Este projeto tem como proposta analisar as técnicas e métodos utilizados para o ensino de deficientes visuais. Nesse processo, foram usadas ferramentas, como a string de busca, com o intuito de realizar um mapeamento sistemático dos artigos que contribuíram de maneira legítima para a consolidação da aprendizagem de pessoas com problemas visuais. A ESTRATIFICAÇÃO AXIOLÓGICA E O OBJETO DISCURSIVO DO SURDO EM LÍNGUA PORTUGUESA COMO SEGUNDA LÍNGUA (LP/L2S)

Este trabalho visa discutir as práticas tradicionais de ensino de língua portuguesa como segunda língua para surdos (LP/L2S) voltadas para a estabilidade sistêmica cotejando com a estratificação axiológica do discurso. Nossas discussões estão ancoradas nas lentes teóricas da concepção de linguagem do Círculo de Bakhtin, da Linguística Aplicada e dos Estudos Surdos. Percebemos que, a língua adentra na vida no momento em que o surdo percebe a possibilidade de subverter o padrão imposto pelo ouvintismo e construir o seu projeto de dizer em segunda língua como forma de posicionar-se dialogicamente e axiologicamente no mundo.

Association between Pacifier Use, Bottle-Feeding, and Pre- Postnatal Variables: A Cohort Study

Objective: To determine the prevalence and analyze the variables associated with the use of pacifiers and/or bottles by infants up to 6 months of age. Material and Methods: Data on sociodemographic characteristics, intention to offer pacifier and bottle-feeding, pregnancy and breastfeeding (BF) variables were collected at baseline by interviews and a self-administered questionnaire among pregnant women in the 3rd trimester. After delivery, mother-baby binomials were followed by phone calls at the 1st, 3rd, and 6th months of the baby\u27s life (n=467) to gather information on the type of delivery, baby’s gender, BF in the first hour of the newborn’s life, baby’s weight, mother’s return to work, and oral habits. Association analyses were performed using logistic regression models with a 5% significance level with the pacifier/bottle-feeding use as the outcome. Results: Most mothers (52.5%) reported their babies used bottle-feeding, 48.2% used pacifiers and 33.4% used both of them throughout the 6 months. Intention to offer pacifier and bottle-feeding was reported by 45.0% and 54.8% of the mothers at the 3rd trimester of the pregnancy, respectively. Not living in one’s own residence (OR=1.53; 95%CI: 1.05-2.24) and having the prenatal intention of offering a pacifier (OR=2.50; 95%CI: 1.63-3.83) to the baby were significantly associated with pacifier use. Variables significantly associated with bottle-feeding were mother’s return to work (OR=2.48; 95%CI: 1.54-3.97), baby’s lower birth weight (OR=1.58; IC95%: 1.07-2.33), and prenatal intention to offer bottle-feeding (OR=2.51; 95%CI 1.56-4.04). Conclusion: About half of the babies used pacifiers or were bottle-fed, which were associated with the mother’s prenatal intention to offer them to their babies and socioeconomic factors

Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação para a educação em saúde e educação permanente em oncologia: protocolo de busca sistematizada

The aim is to outline a systematic review protocol on the evidence about the use of information and communication technology for health education in oncology aimed at patients, families and the education of health professionals. This exploratory study describes a six-step integrative review protocol integrated with two other systematic search phases and a final knowledge synthesis phase. We propose: 1) a search in PubMed, CINAHL, SCOPUS, LILACS and Web of Science with Medical Subject Headings (MeSH), CINAHL subjects and Health Science Descriptors (DeCS), in addition to alternative terms. The PRISMA 2020 guidelines will be used to check the integrative review report; 2) search for mobile apps on Google Play Store; 3) search for patent registrations at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI Brasil) and at PatentScope. Each step will have separate collection and descriptive analysis. The discussion and presentation will be mediated by the emergence and systematization of common themes and taking into account health education for the patient-caregiver binomial and continuing education for professionals. The results are expected to summarize the profile and functions of the technologies developed for patients, family members and for the education of health professionals.Objetiva-se delinear protocolo de revisão sistematizada sobre as evidências acerca da utilização de tecnologia da informação e comunicação para a educação em saúde em oncologia voltada para a pacientes, familiares e para a educação de profissionais de saúde. Este estudo exploratório descreve um protocolo de revisão integrativa de seis etapas integrado a outras duas fases de busca sistematizada e uma fase final de síntese do conhecimento. Propõem-se: 1) uma busca nas bases PubMed, CINAHL, SCOPUS, LILACS e Web of Science com Medical Subject Headings (MeSH), assuntos CINAHL e Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS), além de termos alternativos. Could Acidified Environments Intensify Illicit Drug Effects on the Reproduction of Marine Mussels?

The increasing oceanic uptake is a direct response to the increasing atmospheric burden of CO2. Oceans are experiencing both physical and biogeochemical changes. This increase in CO2 hosts in oceans promotes changes in pH and seawater chemistry that can modify the speciation of compounds, largely due to dependent element speciation on physicochemical parameters (salinity, pH, and redox potential). So, ocean acidification can trigger enhanced toxicity of illicit drugs to non-target marine organisms due to the combined effects of crack cocaine and low pH (from 8.3 to 7.0 pH values) on the reproduction of the marine mussel Perna perna. Fertilization rate and embryo-larval development were used as endpoints to assess the effects of crack-cocaine concentrations (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100 mg L-1) and its association with pH values variation (8.3, 8.0, 7.5, and 7.0). The IC50 was calculated from the results of an embryo-larval assay in different methods of acidification (CO2 and HCl), which evidenced that HCl treatment was more toxic than CO2 treatment for the same drug concentrations. Results showed that the gametes of P. perna react to acidification when exposed to crack-cocaine concentration and pH reductions
