PEMODELAN ENERGI BARU TERBARUKAN (EBT) MELALUI PENDEKATAN DINAMIS UNTUK KETAHANAN ENERGI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA 2017-2027
In an effort to increase the value of the Electrification Ratio value reaches 99.9% andUtilization of New and Renewable Energy (EBT) of up to 25% by 2025 is requiredThe General Plan for National Energy (RUEN) which is revealed to be the General DraftRegional Energy (RUED). Sumbawa as an area in West Nusa Tenggarahas the potential for EBT in the form of Solar Energy Potential, Hydro Energy, and Thermal EnergyEarth and Sea Energy require strategic policies to manage andmeet the energy security of the region. This study aims to predictEnergy needs, and mapping the potential of EBT, in order to obtain a mixenergy (energy mix) is balanced. This research was conducted using toolssoftware Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning System (LEAP) withdynamic systems approach. Data obtained from PT. PLN UP3 Sumbawa, RUPTL DataPLN NTB Region, Bapedda Kab. Sumbawa and Data from BPS Kab. Sumbawa. ResultThis research shows that the potential of EBT can be integrated in RUED formeet the energy needs of the region. Therefore, this research canproduce accurate energy demand forecast for Sumbawa Regencyin particular the use of regional green energy sources (Green Energy) to achieve thisenergy security for the great and dignified Sumbawa Regencyencouraging the formation of RUED Sumbawa Regency in line with the Indicator StrategySDGs program launched by the Government, both the Central Government andLocal Government especially the Clean Energy (Green Energy) program.Dalam Upaya meningkatkan nilai nilai Rasio Elektrifikasi mencapai 99,9% danpemanfataan Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) hingga 25% pada tahun 2025 diperlukanRancangan Umum Energi Nasional (RUEN) yang diturunkan menjadi Rancangan UmumEnergi Daerah (RUED). Sumbawa sebagai suatu daerah di Nusa Tenggara Barat yangmemiliki potensi EBT baik berupa Potensi Energi Surya, Energi Hidro, Energi PanasBumi maupun Energi Laut memerlukan kebijakan strategis untuk mengelola danmemenuhi ketahanan energi daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksikankebutuhan Energi, dan melalukan pemetaan potensi EBT, sehingga diperoleh bauranenergi (energy mix) yang seimbang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pirantilunak Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning System (LEAP) dengan metodependekatan sistem dinamik. Data diperoleh dari PT. PLN UP3 Sumbawa, Data RUPTLPLN Wilayah NTB, Bapedda Kab. Sumbawa dan Data BPS Kab. Sumbawa. HasilPenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi EBT dapat di integrasikan dalam RUED untukmemenuhi kebutuhan energi di wilayah ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dapatmenghasilkan Ramalan kebutuhan energi yang tepat bagi Kabupaten Sumbawakhususnya pemanfaatan sumber energi hijau (Green Energy) daerah untuk mewujudkanketehanan energi untuk Kabupaten Sumbawa yang hebat dan bermartabat dalammendorong terbentuknya RUED Kabupaten Sumbawa selaras dengan Strategi IndikatorProgram SDGs yang dicanangkan Pemerintah, baik Pemerintah Pusat maupunPemerintah Daerah khusunya program Energy Bersih (Green Energy)
Employee Engagement at Shafira Tour and Travel
Employee engagement is employee awareness in collaborating with colleagues to improve performance and be involved in the company's success. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts of Shafira Tour and Travel in building employee engagement and describe the factors that influence employee engagement at Shafira Tour and Travel. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods with descriptive research. Data collection techniques used to obtain Shafira Tour and Travel information are interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results ilustrate that Shafira Tour and Travel strives for twelve ways to build employee engagement, namely the recruitment process, job training, simulation and product knowledge, leader’s roles, organizational roles, creating two-way communication, development opportunities, complementing facilities, meet the needs of employees, build a good and strong culture, hold annual outings, and pay attention to employees. A cozy room should adjust its environment based on the condition of its occupants since it will indirectly affect the moods and body conditions of people inside. This study aims to develop a system for monitoring the human body condition using paired sensors on the Arduino Lilypad. The system will send the sensors data to the Raspberry Pi3 via Bluetooth to automatically control the electronic device inside the room based on the occupant body condition. Promoting Students’ Communication Skill through the Application of Project Based Learning
The aim of this research is to describe how Project Based Learning promotes students’ ability to communicate ideas. Qualitative was used as the research method of this research. The subjects of this research were five students were chosen as the subject of this research. They were in the ninth grade in one of state Islamic schools in a relative big city. The researcher collected the data from observation and the recording video of the process of making the project which was wall magazine. All the data from observation were in the form of verbal data. After analyzing the data, the result shows the students can reach all of indicators of communicating ideas with eight examples as the evidences. In short, it can be concluded that Project Based Learning can promote students’ communication skill particularly students’ ability to communicate with others.

ANALISIS SIKAP SOSIAL DAN PERMASALAHAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS TEKS EDITORIAL PADA SISWA KELAS XII SMAN 1 SUKAGUMIWANG TAHUN AJARAN 2024/2025
Education is something that can support the quality of a nation, with education it can produce the nation\u27s next generation who are qualified and have good knowledge and abilities. Apart from mastering knowledge, social and moral education is also important for students to obtain. The aim of this research is to analyze social attitudes and find out the problems that occur in learning to write editorial texts among class XII students at SMAN 1 Sukagumiwang for the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used in this research is focused interviews using a qualitative approach. The instruments used were observation sheets carried out by teachers on students, and interviews conducted by researchers with Indonesian Language Teachers at SMAN 1 Sukagumiwang. The research results revealed that there were several stages of assessment carried out by teachers, namely planning, implementing and reporting assessments of students\u27 social attitudes. This research also has problems in editorial text learning activities, namely the lack of students\u27 ability to write editorial texts which is influenced by students\u27 social attitudes
PEMBUATAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) UNTUK AGROWISATA TEKNO 44, KOREM 044/GAPO DESA GELEBAK DALAM KECAMATAN RAMBUTAN KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
Research roadmap for collaboration with 044 Tekno Agrotourism partners by utilizing organic waste into liquid organic fertilizer (POC). Sriwijaya State Polytechnic through the Research Master Plan (RIP), one of which is focused on technology and utilization of organic waste. Reducing the use of chemicals is an important step where this research is the answer to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers to fertilize the soil but cause the death of microorganisms. The production of POC is carried out by researchers by utilizing egg shells and onion skins as raw materials to be fermented. This study used a starter with raw materials of coconut water, sugar or molasses and starter seeds for 3 weeks. Utilization of microorganisms to decompose where microbes secrete enzymes as catalysts is more efficient at temperatures of 30-40 oC. The long-term goal is the development of this production into land in Agro-tourism Tekno 044 to become fertile and business for development to add economic value to the community. Optimizing the production of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) by utilizing raw materials from natural waste will add economic value.
