Transform Dialect Tutorial

Transform Dialect in MLIR provides operations that can be used to control transformation of the Intermediate Representation (IR) using a different portion of the IR. It refers to the IR being transformed as payload IR, and to the IR guiding the transformation as transform IR. The main use case for this dialect is orchestrating fine-grain transformations on individual IR objects (operations or values) or sets thereof. For example, it may involve finding loop-like operations with specific properties (e.g., large size) in the payload IR, applying loop tiling to those and only those operations, and then applying loop unrolling to the inner loops produced by the previous transformations. As such, it is not intended as a replacement for the pass infrastructure, nor for the pattern rewriting infrastructure. In the most common case, the transform IR will be processed and applied to the payload IR by a pass. Transformations expressed by the Transform dialect may be implemented using the pattern infrastructure or any other relevant MLIR component. Феномен ідентичності у сучасному мистецтві

The research subject is the study of the Phenomenon of identity and its reflection in contemporary Ukrainian art. The purpose of the work is to investigate the specifics of the Phenomenon's reflection of identity in contemporary Ukrainian art. The work methodology is based on chronological and scientific comprehensiveness, art history, historical, philosophical, and culturological approaches, ontological, axiological, hermeneutic, phenomenological, cross-cultural, and method of art analysis. The work results allow us to understand the evolution of researchers' views in various fields on the Phenomenon of identity and its application in contemporary art approaches. The results' scope is today's artistic practices, history, art theory, and art criticism, teaching activities for students and graduate students of creative specialties. Findings. The Phenomenon of identity in contemporary art means that problem of its reflection in the art exists and begins to be understandable. Some conclusions about the correctness of the direction of practices and patterns to a new search identity approach can be made considering foreign experience. Simultaneously, a society that interacts with contemporary art in the latest cultural projects and what principles of such participation should be taken into account in organizational, design, exhibition, and interpretive activities. The proof that modern contemporary art in its various manifestations is deeply rooted in the socio-cultural process, and therefore has different forms of identity, is closely connected with the past and present of Ukraine. Appeal to the past in art - preserving memory, rethinks symbols and signs, gives new life to archaic images and techniques; art is turned to the present, reflecting on reality. Presenting society's moods and problems accumulate the achievements of Ukraine as an independent country.Keywords: contemporary art, identity, Ukraine, the beginning of XXI century. Предметом дослідження є дослідження феномену ідентичності та відображення його у сучасному українському мистецтві. Мета роботи – дослідити специфіку відображення феномену ідентичності у контемпорарній українській образотворчості. Методологія проведення роботи базується на сукупності хронологічного принципу і принципу наукової всебічності; мистецтвознавчого, історичного, філософського та культурологічного підходів; онтологічного, аксіологічного, феноменологічного, крос-культурного і методу мистецтвознавчого аналізу. Результати роботи дозволяють зрозуміти еволюцію поглядів науковців різних галузей стосовно феномена ідентичності та застосування його у підходах до сучасного мистецтва. Сфера застосування результатів – мистецькі практики сьогодення, історія, теорія мистецтва та мистецька критика, викладацька діяльність для студентів і аспірантів творчих спеціальностей. З’ясовано, що Феномен ідентичності у контемпорарній образотворчостi означає, що проблема відображення ідентичності у мистецтві назріла і тільки починає осмислюватися. Певнi висновки щодо правильностi самого напряму практик та закономiрностей, на шляху становлення нового пiдходу до пошукiв iдентичностi, можна зробити, беручи до уваги закордонний досвiд. Паралельно із цим, суспільство, яке взаємодiє iз контемпорарним мистецтвом у новiтнiх культурних проектах, повинно використовувати принципи такої взаємодії  і брати до уваги ці принципи в органiзацiйнiй, проектнiй, виставковiй та iнтерпретацiйнiй дiяльностi. Доведення того, що сучасне контемпорарне мистецтво в рiзних своїх проявах глибоко вкорiнене у соцiокультурний процес, а отже має різні форми ідентичності, тiсно пов’язане з вивченням минулого i сучасного України. Звернення до минулого у мистецтвi – зберiгає пам’ять, переосмислює символи й знаки, надає нового життя архаїчним зображенням i технiкам. Мистецтво звернене до сучасностi – апелює до реальностi, демонструє настрої та проблеми суспiльства, акумулює в собi здобутки України, як незалежної держави.Ключові слова: сучасне мистецтво, ідентичність, Україна, початок ХХІ століття

Density Functional Study of Cubic to Rhombohedral Transition in α\alpha-AlF3_3

Under heating, $\alpha$-AlF$_3$ undergoes a structural phase transition from rhombohedral to cubic at temperature $T$ around 730 K. The density functional method is used to examine the $T$=0 energy surface in the structural parameter space, and finds the minimum in good agreement with the observed rhombohedral structure. The energy surface and electronic wave-functions at the minimum are then used to calculate properties including density of states, $\Gamma$-point phonon modes, and the dielectric function. The dipole formed at each fluorine ion in the low temperature phase is also calculated, and is used in a classical electrostatic picture to examine possible antiferroelectric aspects of this phase transition.Comment: A 6-page manuscript with 4 figures and 4 table

CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

The article deals with the current state of the construction industry for the period 2018-2020, and its significance for the economy of Ukraine is determined. The general trends of construction development in the modern transformational economic environment have been revealed here. The contribution and share of construction in the total GDP of the country are studied. The volumes of the construction production are analyzed, and after a deep review of indicators and rates dealing with construction products output, it is determined that the construction industry is developing steadily. The role of the state in creating a conducive investment climate in Ukraine is determined, and capital investments in construction are analyzed, and their share in the total capital is allocated. The sales volumes of building materials, the number of construction companies, and the population engaged in the construction sector are analyzed. The authors noted the necessity of normative regulation of construction activity, development, and implementation of state programs on development and support of the construction industry. The main problems of construction companies that have arisen after the introduction of a quarantine regime caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have received much attention.
