Arqueoescena és una plataforma d'acadèmics, creadors i intèrprets professionals que duen a terme projectes transversals de recerca i creació. Planteja una nova línia d'investigació basada en fonts arqueològiques, filològiques, musicològiques i etnogràfiques sobre les arts escèniques en l'antiguitat. Desenvolupa una metodologia de transferència que vincula la producció científica amb les activitats educatives i la difusió cultural mitjançant la posada en escena. Fins ara ha executat projectes escènics i didàctics sobre l'Egipte faraònic i l'antiga Grècia. El seu programa també s'orienta a la promoció de monuments, llocs arqueològics i museus per mitjà de propostes escèniques adaptades a cada cas

Plantejament d’un pla financer d’expansió d’una fabrica de cervesa artesanal a Barcelona

La indústria cervesera ha evolucionat al llarg dels anys. Les tendències han anat evolucionant segons les oportunitats i demanada que ofereix el mercat. El creixement i l’expansió d’aquets mercat ha obligat a les empreses a tenir més capacitat de producció per tal de poder cobrir la demana. En una societat actual on cada cop interessa més el producte natural i la gent es mira més d’on prové el producte, les empreses amb productes de quilòmetre 01 han de fer un pas endavant per poder satisfer aquets clients. Per aquesta raó aquets tipus d’empresa en els últims anys han notat un canvi en la seva demanda. La necessitat de les empreses de satisfer aquesta demanda ha provocat que necessitin la realització de plans de negoci i màrqueting per poder satisfer-la. Aquest plans ajudaran a la planificació financera i a una bona planificació econòmica d’aquestes. Tot i aquest auge s’ha d’anar amb compte ja que aquestes tendències a vegades són temporals i no durant per sempre, per aquesta raó l’elaboració d’un pla de contingència és bastant habitual i recomanable. Per altre banda, una dada i fet a tenir em compte són els possibles competidors que hi ha al mercat, ja que aquests també intentaran treure el màxim rendiment possible per treure benefici. Aquest projecte consta de diferents parts, les quals intentaran avaluar la possibilitat de l’expansió d’una empresa actualment en el mercat. Com esmenat es realitzaran quatre tipus de plans diferents per tal de dur a terme aquesta avaluació. En primer lloc la realització d’un pla de màrqueting, on s’avaluarà com s’atacarà al mercat per tal d’aconseguir la captació del client. Seguit un pla de finançament per tal de que l’empresa no es quedi sense capital i pugui seguir econòmicament bé. També es realitzarà un pla financer dels pròxims anys per tal de prevenir amb temps les pròximes accions a tenir en compte i com s’afrontarà al mercat. A pesar de este auge debe tenerse cuidado ya que estas tendencias a veces son temporales y no durante para siempre, por esta razón la elaboración de un plan de contingencia es bastante habitual y recomendable. Por otro lado, un dato y hecho a tener en cuenta son los posibles competidores que existen en el mercado, ya que éstos también intentarán sacar el máximo rendimiento posible para sacar beneficio. Este proyecto consta de diferentes partes, que intentarán evaluar la posibilidad de la expansión de una empresa actualmente en el mercado. Como enmendado se realizarán cuatro tipos de planes diferentes para llevar a cabo esta evaluación. En primer lugar, la realización de un plan de marketing, donde se evaluará cómo se atacará en el mercado para conseguir la captación del cliente. Seguido un plan de financiación a fin de que la empresa no se quede sin capital y pueda seguir económicamente bien. También se realizará un plan financiero de los próximos años para prevenir con tiempo las próximas acciones a tener en cuenta y cómo se afrontará en el mercado. Por último, la realización de un plan de contingencia en caso de que haya variaciones no previstas en el mercadoThe brewing industry has evolved over the years. The growth and expansion of this market has forced companies to have greater production capacity to meet demand. In a current society, where natural products are increasingly interested and people look more closely at where the product comes from, companies with kilometer zero products must take a step forward to satisfy these customers. For this reason, these types of companies have noticed a change in their demand in recent years. The need of companies to satisfy this demand has caused them the need to carry out business and marketing plans to be able to satisfy it. These plans will help financial planning and a good economic planning of these. Despite this boom, care must be taken since these trends are sometimes temporary and not forever, for this reason the preparation of a contingency plan is quite common and recommended. On the other hand, a piece of information and a fact to consider are the possible competitors that exist in the market, since they will also try to get the maximum performance possible to make a profit. This project consists of different parts, which will try to evaluate the possibility of expanding a company currently in the market. As amended, four different types of plans will be made to carry out this evaluation. In the first place, the realization of a marketing plan, where it will be evaluated how the market will be attacked to achieve customer acquisition. Followed a financing plan so that the company does not run out of capital and can continue financially well. Fumarate and nitrate reduction (FNR) dependent activation of the Escherichia coli anaerobic ribonucleotide reductase nrdDG promoter

The nrdDG promoter regulates transcriptional expression of the anaerobic ribonucleotide reductase of Escherichia coli, an essential enzyme required to supply the building blocks for DNA synthesis. In this work, binding of the pleiotropic FNR (fumarate and nitrate reduction) transcriptional regulator to the nrdDG promoter region and the effects of binding on transcription were investigated. Gel retardation analysis with purified FNR* demonstrated FNR interaction at two FNR sites, termed FNR-2 and FNR-1, while studies with altered FNR boxes indicated that the upstream FNR-2 site was essential for anaerobic activation of the nrdDG promoter. Although the FNR-1 site was not absolutely required, it allowed maximal expression of this promoter. These results suggest that the two sites have an additive effect in coordinating nrdDG expression in response to shifting oxygen concentrations. [Int Microbiol 2008; 11(1):49-56

Timberframe-rakenteiden vakiointi

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda Timberkodin vakiorakennekirjasto Finnlamelli Oy:n käyttöön. Työ jaettiin kahteen osaan, teoriaosuuteen sekä liitteenä olevaan rakennekirjastoon. Työssä käytiin läpi yleisesti pilari-palkkirakentamista sekä rakenteiden kosteusteknistä toimintaa. Vertailuun otettiin kaksi eri omakotitalomääräykset täyttävää Timberkodin ulkoseinävaihtoehtoa ja laskettiin niille u-arvot sekä suoritettiin kastepistetarkastelu. Lisäksi opinnäytetyössä käsiteltiin rakennuksen ilmatiiviyttä ja sen vaikutuksia. Työssä käytiin läpi myös Timberkodin esittelytaloon tehty ilmatiiviysraportti. Rakennus sijoittui ilmatiiviyslukunsa perusteella B-luokkaan, jota voidaan pitää erinomaisena tuloksena.The purpose of the thesis was to create a standard design library to Finnlamelli Oy. The thesis was divided into two separate parts, the theory and the design library. The thesis deals with the construction of timber frame in general and the behaviour of moisture in structure. Two separate post and beam structures, which meet the standards for detached houses, were compared and u-values and condensation point were counted. The thesis also deals with air leakage of a building and its effects. At the end, the air leakage report of the Timberkoti show house is presented. Based on its air leakage value the building finished in category B; which can be considered as an excellent result
