    This study aims to analyze the performance of the organization secretariat Regency of North Mamuju. This study uses the theory of performance by Agus Dwiyanto, the study is a qualitative research method, to the in formants as many as 10 (ten) informants selected by purposive. Data collection techniques in this study using the method: observation (observation), interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the organization North Mamuju regency Legislative Secretariat has not run denganbaik. Of 5 (five) dimensions that were examined are four (4) dimensions that have not been going well, namely: (1) productivity shows that the implementation of the task forces employees from the aspect of performance that is seen from an understanding of the duties and office work, the accuracy in the completion of file problems and the number of dispute resolution can not be said to be good (2) Quality of service is seen from the aspect of spontaneity in dealing with issues and complaints serve legislators and the public as well as the courtesy and hospitality in providing services has not been as expected. (3) The responsiveness of services shows that the mechanism has already been made in order to identify the desired needs can thus be concluded that the ministry officials secretariat employees Regency of North Mamuju is responsive to complaints. (4) Responsibility shows that North Mamuju regency legislators are not satisfied with the services provided by employees, in addition to the appointment of personnel lack professional staff in charge of the work that these services are often delayed. (5) Accountability shows that the responsibility of employees at the Parliament Secretariat North Mamuju regency in carrying out its duties and functions are still low

    ABSTRAKPara Pekerja kontrak dengan jenis Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) tidak lepas dari permasalahan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak pada umumnya. Permasalahan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) secara sepihak menjadi hal menakutkan yang timbul dalam setiap diri para pekerja kontrak tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai Akibat Hukum terhadap Pekerja PKWT yang mendapat PHK secara sepihak serta Sanksi Hukum terhadap pihak Perusahaan yang melakukan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) secara sepihak kepada Pekerja Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT). Penelitian ini menggunakan hukum Yuridis Sosiologis yaitu jenis penelitian hukum sosiologis dan dengan pendekatan penelitian Statute Approach dan Socio-legal Approach. PHK dapat dikatakan sah menurut hukum, apabila sudah mendapat Putusan dari Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial ataupun Pengadilan yang berwenang. Apabila tanpa putusan tersebut, maka PHK tersebut tidak sah secara hukum dan dianggap batal demi hukum. Sanksi hukum terhadap pengusaha yang melakukan PHK terhadap pekerja PKWT sebelum masa kerjanya berakhir ialah dengan memenuhi hak pekerjanya, yaitu dengan memberikan uang pesangon, uang penghargaan masa kerja, uang ganti rugi akibat PHK tersebut.ABSTRACTContract workers with certain types of time work agreements (PKWT) are not separated from job problems with the general contractual system. The issue of termination of employment (LAYOFFS) unilaterally becomes a scary thing that arises in each of the workers of the contract. This research aims to know about the consequences of the Law on the PKWT workers who have unilaterally PHK and legal sanctions on the company that conducts termination of employment (LAYOFFS) unilaterally to the workers of a specific time employment agreement (PKWT). This research is used as a sociological law of sociological research and with the research approach of of Approach and Socio-legal Approach. LAYOFFS can be said to be legally valid, if they have been awarded the ruling on the Industrial relations Court or the Court of competent jurisdiction. If without such decision, the LAYOFFS are not legally valid and deemed null and void. Legal sanctions against entrepreneurs who conduct LAYOFFS against the PKWT workers prior to the expiry of their tenure are by fulfilling their employees rights, namely by giving Severance money, award money for the employment, indemnity due to the LAYOFFS

    This study aims to (1) study and analyze the effect of Return On Assets on capital structure at PT.Mayora Indah Tbk, (2) study and analyze the influence of company size on capital structure at PT.Mayoran Indah Tbk, (3) find and analyze the influence Return On Assets and Company Size on the capital structure at PT.Mayora Indah Tbk. The population used in this study is PT.Mayora Indah Tbk's financial statements published on the Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used are (1) classic assumption test (2) multiple linear regression, (3) multiple coordination coefficients, (4) coefficient of determination, (5) t test and f test. The results of the study indicate that the Return On Assets are partially partial to the capital structure, while the size of the company does not conflict partially with the capital structure, (f test) shows that there is a significant influence between the Return on Assets and the size of the company on the capital structure

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan kondisi financial distress dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score dan model Springate Z-Score pada PT. Berlina Tbk dan PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif (perbandingan). Penelitian komparatif digunakan untuk mengetahui perbandingan financial distress dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score dan model Springate pada PT. Berlina Tbk dan PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Altman Z-Score dan Springate Z-Score. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling, yaitu model pemilihan sampel secara tidak acak yang informasinya diperoleh menggunakan pertimbangan tertentu dengan tujuan atau masalah penelitian dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan pada PT. Berlina Tbk dan PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk selama 7 tahun mulai dari tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2020. Analis data yang digunakan berupa uji – t Dua sampel Independen. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan kondisi financial distress antara PT. Berlina Tbk dan PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score. Dan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan kondisi financial distress antara PT. Berlina Tbk dan PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk dengan menggunakan model Springate Z-Score, hasil interpretasi data dapat membandingkan nilai thitung dan ttabel. Jika thitung ttabel, maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Jadi nilai t hitung altman z-score {(-0,661) (2,179)} dan nilai t hitung springate {(-0,645) (2,179), maka H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak

    The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how big the financial performance of PT. Visi Media Asia, Tbk. In measuring the company's financial performance, the data analysis technique used is financial ratio panalysis which includpes 1). Profitability (Return on assets, Return on equity and Net profit margin) 2). Liquidity (Current ratio, Cash ratio and Quick ratio) 3). Solvency (debt to assets and debt to equity ratio) and 4). Activities (Total asset turnover and inventory turnover). using the One Sample T-test with the help of the SPSS Version 20 program. The sample used in this study is the financial statements in the form of balance sheets, income and cash flows for the last 10 years from 2015. 2011 – 2020. Based on the results of research and analysis shows that 1). Financial performance of PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk during 2011-2020 in terms of profitability ratios, the results of the study show that each of these indicators is considered not performing well. 2). Liquidity, the results of the study show that through the indicators of the current ratio and cash ratio, it is known that the financial performance of PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk, is considered not to perform well. Meanwhile, when viewed from the quick ratio, it is known that the financial performance of PT. Vision of Media Asia Tbk, which is considered to be performing well. 3). Solvency, financial performance research results show that each of these indicators is considered not performing well and 4). The results of the calculation of the activity ratio show that the financial performance of PT. Visi Media Asia Tbk, from each of these indicators is also considered not to perform well

    Trust in the Network of Food Diversification Policy Implementation in Bone Regency

    Trust that is well built in the policy-making process in network organizations gives birth to an effective policy outcome in the form of decreased assumption levels. This research method uses a qualitative approach and a case study strategy to explain trust in the implementation of food diversification policies. The data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The informants in this study were as follows: a) Chair of the Women Farmers Group b). sub-district extension team; d) District extension team.The results showed that the trust that occurred in the interaction of actors, in this case the Food Security Service, Extension Officers and the Women Farmers Group in the implementation of food diversification policies in Bone Regency was not effective. This can be shown that there is no mutual agreement that can be used as a rule of the game for the actors involved in implementing this policy. Opportunistic behavior is a sub-concept that assesses the presence and absence of trust, which is not identified in this study, because there is no mutually agreed upon rule of the game. Then, the actors' good will trust does not emerge because they are still designing and running their respective programs. Therefore, the implementation of the diversification policy requires trust between them so that the performance of this policy can be realized

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA) ,Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Harga Saham pada PT Astra Internasional,Tbk  periode 2005-2019.  Penelitian ini berjenis asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pegumpulan data bersifat dokumenter yaitu dengan cara mengunduh data laporan keuangan dan harga saham historis dari BEI. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap harga saham pada PT Astra International,Tbk dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 4,063 > f tabel 3,59 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,036 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: ROA; ROE; NPM; Harga Saha
