Pengaruh Konsentrasi Karboksimetil Selulosa Terhadap Mutu Sari Buah Jambu Biji

ABSTRACT The objective of the research was to find the best concentration of carboxymethyl cellulose to stabilizing guava extract. The quality measurement was based on pH, vitamin C content, stability, and organoleptic tests. This research was arranged in a completely randomized design using four treatments, replicated four times each. The treatments were (a) no addition of carboxymethyl cellulose, (b) 1% carboxymethyl cellulose, (c) 2% carboxymethyl cellulose, and (d) 3% carboxymethyl cellulose. The aroma, colour, taste, and quality were observed through organoleptic test based on hedonic scale.. The results showed that carboxymethyl cellulose addition gave significant effects on variables observed. The best level of pH was reached at 3% carboxymethyl cellulose. The average was almost neutral. The highest vitamin C content was obtained at 3% carboxymethyl cellulose. The highest concentration had inhibited the oxidation of the vitamin. The best stability was obtained at 3% carboxymethyl cellulose. At this concentration the additive had already thickened the guava extract. So that there was excessive extract since the carboxymethyl cellulose tied water. The best aroma was obtained at 3% carboxymethyl cellulose, and had the preferred average score of 3,88. with range of preference from like a bit to like. The best taste was obtained at 3% carboxyinethyl cellulose with an average score of 3,80, from moderately sweet to sweet. Meanwhile, the resulting colour had a favorite average score of 3,44, from clear to turbid. This was also obtained at the concentration of 3% carboxymethyl cellulose. The conclusion was the use of 3% carboxymethyl cellulose gave the most stable and preferred guava extrac and, therefore, recommended for the making of guava extract. INTISARI Tujuan dari percobaan ini adalah mendapatkan konsentrasi karboksimetil selulosa (CMC) untuk memperoleh sari buah jambu biji dengan kualitas yang terbaik. Kualitas sari buah ditentukan of eh pH, vitamin C, stabilitas, dan hasil uji organoleptik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan empat perlakuan yaitu tanpa pemberian CMC (kontrol), pemberian CMC 1%, pemberian CMC 2%, dan pemberian CMC 3%. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang empat kali. Hashl penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bahan penstabil karboksimetil selulosa pada sari buah jambu biji dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap mutu sari buah yang diperoleh selama penyimpanan. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in The Effort to Break the Chain of Transmission of The Covid 19

The application of disease prevention behavior is influenced by the level of health literacy which consist from several aspects of information, knowledge, understanding, and decision making. Health information is an important source related to the Covid-19 pandemic, both up-to-date information, prevention of exposure what to do during isolation, and how to communicate with COVID-19 task force officers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between health literacy and clean, healthy lifestyle of STIKes Hang Tuah Surabaya students to break the chain. The research design used analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was obtained by means of participants filling out a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Spearman Rho Correlation test with a P-Value of 0.05. The results of the study were that most of the students' health literacy was in the adequate category and the students' clean and healthy living behavior was in the high category. The results of the health literacy analysis are related to Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors to break the chain of transmission of the Covid 19 pandemic in STIKES Hang Tuah Surabaya students. SOSIALISASI DAN WORKSHOP APLIKASI PENGOLAHAN NILAI UJIAN SMP/MTs KOTA PAGAR ALAM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT EXCEL 2016

Pada ujian akhir tingkat SMP/MTs di kota Pagar Alam pada tahun 2021 masih berbasis kertas, dimana soal dan jawaban masih menggunakan lembaran kertas, sehingga da­­lam proses pemeriksaan hasil ujian atau koreksi nilainya masih secara manual, dengan cara melobangi lembar jawaban untuk menghitung jumlah benarnya, cara ini terlalu kuno sangat memakan waktu. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan suatu teknologi untuk memudahkan guru dalam memeriksa hasil ujian siswa agar lebih efektif dan efisien dan mendapatkan hasil yang akurat. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu workshop dalam mensosialisasikan aplikasi berbasis komputer yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam memeriksa jawaban hasil ujian akhir SMP/MTs. Aplikasi tersebut dibuat dengan menggunakan software Microsoft excel 2016, karena software ini mudah dalam penggunaanya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu melakukan sosialisasi aplikasi sampai melakukan simulasi pengolahan nilai, yang bertempat di Aula Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kota Pagar Alam, dengan peserta Kepala Sekolah dan Waka Kurikulum SMP/MTs kota Pagar Alam. Electronic Tourism Using Decision Support Systems to Optimize the Trips

Pagar Alam is a tourist destination city in the province of South Sumatra, which has many very diverse tourist destinations. The problem is that there is still a lack of information about tourism that tourists can access. This research aimed to build electronic tourism to make it easier for tourists to get the best information and recommendations about tourism in the city of Pagar Alam, which can be accessed anytime and anywhere, as well as improve tourist experience in planning their tourist trips because this electronic tourism platform includes decision making support system, which helps tourists manage their tours according to their needs and abilities. The research method used was analysis by collecting data by observing tourist attractions, calculating predictions using the simple additive weighting method, and from the results of testing with several alternatives, it can be concluded that electronic tourism meets the criteria chosen by tourists after being carried out. The calculation produced the highest preference value for tourist attractions, namely Tugu Rimau, with a value of 13.25. The highest preference value for hotels is Villa Gunung Gare Pagar Alam, with a score of 8.91, and the highest preference score for eating places is Warung Ridwan, with a score of 13.25. Analisis Faktor Advantageous Campaign, Relevant Content, Popular Content, Frequently Update Content, Various Platform And Application Terhadap Brand Loyalty Pada Bonolo.Id

Bonolo merupakan perusahaan e-commerce yang berjalan dibidang pakaian batik menggunakan media sosial sebagai salah satu alat pemasaran. Dengan banyaknya jenis media sosial yang digunakan, Bonolo memilih Instagram sebagai media pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran media sosial terhadap loyalitas merek pada akun media sosial Instagram bonolo.id. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan bonolo yang mengikuti akun instagram bonolo.id dan sudah pernah membeli. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sebelum kuesioner disebar, dilakukan pilot study kepada responden yang sesuai kriteria. Hasil pengujian validitas terdapat 1 item tidak valid yaitu PC1, dan setelah item dihapus hasil reliabilitas memperlihatkan bahwa item penelitian ini telah reliabel dengan nilai 0,828. Data yang terkumpul sebanyak 110 responden tetapi hanya 100 responden dipilih untuk dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji asumsi klasik memperlihatkan bahwa data penelitian bersifat normal, serta terbebas dari autokorelasi dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa variabel advantageous campaign memiliki nilai pengaruh t dan sig. (2,751 dan 0,007), popular content memiliki nilai pengaruh t dan sig. (2,080 dan 0,040), frequently update content memiliki nilai pengaruh t dan sig. (2,570 dan 0,012) bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Sementara variabel relevant content memiliki nilai pengaruh t dan sig. (-0,490 dan 0,625) dan various platforms and applications memiliki nilai pengaruh t dan sig. (-0,1683 dan 0,96) bahwa kedua variabel tidak memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty

Rancang Bangun Website Madrasah Al – Azhar Kota Pagar Alam

Madrasah Tsanawiyah ( MTs ) Al – Azhar kota Pagar Alam yang merupakan salah satu sekolah yang yang berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Islam Pagar Alam saat ini belum memiliki website sendiri sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi dan untuk mempromosikan sekolah kepada masyarakat. Dibangunnya website sekolah MTs Al – Azhar, diharapkan dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan tentang sekolah. Website MTs Al - Azhar dibangun menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem web engineering yang terdiri dari tahapan customer communication, planning, modeling, construction dan deployment, desain rancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language ( UML ). Sedangkan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem yaitu Axure Pro untuk membuat story board antar muka, Adobe Dreamweaver CS sebagai text editors dalam penulisan program, bahasa pemrogaman HTML dan PHP, dalam pengolahan database-nya menggunakan MySQL dan Web Server menggunakan Apache. Pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing dan usability testing dengan nilai akhir 3,85 yang berarti pengguna menyatakan bahwa website ini bisa mempermudah pihak sekolah untuk menyampaikan informasi dan juga mempermudah pihak – pihak yang ingin mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat, serta bisa diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja Kunc
