First, there is significant influence school culture (X1) with the quality of teachers (Y) has a significance level of 0.004, this value is smaller than 0.005 or sig <α means the research hypothesis which states "School culture significantly influence the quality of teachers at the Junior High School in SubdistrictSekayamSanggau "acceptable". Rancang Bangun Sistem Monitoring Prototype Mesin Packaging Berbasis PLC

Meningkatnya kebutuhan akan informasi, pemantauan, dan pengendalian sistem monitoring terhadap peralatan, industri, otomotif, dan bahkan farmasi membuat teknologi monitoring secara real time dibutuhkan. Sistem Monitoring dirancang agar mesin produksi dapat dimonitor secara realtime, sehingga pengawasan suatu proses produksi menjadi effisien. Sistem ini memanfaatkan controller PLC (Programmable logic controller) sebagai pengatur dari sistem monitoring yang dikomunikasikan dengan Scada sebagai software untuk memproses data yang dihasilkan dapat ditampilkan melalui PC secara realtime. Implementasi dari Rancang Bangun Sistem Monitoring Prototype Mesin Packaging Berbasis PLC dapat menampilkan data dari waktu permesinan, dari Running time, Minor Stop Time dan Breakdown Time. Dimana klasifikasi waktu tersebut di buat secara otomatis sehingga dapat memudahkan para operator dalam mendata waktu permesinan dan memonitor kegiatan produksi me njadi lebih mudah dan terstruktur. Data dari PLC yang didapatkan akan ditransmisikan kepada Sercer OPC yang terhubung dengan SCADA Intouch Wonderware sebagai display untuk proyek akhir ini. Dari sepuluh kali pengambilan data, waktu running yang diterima dari PLC ke PC (Wonderware) dan sebaliknya dari PC (Wonderware) ke PLC sistem ini merespon dengan baik ketika fungsi dijalankan. Dimana terdapat perbedaan waktu atau delay sebesar 0,27s pada tombol ON dan 0,33s pada tombol OFF dengan penekanan dengan Software dan Hardware. Penekanan dengan software mendapatkan waktu tunda yang lebih besar dikarenakan melewati server dahulu untuk menghubungkan PLC ke PC (Wonderware). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengungkap apakah budaya sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu guru pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau. Untuk mengungkap apakah motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap mutu gurupada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau. Untuk mengungkap apakah budaya sekolah dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap mutu guru pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan teknik tidak langsung pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan instrumen yang berbentuk angket.  Sampel penelitian adalah guru pada SMP Negeri Di Kecamatan Sekayam yaitu sebanyak 35 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapat beberapa temuan. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya sekolah (X1) dengan mutu guru (Y) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,004, nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,005 atau sig < α ini berarti hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan” Budaya sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu guru pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau “diterima”.Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja (X2) dengan mutu guru (Y)memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,002, nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,005 atau sig < α ini berarti hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan” Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu guru pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Sekayam Kabupaten Sanggau.   Kata kunci: Budaya Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, Mutu Guru Abstract: This research aims to To reveal whether the school's culture influences the quality of teachers at the Junior High School in District Sekayam Sanggau. Hubungan Prostate Volume dan Intravesical Prostatic Protrusion terhadap International Prostate Symptom Score pada Pasien Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (Relationship between Prostate Volume and Intravesical Prostatic Protrusion and International Prostate

Diagnosis of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) can be established through transabdominal ultrasonography (TAUS), a noninvasive supportive examination which measure prostate volume (PV), and intravesical prostatic protrusion (IPP). The severity of obstructive symptoms experienced by the patient was assessed by international prostate symptom score (IPSS) questionnaire. This study aimed to analyse the relationship between both PV and IPP and IPSS in BPH patients. This was an observational analytic study with cross sectional design conducted at Department of Urology Surgery Bina Sehat Hospital Jember, Paru Hospital Jember and Bhayangkara Hospital Bondowoso during October-November 2016 in 30 respondents. The average of PV was 52.01±25.18 mL, IPP was 12.67±6.69 mm and IPSS score was 25.60±9.20. The results of Spearman correlation between the PV and Voiding-IPSS, Storage-IPSS, or total score IPSS and IPP and Voiding IPSS showed no significant correlation (p =0.319; p=0.067; p=0.085; p=0.183). Spearman correlation between the IPP and Storage-IPSS or total score IPSS resulted p value equal to 0.012 and r=0.451 and p=0.027 and r=0.404, which showed a significant correlation with moderate correlation strength. Penyuluhan Wirausaha Home Industry Untuk Meningkatkan Ekonomi Keluarga Dengan Daur Ulang Barang Bekas

Sampah yang di daur ulang dan diberdayakan dapat menjadi peluang atau berpotensi menjadi dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Persediaan barang bekas tidak perlu dikhawatirkan, hanya bermitra dengan bank sampah, maka barang bekas akan sangat mudah diperoleh. Jika barang-barang bekas ini dimanfaatkan dan didaur ulang sedemikian rupa, selain mendatangkan manfaat dan meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga, juga membantu mengatasi permasalahan sampah yang menjadi pekerjaan rumah (PR) bagi suatu pemerintahan terutama kota-kota besar di Indonesia.Untuk itu, pengelolan barang bekas menjadi tanggung jawab kita semua, sebagai sumber atau penghasil sampah. Pada dasarnya sampah dihasilkan dari kegiatan atau aktivitas makhluk hidup. Untuk aktivitas tumbuhan dan hewan justru mendatangkan manfaat bagi makhluk yang lain, tetapi aktivitas manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari justru mengahsikan sampah yang sangat berbahaya bagi lingkungan atau ekosistem yang lain, seperti sampah plastic, sampah kaleng, kaca dan sebagainya, belum lagi limbah industry yang mengandung zat adiktif. Jika barang bekas ini dimanfaatkan dan bernilai ekonomi maka dapat menjadi sumber penghasilan bagi keluarga atau dengan bahasa lain dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Daur ulang barang bekas ini dapat dikemas dalam wirausaha home industry. Sekarang ini sudah banyak pelaku home industry daur ulang barang bekas, karena masyarakat sudah mulai sadar tidak mudah mendapatkan pekerjaan ditengah-tengah pesaing yang sangat kompetitif. Meskipun untuk menjadi wirausahawan tidak cukup hanya bermodalkan tekat menjadi wirausahawan tetapi butuh komitmen dan motivasi untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Karena untuk merintis usaha atau membuka usaha home indutry tidaklah semudah membalikan telapak tangan. Jatuh bangun dalam usaha itu hal yang sangat wajar, dan butuh tekat yang sangat kuat untuk tetap eksis, apalagi bahan bakunya barang bekas, terkadang masyarakat masih memandang rendah hasil karya yang berbahan baku barang bekas.Penyuluhan wirausaha home industry untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan daur ulang barang bekas, hadir untuk memberikan pengetahuan, wawasan dan peluang yang sangat potensial dikembangkan, karena bahan bakunya murah dan mudah diperoleh. Obyek pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pada ibu-ibu PKK RT.04 RW 03 Desa Cidokom Kecamatan Gunung Sindur Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat, karena pengusul pengabdian kepada masyarakat melihat potensi local baik dari sumber daya manusia yaitu ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan bahan baku dari barang bekas yang mudah dan murah diperoleh sehingga sangat memungkinkan untuk dikembangkan guna meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga masyarakat setempat. Tujuan dari penyuluhan wirausaha home industry untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan daur ulang barang bekas agar masyarakat setempat dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan berkreasi, berkarya dan berdaya juang untuk mengubah barang bekas yang tidak bernilai secara ekonomis menjadi barang yang bernilai guna serta bernilai ekonomi tinggi.Oleh karena itu, melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang ini diharapkan dapat turut berkontribusi membangun desa Cidokom melalui ibu-ibu PKK nya berbagi pengetahuan, mendorong masyarakat untuk pengembangan sumberdaya yang dimiliki secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Wirausaha home industry daur ulang barang bekas ini dimaksudkan dapat memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dan berkarya sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi dirinya dan masyarakat sekitar. If these used goods are used and recycled in such a way, besides bringing benefits and improving the family economy, it also helps solve the problem of waste which is a homework (PR) for a government especially big cities in Indonesia.  For that, the management of used goods is the responsibility of all of us, as source or producer of waste. Basically, waste is generated from activities or activities living things. For plant and animal activities, it actually brings benefits other creatures, but human activities in daily life actually make it fun waste that is very dangerous to the environment or other ecosystems, such as garbage plastic, trash cans, glass and so on, not to mention industrial waste that contains addictive substances. If these used goods are used and have economic value, they can become source of income for the family or in other languages can improve the economy family. Recycled used goods can be packaged in a home industry entrepreneurship. Now there are many home industry players who recycle used goods, because of the community already starting to realize it is not easy to get a job in the midst of a very competitor competitive. Even though it is not enough to be an entrepreneur with determination become an entrepreneur but it takes commitment and motivation to become an entrepreneur. Because starting a business or opening a home industry business is not that easy turning the palm of the hand. Ups and downs in business are very natural, and necessary very strong determination to continue to exist, especially when the raw material is used goods, sometimes the public still looks down on the work made from used goods. Counseling home industry entrepreneurs to improve the family economy with used goods recycling, is here to provide knowledge, insight and opportunities very potential to be developed, because the raw material is cheap and easy to obtain. Object In this community service activity, PKK RT.04 RW 03 mothers Cidokom Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, West Java, because of the proposer community service sees the local potential both from human resources, namely housewives and raw materials from used goods that are easily and cheaply obtained  so it is very possible to be developed in order to improve the family economy of the local community. In the process of practicing this prayer there are still various difficulties experienced by students, starting from mistakes in prayer movements to reading prayers. So that the prayer process is still not quite right. ANALISIS KAPASITAS DAYA DUKUNG PONDASI TIANG PANCANG DENGAN PEMBEBANAN VERTIKAL MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM STAAD Pro V8i PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH SAKIT KELAS D KECAMATAN KINTAP KABUPATEN TANAH LAUT

Daya dukungpondasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting untuk diperhitungkan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan konstruksi. Daya dukung pondasi diharapkan mampu melebihi pembebanan vertikal bangunan, guna untuk menjaga kestabilan berdirinya suatu bangunan.Dalam analisis daya dukung pondasi tiang pancang pada pembangunan Rumah Sakit Kelas D Kecamatan Kintap Kabupaten Tanah Laut menggunakan metode Meyerhof dan data penyelidikan tanah diperoleh dari hasil uji lapangan Cone PenetrationTest (Sondir). Sedangkan dalam analisis pembebanan vertikal menggunakan bantuan program STAAD Pro V8i (metode finite element).Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis daya dukung pondasi tiang pancang pada pembangunan Rumah Sakit Kelas D Kecamatan Kintap Kabupaten Tanah Laut diperoleh nilai kapasitas daya dukung ultimit pondasi sebesar 211,520 ton. Sedangkan hasil analisis pembebanan vertikal menggunakan program STAAD Pro V8i diperoleh nilai gaya vertikal maksimum sebesar 81,965 ton. Dari hasil kedua analisis tersebut dapat diperoleh nilai faktor keamanan pondasi sebesar 2,581 dan pondasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan aman dalam menahanpembebanan vertikal.Kata Kunci:Kapasitas Daya Dukung, Pondasi Tiang Pancang,Pembebanan Vertikal, STAAD Pro V8i. Whereas in the vertical loading analysis using the help of the STAAD Pro V8i program (finite element method).Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis of carrying capacity of the pile foundation in the construction of Class D Hospital in Kintap District Tanah Laut Regency, the value of ultimate bearing capacity of the foundation is 211,520 tons. Augmented Reality dan Virtual Reality sebagai Media Promosi Sekolah berbasis Android

Media promosi sekolah berupa brosur tidak dapat menampilkan bangunan sekolah yang layak sehingga dibutuhkan media lain yang dapat menampilkannya secara lengkap dan dapat menarik calon siswa untuk mendaftar ke sekolah. Dengan potensi dimana hampir semua orang saat ini memiliki smartphone, maka solusi yang paling tepat adalah membangun aplikasi android yang menerapkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dan Virtual Reality (VR) dengan memanfaatkan brosur yang telah ada sebagai marker dari AR-nya. Pembuatan AR dengan menggunakan software Unity3D, dengan plugin Vuforia sebagai tempat database markernya, sedangkan pemodelan objek 3D yang akan dimunculkan di atas marker, dibuat dengan software Google SketchUp. AR memunculkan objek gedung sekolah yang dapat dilihat atau diputar ke segala arah dan VR memungkinkan user untuk jalan-jalan secara virtual ke dalam gedung sekolah. Rangkaian pengujian memperoleh nilai 3.1 untuk performance, 3.84 untuk usability, 2.44 untuk compatibility, dan memperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata 3.1 dari nilai total 4 termasuk kategori sangat baik
