Abstract The objectives of this study were to develop the Scale of Subjective Well-Being for Mother (SSWB-M), and to examine the psychometric properties of SSWB-M that have been developed. The results of this study show that The developed Scale of Subjective Well-Being for Mother (SSWB-M) consists of The Scale of Life Satisfaction in Family Domain (SLS-FD) and the Positive and Negative Affect Scale in Family Domain (PANAS-FD).The Scale of Life Satisfaction in Family Domain (SLS-FD) showing a match with chi-square = 147.190 (p = 0.118), GFI = 0.881, AGFI = 0.805, CFI = 0.984, TLI = 0.977, and RMSEA = 0.039 describes a good goodness of fit. Overall reliability has a high value of Alpha Cronbach coefficient, which is 0.892, and composite reliability of 0.984. Positive - Negative Affect Scale in Family Domain (PANAS-FD) shows the results of evaluation of fit model  with chi square = 46,450 (p = 0,332), GFI = 0,925, AGFI = 0,886, CFI = 0,995, TLI = 0,994, and RMSEA = 0,028 describes that the goodness of fit is good. Overall, on PANAS-FD have the composite reliability is 0.950, and the Alpha Cronbach is 0.763. The Scale of Subjective Well-Being for Mother (SSWB-M), the two sub-scales have high validity and reliability, therefore it can be used to measure subjective well-being in young mothers. Keywords: Development, validation, SSWB-

Abstract Adolescent girls in their development period are more vulnerable to have mental health problems, one of which is Body Dysmorphic Disorder. This is related to the condition of physical change experienced by adolescent girls. This study aims to determine how much self-esteem and body image can predict the tendency of Body Dysmorphic Disorder in adolescent girls, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The sampling techniques used in this study were proportional stratified random sampling with the research subjects were 152 adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Purwosari. This study uses research instruments in the form of self-esteem scales, body image scales, and body dysmorphic disorder tendency scales, compiled by researchers. The results of statistical analysis conducted using multiple regression test showed that self-esteem and body image can predict the tendency of body dysmorphic disorder significantly and negatively. These results indicated that self-esteem and body image are important factors against the tendency of body dysmorphic disorder. Therefore, it is necessary for adolescent girls to understand the importance of self-esteem and the development of positive body image at the age of adolescence. Keywords: adolescent girls; body image; self esteem; tendencies to body dysmorphic disorder AbstrakRemaja perempuan dalam masa perkembangannya rentan mengalami berbagai masalah kesehatan mental, salah satunya Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

This study aims to determine the impact of chronological age and attachment (parent and peer) on the emotional maturity of university students. This research is a quantitative study with correlational research. This research uses over 300 students from the State University of Malang. The sampling technique used is multistage purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study were Armsden and Greenberg’s adaptation of IPPA-R Attachment scale made and Murray’s emotional maturity scale. The results show that there is a chronological age impact on the emotional maturity partially with p-value = 0,010, p < 0.05. they also indicate there is an attachment impact on the emotional maturity partially with p-value = 0.000, p < 0.05. Finally, the findings suggest there is an impact of chronological age and attachment simultaneously against the emotional maturity with p-value = 0.000, p < 0.05 and the contributes of 10.7%, where the chronological age contributes of 2% and attachment contributes of 8.7%. This study evaluates the effect of workload and coping stress in special needs teachers, and considers the probability of burnout. 68 special needs teachers in Malang form the basis of this study and several measuring instruments were used, including the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) developed by Maslach, the NASA-TLX developed by Sandra, and a coping stress measuring instrument which refers to the coping stress theory by Lazarus and Folkman. This study used the descriptive quantitative method, while the Pearson Product Moment correlation and Corrected Item Total were used to test the item discrimination index. Alpha Cornbach was used to test the reliability. Descriptive and double linier regression analysis models were used. The results show that (1) there is an effect of workload towards burnout (2) there is an effect of coping stress towards burnout (3) there is an effect of workload and coping stress toward burnout with 22.44% effective contribution. This study aims to determine the effect of e-learning readiness on learning engagement and to find out which aspects have the greatest influence. The design of this research is correlational research, conducted via a questionnaire. The research sample was comprised of 125 students from the Faculties of Psychology, Law, Education, and Teacher Training at the Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya, Indonesia. Measuring e-learning readiness consists of 3 dimensions: computer / internet self-efficacy; online communication self-efficacy; and self-directed learning abilities. The dimensions of measuring learning engagement are cognitive, affective, and behaviour. Data were analysed using regression models. The results indicate that learning readiness contributed to the variance of learning engagement by 26%. The biggest contribution from each dimension of e-learning readiness to engagement is self-directed learning, then internet self-efficacy, and online communication self-efficacy. However, the study also obtained anecdotal evidence that the subjects were not satisfied with e-learning because they did not get data about the material. This research aims to find out student assessments of the learning media used during the Covid-19 pandemic. We tested several learning media used, first is the WhatsApp group, zoom, and Learning Management System (LMS) used by campus. Descriptive statistic from 616 people (24.28% were male), we found that the use of text-based synchronus learning media was more desirable than the use of existing video or LMS. Positive ratings are mainly on the frequent use, effectiveness, flexibility, speed, and cheap. However, in terms of interactive abilities, clarity of information, and fun media, google meet combination with zoom better than other media trough synchrous audio-video communcation. In other hand, Campus’s LMS were lowest on mostly dimentions that used in this research. Keywords: LMS, effectiveness, pandemi
