On a new class of double integrals involving hypergeometric function

The aim of this research paper is to provide a large number of double integrals in the form of four master formulas. A large number of very interesting integrals follow special cases of our main findings. These results are obtained with the help of contiguous extensions of classical summation theorems such as of Watson, Dixon and Whipple on the sum of a $_3F_{2}$. PENGARUH ADVERSITY QUOTIENT DAN KEBIASAAN BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI (survei pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri wilayah D di Kota Bandung)

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya siswa yang memiliki hasil belajar dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung Wilayah D. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adversity quotient dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung Wilayah D sebanyak 313 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) adversity quotient berada pada kategori Moderat (2) kebiasaan belajar mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup baik terhadap hasil belajar. Kata Kunci: Adversity Quotient, Kebiasaan Belajar, Hasil Belajar Siswa. The background of this study is the low student learning outcomes shown by the number of students who have learning outcomes under the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) in Economics subjects in class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri Bandung Bandung Region D. This study aims to determine the effect of adversity quotient and study habits towards learning outcomes. The research method used is explanatory survey. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri Bandung in Region D as many as 313 students with saturated sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) adversity quotient is in the Moderate category (2) learning habits have a good influence on learning outcomes. The Lessons learned from Covid-19, and the Implications for LMS Use to Support Student Success

In order to smoothly transition to the online educational platforms, after the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the integration of learning management systems (LMS) becomes vital for developing countries to keep up with the dynamic international educational context. With the worldwide lockdown, due to COVID-19, and the transition to online learning, some students are satisfied with the support provided by educational institutions. Still, deficient computer skills, and lack of teacher training (Toquero & Talidong, 2020) issues, regarding curriculum, assessment, and accountability, prevented them from perceiving their improved performances in the new teaching environment in most of the developing countries (Aristovnik et al., 2020). This paper will explore how to address these challenges, considered a result of the limited numbers of trained teachers, inadequate management systems for teacher recruitment, training, performance, evaluation, and a relatively outdated curriculum, and consider more effective instructional approaches with the incorporation of learning management systems (LMS)

The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Ontario University Educational Policies for International Graduate Students: A Conceptual, Institutional and Auto-Ethnographic Analysis

This study explored the role of emotional intelligence (EI) among international students adjusting to life in different universities in Ontario and the institutional support provided to them to develop their EI. The study included an in-depth review of literature based on different frameworks of cultural adjustments and EI, as well as a comprehensive analysis of the policy documents (e.g., policy management guide or handbook) available online of 3 similar-sized, student-focused, research-based universities in Ontario with significant international programs. The study also includes an auto-ethnographic account of the experiences I dealt with during my university years. I reflected on the hurdles and challenges I experienced in making my social and emotional adjustments here in Ontario. Overall, the data from the conceptual analysis and auto-ethnography afforded a cross-comparison of the 3 university policies and helped me establish a set of recommendations for universities to incorporate multiple components of EI into their international university policies services to develop components like mindfulness, self-regulation, and stress management for the future international graduate students

IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI DAN PENGUKURAN KINERJA BERDASARKAN METODE BALANCED SCORECARD (STUDI PADA PDAM SURYA SEMBADA SURABAYA)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi dan pengukuran kinerja PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard. Sedangkan penelitiannya adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan diskusi, disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan dalam perspektif keuangan telah akurat disimpulkan ada kinerja yang baik di dalamnya. Ini ditunjukkan karena ada peningkatan pendapatan Return Of Asset (ROA). Selain itu, efisiensi pendapatan dan biaya telah mencapai target elemen finansial. Sementara itu, strategi yang digunakan dalam perspektif pelanggan, telah mencapai target elemen pelanggan dan merupakan hasil kinerja yang baik, yang telah ditunjukkan sebagai hasil dari customer acquisition dan customer satisfacton. Selain itu, strategi yang digunakan, dalam perspektif proses bisnis internal, telah digunakan dengan benar karena menunjukkan hasil kinerja yang baik. Sementara itu, berdasarkan uncountable water rate (UWR), layanan purnajual dan inovasi telah mencapai target elemen internal bisnis. Strategi yang digunakan dalam pertumbuhan dan perspektif pembelajaran telah digunakan dengan benar. Ini terjadi karena menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dan telah mencapai target. Hasil analisis, dan diskusi; disimpulkan PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya telah mencapai tujuan baik finansial maupun non finansial dalam memiliki visi dan misinya menggunakan balanced scorecard. Comments on "New hypergeometric identities arising from Gauss’s second summation theorem"

In 1997, Exton [J. Comput. Appl. Math. 88 (1997) 269–274] obtained a general transfor- mation involving hypergeometric functions by elementary manipulation of series. A number of hypergeometric identities not previously recorded in the literature were then deduced by application of Gauss’ second summation theorem and other known hypergeometric summa- tion theorems. However, many of the results stated by Exton contain errors. It is the purpose of this note to present the corrected forms of these hypergeometric identities
