Pengaruh Penggunaan Modul Biokimia pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau
Peranan dan penggunaan sumber belajar secara terencana dan terprogram akan berpengaruh pada pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang ditargetkan. Salah satu sumber belajar yakni modul. Modul merupakan paket belajar mandiri yang meliputi serangkaian pengalaman belajar yang direncanakan dan dirancang secara sistematis untuk membantu peserta didik mencapai tujuan belajar. Tujuan penelitin ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran Biokimia menggunakan modul. (2) Aktivitas mahasiswa pada proses pembelajaran Biokimia menggunakan modul. Populasi sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiwa pendidikan Biologi semester III angkatan 2014 STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode tes dan observasi. Data interval dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 10.05 dengan non parametik berupa Mann Whitney. Dari output Rank, dapat kita lihat bahwa nilai mean untuk siswa eksperimen lebih besar daripada nilai mean siswa kontrol (15,05 > 5,95) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar Biokimia setelah menggunakan modul meningkat. Aktivitas mahasiswa saat mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan modul baik.Kata kunci: Pengaruh, Modul, Hasil Belajar dan Biokimi
Efektivitas Ekstrak Etanol Buah Makasar (Brucea Javanica) terhadap Penurunan Kadar Asam Urat Mus.Musculus Jantan
This study aims to find out the effectiveness of ethanol extract of makasar fruit (Brucea Javanica) against the decrease in uric acid levels of male Mus Muculus. This research is an experimental study using RAL technique using male mencit test animals, Treatment 4 groups divided into P0 (Aquades), P1 (Allopurinol 10 mg/g BB) P2 (chicken liver extract + 100 mg/kgBB), P3 (chicken liver + extract 200 mg/kgBB). The administration of makasar fruit extract can lower the levels of squeaky uric acid induced by the suspension of chicken liver. The administration of makasar fruit extract based on the average value is better in lowering blood uric acid levels than allopurinol drugs, based on different tests with LSD method of decreasing uric acid levels in the positive control group and the treatment group did not have a meaningful difference (p â„ 0.05). In conclusion, makasar ethanol extract (Brucea Javanica) effectively significantly lowers the uric acid levels of male Mus Muculus than the drug allopurinol, but has no meaningful difference between the treatment group and the control group.

Uji Organoleptik Kopi Biji Salak dengan Varian Waktu Penyangraian
This study aims to see the effect of roasting time on organoleptic tests of banjarnegara zalacca coffee beans (Salacca zalacca var zalacca). The effect of the treatment was determined using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method which consisted of six treatments and three replications. The treatments are P0 namely control, P1 with a roasting time of 40 minutes, P2 with a roasting time of 50 minutes, P3 with a roasting time of 60 minutes, P4 with a roasting time of 70 minutes and P5 with a roasting time of 80 minutes. Based on the one way anova test with a significant level of 5%, it showed significant results, namely F-count (6.42)> F-table (3.68), followed by LSD test which obtained significantly different results in the P3 treatment (60 minutes) with BNT number 2.67. The best roasting time for zalacca coffee in P3 treatment with 60 minutes roasting time which has dark brown color criteria, very fragrant aroma, smooth texture, bitter taste, and very acceptability. The results showed that the higher the quality of zalacca coffee the higher the people's acceptance of zalacca coffee.

APPLICATION OF THE HOTS-BASED SCIENTIFIC LEARNING APPROACH TO THE SCIENCE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF FIFTH GRADE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
This study aims to determine the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 57 Lubuklinggau after using a HOTS-based scientific learning approach. The method used is a quasi-experimental research method, with a pre-test-post-test group research design. The population in this study were all students of class V SDN 57 Lubuklinggau totaling 22 students who were the sample in the study. Data collection is done by giving a description of 6 questions. Data were analyzed using the z-test at a significant level of = 0,05. Based on the results of the post-test data analysis, it was found that zcount 5,50 and ztable 1,64 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 57 Lubuklinggau after the implementation of the HOTS-based scientific learning approach are significantly complete. The average obtained is 77,65 and the percentage of the number of students who complete reaches 100%
Uji Organoleptik Minuman Teh Daun Sungkai (Peronema canescens) dengan Variasi Pemanis Alami
This study aims to determine the results of organoleptic tests and public acceptance of Sungkai leaf instant tea drinks with variations of natural sweeteners. The method used is an experimental method in the laboratory. Through this method, researchers obtained data by carrying out experiments directly at the Biology Education Laboratory, PGRI Silampari University. Then, organoleptic tests were carried out which included color, taste, aroma, and acceptability to 20 panelists. The highest average value of the color level organoleptic test is P2 (rock sugar) with a value of 3.4 (light green color). The highest average value of the aroma level organoleptic test was P0 (without sugar) with a value of 2.1 lacking Langu Sungkai. The highest average score for the organoleptic test for taste is P0 (no sugar) with a score of 3.7 (less sweet). While the highest average value of the organoleptic test for acceptability is P2 (rock sugar) with a value of 3.2 (likes). It can be concluded that people prefer sungkai tea with the addition of natural sweeteners than without sugar in terms of color, aroma, taste and acceptability.

Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Matematika Berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning
This study aims to develop Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)-based mathematics Student Worksheets for Grade IV students at SD Negeri 34 Lubuklinggau which are valid and practical to be used in learning. The sample of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 34 Lubuklinggau consisted of 6 small group test students. This type of research researchers uses the development of Research and Development (R&D). The data collection technique used a validation questionnaire for linguists, material experts, media experts and a practicality questionnaire for teachers and students. Based on the results of the analysis by the three experts, the scores obtained by linguists were 0.81, material experts were 0.82 and media experts were 0.82, the overall average was 0.82 with a very valid category. While the results of the analysis of the practicality sheets of teachers and students obtained scores of 95% and 92.8% with an overall average of 93.9% in the very practical category. So that the Mathematical Student Worksheet based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) meets valid and practical criteria.

Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) Berbasis Discovery Learning pada Mata Pelajaran IPA
This study aims to develop a product in the form of discovery learning-based student worksheets (LKS) in science learning for fifth grade students at SDN 63 Lubuklinggau according to the 2013 curriculum and to produce student worksheets that are valid, practical and effective for use in learning. This research is a development research with a four-D development model. Based on the results of the assessment analysis by the three experts, namely: 0.81 media experts, 0.75 language experts, 0.90 material experts, from the three validation analysis results obtained an average validation of 0.82 this indicates that student worksheets (LKS) based on discovery learning in science learning meets very valid criteria. While the results of the research on teacher practicality sheets obtained an average of 92% and students with one to one trials consisting of 3 people obtained an average of 93%, then small group trials consisting of 6 people obtained an average of 90%, from the three trial results obtained an average practicality of 92%, this indicates that student worksheets (LKS) based on discovery learning in science learning meet the very practical criteria. Then the effectiveness results obtained an N-gain value of 0.8 in the high category. It can be concluded that the student worksheets (LKS) based on discovery learning are valid, practical, and effective. Thus, it can be stated that discovery learning-based student worksheets (LKS) are appropriate for use in thematic learning of fourth grade elementary school students.

Penerapan Pendekatan Scientific Learning Berbasis HOTS Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 57 Lubuklinggau setelah menggunakan pendekatan scientific learning berbasis HOTS. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan desain penelitian group pre-test-post-test design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 57 Lubuklinggau berjumlah 22 siswa yang merupakan sampel pada penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan soal uraian sebanyak 6 soal. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-z pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data post-test didapatkan zhitung 5,50 dan ztabel 1,64 berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 57 Lubuklinggau setelah diterapkannya pendekatan scientific learning berbasis HOTS secara signifikan tuntas. Rata-rata diperoleh 77,65 dan persentase jumlah siswa yang tuntas mencapai 100%
PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA DENGAN MENERAPKAN MODEL QUANTUM LEARNING SISWA SMPN O MANGUNHARJO
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar dengan menerapkan model Quantum Learning. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP N O Mangunharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Dengan teknik random sampling maka terpilih kelas VIII.A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII.D sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes. Data skor tes siswa dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t. berdasarkan hasil analisis data post-test kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan taraf kepercayaan 0,5% didapat thitung = 2,12 dan ttabel = 1,67 karena thitung > ttabel, berarti rata-rata skor kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari daripada kelas kontrol, maka dapat disimpulankan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan model Pembelajaran Quantum Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar dengan menerapkan model Quantum Learning. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw pada Pembelajaran IPA Kelas V SD Negeri Suka Menang
This study aims to determine the student's IPA learning outcomes after applying the Cooperativ Tipe JIGSAW model for class V SD Negeri Suka Menang. The method used is in the form of an experiment with an experimental design used one-group pre-test and post-test. In this study, one sample class was used, namely all fourth grade students of SD Negeri Suka Win, totaling 20 students. The data collection technique used is a test technique. The collected data were analyzed using the z-test. Based on the results of data analysis with a significant level of = 5% and dk = 19, it shows the magnitude of Zcount = 7,62 and Ztable = 1.64 (Zcount>Ztable). Thus, it can be concluded that the IPA learning outcomes of V grade students of SD Negeri Suka Menang after the implementation of the Cooperativ Tipe JIGSAW significantly completed.
