ROLE AMBIGUITY AND PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT MEDIATE PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS TO MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Performance Measurement System to Managerial Performance with mediation variables Role Ambiguity and Psychological Empowerment. This type of research is causality. This research was conducted on non-profit organization that is 7 Private University in Malang. The sample in this study the educational staffequivalent to the manager, the number of samples in this study was 79. The data analysis method used in this study is SEM PLS using WarpPLS 5.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the Performance Measurement System has a positive effect on Managerial Performance through mediation variables Role Ambiguity and Psychological Empowerment. Performance Measurement System has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance. The Performance Measurement System has an indirect relationship with Managerial Performance through Psychological Empowerment. The conclusion is that this study supports the hypothesis developed by Marginson, et al. (2015), but there are some unsupported hypotheses because of the different research objects that each type of organization has different characteristics

So that the position of the factions in the House of Representatives only raises the pros and cons of which the existence of factions just as inhibiting the performance of members of the House of Representatives as a State Institution.Results of research can be concluded: first, that the urgency of the formation of factions in the House of Representatives based on Law Number 17 Year 2014 About the eople's Consultative Assembly, the House of Representatives, Regional Representatives Council, and Regional House of Representatives is to optimize the execution of the functions, powers, and the Board of Representatives. Both factions grouping ideally not by political parties but by constituencies, interests and talents. Second, the government is expected to limit the authority of the factions not to exceed the authority of the board of the existing fittings in the House of Representatives

VITAMIN D PADA ASMA BRONKIAL

Bronchial asthma is a lung disease characterized by reversible airway obstruction both spontaneously and with treatment, characterized by airways inflammation and hyperreactivity to various stimuli. Until now, the most effective treatment for asthma are corticosteroids and β-agonists, while the administration of prophylactic drugs is often less effective and often causes very disturbing side effects. Vitamin D is a group of fat-soluble secosteroids. Vitamin D has functions in modulating neuromuscular function, reducing inflammation and influencing the work of various genes that regulate cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Research shows that low levels of vitamin D are associated with increased allergy markers and asthma levels. Vitamin D is believed to play a role in asthma by inhibiting respiratory tract smooth muscle proliferation via hyperphosphorylation of the retinoblastoma protein and activation of checkpoint kinase 1 (Chk1). Vitamin D has recently been considered as a treatment for asthma.Asma bronkial merupakan penyakit paru yang ditandai oleh obstruksi saluran nafas yang bersifat reversibel baik secara spontan maupun dengan pengobatan, ditandai dengan adanya inflamasi pada saluran nafas dan hiperreaktivitas saluran nafas terhadap berbagai stimuli. Analisis SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) Dan Foto Mikro Pada Material Komposit Serat Tangkai Jagung Dengan Matriks Plastik Polipropilen

The purpose of this study was to determine the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) analysis of corn stalk powder fiber material with a polypropylene plastic matrix as well as the description of microstructure and characteristics of biodegradable composites. Environmental pollution is a problem that must be taken seriously by all levels of society, especially pollution caused by loading plastic waste. The amount of plastic waste produced is on average around 10% of the total volume of waste, where less than 1% of plastic can be destroyed because plastic waste is based on synthetic polymers and is difficult to decipher by decomposing bacteria. To overcome this environmental problem, one way that can be done is to develop biodegradable plastic material (bioplastics), which is plastic that is easily broken down by microorganisms into simple compounds that are environmentally friendly. In the test method carried out on this composite is SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and micro photographs, objects that are photographed cross-section of fibers in the specimens, for the composites used in this study using a polypropylene plastic matrix with corn stalk powder fibers with 95% composition variation. polypropylene plastic, 5% corn stalk powder, composition by 90% polypropylene plastic, 10% corn stalk powder and composition by 85% polypropylene plastic, 15% corn stalk powder. SEM test results show variations of 85: 15% more glue between plastic and polypropylene can have a more significant impact on the mechanical properties of composites, this can be proven by photographs of Scanning Electron Microscopy results where the surface of the fiber looks better

PENENTUAN AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN DARI DAUN BUAS-BUAS (Premna serratifolia L.) MENGGUNAKAN METODE DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl)

Antioxidant is a substance that in small concentrations can significantly inhibit or prevent oxidation on the substrate. Buas-buas (Premna serratifolia L.) is one of the plants that have antioxidant effect. The antioxidant activities of the wasbenzen and ethanol extracts of buas-buas leaves were determined by DPPH method using spectrophotometer UV-Vis. Data resulted from the analysis of antioxidant activity (IC50) is 532.24 μg/mL of wasbenzen extract, 24.40 μg/mL of ethanol extract, and 1.83 μg/mL of vitamin C.Antioksidan adalah senyawa yang dalam konsentrasi kecil dapat secara signifikan menghambat atau mencegah terjadinya proses oksidasi. Buas-buas (Premna serratifolia L) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang memiliki efek antioksidan. Aktifitas antioksidan dari ekstraksi wasbenzen dan etanol daun Buas-buas ditentukan dengan metode DPPH menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Data yang dihasilkan dari analisis aktifitas antioksidan ekstrak wasbenzen adalah 532.24 μg/mL, ekstrak etanol adalah 24.40 μg/mL, dan vitamin C adalah 1.83 μg/mL

ANALYSIS OF MARKET DISCIPLINE MECHANISM IN INDONESIA BANKING INDUSTRIES

The market discipline is considered an important element for creating a sound and efficient operation ofthe banking industry. It can be shown by the response of investors and depositors of the business operationsand management in relation to the risk of a bank. Theoretically, there are hypotheses must be accomplishedin order to effectively market discipline occurs. The first hypothesis, whether the marketdiscipline provides a signal for of banks regarding the existence of a certain conditions which is inconsistentwith sound and efficient bank and business operation (Disciplining Signal Hypotheses; DSH).The second, bank management will respond to the signal by making efforts towards the implementationfor correction on the business in line with expectations (Corrective Response Hypotheses; CRH). Theverification used the empirical accounting data and market commercial banks with a total of 110 frequencyof semester 2000-2010 (panel data, 1843 observations). Empirical analysis model used regressionpanel data. The estimation results indicate that DSH gained strong empirical support. On the otherhand, the result of estimation involved in CRH is still significantly weak. This indicates that the marketdiscipline mechanism has not operated optimally in Indonesian banking industries.
