How to break the uniqueness of Wloc1,p(Ω)W^{1,p}_{loc}(\Omega)-solutions for very singular elliptic problems by non-local terms

In this paper, we are going to show existence of branches of bifurcation for positive $W^{1,p}_{loc}(\Omega)$-solutions for the very singular non-local $\lambda$-problem -{\Big(\int_\Omega g(x,u)dx\Big)^r}\Delta_pu={\lambda } \Big(a(x)u^{-\delta} + b(x)u^{\beta}\Big) \ \ \mbox{in} \ \ \Omega, \ \ \ \ u > 0 \ \ \ \mbox{in} \ \Omega \ \ \ \mbox{and} \ \ u=0 \ \ \mbox{on} \ \partial \Omega, where $\Omega \subset \mathbb{R}^N$ is a smooth bounded domain, $\delta >0$, $0 < \beta < p-1$, $a$ and $b$ are non-negative measurable functions and $g$ is a positive continuous function. Our approach is based on sub-supersolutions techniques, fixed point theory, in the study of $W^{1,p}_{loc}(\Omega)$-topology of a solution application and a new comparison principle for sub-supersolutions in $W^{1,p}_{loc}(\Omega)$ to a problem with $p$-Laplacian operator perturbed by a very singular term at zero and sublinear at infinity

Development of Methodology for Implementation of Strategic Planning - MISP

The development of this methodology was started in 1995, aimed at the implementation of strategic planning in an organization, using principles of strategy formulation school "Design School" at Harvard University. The methodology is presented structured steps that facilitate its implementation by an organization. Has already been tested in various public organizations, but is being proposal regarding any type of organization. To do this, you can make use of undergraduate students to assist in investigation methods and techniques can be applied in the various stages of the methodology, could then define the most appropriate methods and techniques in each step. Noteworthy that the methodology also provides for a performance measurement system that supports the actions of strategic planning

O território Ofaié e o conceito de poder e violência em Mato Grosso do Sul

The article incites the reader to revisit the history of the occupation of the Mato Grosso do Sul territory. It casts an eye on the concepts of power and violence that pervade the traditionality of various indigenous areas in an attempt to reveal that many of them show that they were more than simply migration areas of isolated autochthonous groups. It understands that many indigenous areas of the state are defined as authentic territories of traditional occupation by people whose presence was adulterated in various ways over the course of history. This is what happened to hunters, fishermen, and collectors who lived on the right bank of the Paraná river between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, when agrarian economic exploration practically raided the western region of Brazil and left indelible marks wherever it was establsihed. Th e concepts of nation (Ofaié); identity (indigenous); territory/territorialization /deterritorialization (cattle fi elds), domination (enslaved), power (farmer), and culture (indigenous) are analyzed in this article on the basis of an experience made by Marchal Cândido Rondon with an Ofaié indigenous person, which helps us to understand how the process that culminated in the disappearance of this ethic group from the state and many of its older territories took place.Key words: indigenous territory, Ofaié, violence, Mato Grosso do Sul.O artigo instiga o leitor a rever a história da ocupação do território sul-matogrossense. Lança um olhar sobre os conceitos de poder e violência que impregnaram a tradicionalidade de diversas áreas indígenas buscando revelar que muitas delas demonstram ter sido bem mais que simples áreas de migração de grupos autóctones isolados. Entende que muitas áreas indígenas do Estado configuraram-se em autênticos territórios de ocupação tradicional de povos, cuja presença foi de diversas maneiras falseada no curso da história. É o que aconteceu com os antigos caçadores, pescadores e coletores que viveram na margem direita do rio Paraná entre o final do século XIX e o início do século XX, quando a exploração econômica agropastoril praticamente tomou de assalto o Oeste brasileiro e deixou marcas indeléveis por onde se fixou. Os conceitos de nação (Ofaié); identidade (indígena); território/territorialização/desterritorialização (campos da Vacaria), dominação (escravizado), poder (fazendeiro) e cultura (indígena), neste artigo, são analisados a partir de uma experiência vivida pelo marechal Cândido Rondon junto a um indígena Ofaié que nos ajuda a entender como se deu o processo que culminou com o desaparecimento dessa etnia no Estado e em muitos de seus antigos territórios. Palavras-chave: território indígena, Ofaié, violência, Mato Grosso do Sul
