intention melalui self congruity sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna produk Erigo di Kota Bengkulu. To support decision making in an organization or company Decision support systems can be produced using several types of methods, one of which is the Weighted Product (WP) method. Weighted Product is a settlement method using multiplication to connect attribute values, where the value must be raised first with the weight of the attribute in question. Analisis Perbedaan Kepatuhan Menelan Obat pada Penderita TB Paru Berdasarkan Karakteristik Penderita TB Paru di Puskesmas Rowosari Kecamatan Tembalang Semarang 2005

Tuberculosis adalah suatu penyakit menular yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh kuman mycobakterium tuberculosis yang bersifat menular dan merupakan penyebab kematian utama di Indonesia. Berdasarkan jumlah TB Paru di Puskesmas Rowosari tahun 2002 – 2003 melaporkan penderita BTA (+) 62 % dari penderita yang diobati. Angka tersebut jauh dari angka target nasional. Target nasional adalah tercapainya kesembuhan minimal 85% pada penderita TB baru BTA (-).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan kepatuhan menelan obat pada penderita TB Paru berdasarkan karakteristik penderita TB Paru di Puskesmas Rowosari. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory reseach dengan menggunakan pendekatan croosectional. Sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh populasi berjumlah 38 orang. Uji statistik yang digunakan Mann whitney dengan tingkat significancy 5% (0,05). Berdasarkan uji statistik, didapatkan ada perbedaan kepatuhan minum obat antara kelompok umur dewasa dan tua (p value 0,0340,05) tidak ada perbedaan kepatuhan minum obat antara pendidikan rendah dan tinggi (p value 0,0635<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyarankan kepada Puskesmas Rowosari Kota Semarang yaitu lebih meningkatkan pendidikan kesehatan masyarakat pada semua lapisan masyarakat tentang penyakit TB paru, Puskesmas meningkatkan pendidikan pada masyarakat tentang pentingnya keterlibatan sebagai PMO dan perlu adanya penelitian sejenis tentang faktor-faktor lain yang belum diteliti dimana dapat yang mempengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan minum obat, misalnya tingkat pendapatan, letak geografis dengan pelayanan kesehatan, dll

This application can be expected to help for the process of inputting report cards to print student reports. With the management of data that has been computerized to eat the input process, change, data search, deletion and creation of student report cards becomes increasingly easy and fast. The manis word expresses the taste on the tongue.The manis word is not only used to express the response felt by the tongue, but it can be used to express the physical, behavior or attitude of man and others. The manis word can experience a change of meaning in every different sentence. This meaning has the same meaning, but in its usage has a difference of meaning so that the word has different usage accuracy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the components meaning of the manis word in the Indonesian language to decipher the change of meaning of the manis word in the sentence. The method used in data collection is a method of referring and literature study method with the technique of note as an advanced technique. In the data analysis stage used the agih methods with the expansion and substitution technique. The result of this research analysis is that the use of the manis word is classified into three basic namely, the use of the manis word by their nature in the context of a sentence, based on the reference object, and by type of meaning. Based on the characteristic in the context of a sentence divided into abstract and concrete. Based on the object reference, the use of the manis word is grouped into animate or lifeless. Animate objects are differentiated into humans and animals while inanimate objects are distinguished from plants and inanimate objects. Based on the type of meaning, the use of the manis word is grouped into denotative meanings, connotative meanings, phrase meaning and figurative meaning.
