Abstract This research is motivated researcher observations and experiences, especiallythat of PT Askes Kediri Askes Patients who are less sensitive in terms of quality ofservice and low sense of employee discipline in obeying the rules. As a result, manypatients who are less conscious and lazy to perform administrative activities.The problem of this study is (1) Is the quality of health care insurance in effecton patients’ satisfaction, PT Askes Kediri? (2) Is the employee disciplinary effect onpatient satisfaction in PT Askes Kediri? (3) Is the quality of service and employeediscipline effect on patient satisfaction in PT Askes Kediri?This study used a qualitative approach to formulating a hypothesis, then thehypothesis will be tested using a quantitative approach. Where the data obtained willbe calculated using the formula and test the statistical analisisaConclusion The results of this study were (1) Variable quality of service  (X1)to simultaneously deliver significant influence on patient satisfaction in PT Askeskediri with a probability value of b1 is 0.017 less than 0.05. (2) Variable disciplineemployees (X2) simultaneously providing significant influence on patient satisfactionin PT Askes Kediri with a probability value of b2 is 0.031 less than0.05. (3) Variable quality of service (X1) has a regression coefficient (β) for = 0.149,employee discipline (X2) is 0.123, thus it can be said that the service quality variable(X1) has a dominant influence on patient satisfaction in PT Askes Kediri .Conclusionsbased on these results, it is recommended: (1) the principal purpose of the applicationquality of service and employee discipline is to give satisfaction to the patient.Therefore, employees should always put quality of service and employee discipline.(2) the employee must be continuously examined, to prove whether the quality ofcare and discipline works are in accordance with the applicable rules. The Influence of Non-Permanent Employee’s Performance on Work Environment at BPJS LIAISON Office Rungkut Surabaya

Human resources have a large role in an organization. The success in achieving organizational goals comes from the treatment of its own employees, therefore its employees will form the organizational structure and utilize technology. The aim of the study to know the employees’ role and respond to variations and measurements of the environment in the organization. Method of data analysis in this satudy is multiple linear regression. The steps of the analysis are as follows: analysis of data in the form of numbers in order to determine the effect of one variable with another. As for the methods used by statistical calculations according to (Pramono & Ferdinand, 2012. Therefore, the BPJS Health Liaison Office in Rungkut Surabaya expects that employees, both permanent and non-permanent, will have good performance. Employee performance will be better if the employee has high ability and a supportive work environment in completing his duties. Based on data analysis and discussion of research results. The results show that there is a partial influence of the work environment on the performance of temporary employees of BPJS Health Liaison Office Rungkut Surabaya

Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Dosen Universitas Kadiri

Organizations is a coordination of human system activities,  in accordance with activities  of a group of people to accomplish goals through job and function distribution hierarchy of authority. This research is correlational analythic research, using the SEM method and the sample of 100 respondents who are lecture of Kadiri University, showing result in which the motivation influence work satisfaction of the lectures; the motivation influence work achievements and the work satisfaction influence work achievement of the lecture in Kadiri University. Organisasi merupakan sistem kegiatan manusia yang bekerja sama. Sesuai dengan itu, organisasi dikatakan sebagai suatu koordinasi rasional kegiatan sejumlah orang untuk mencapai beberapa tujuan umum melalui pembagian pekerjaan dan fungsi melalui hierarki otoritas dan tanggung jawab. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasional. Dengan menggunakan model SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen, motivasi juga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi dosen, dan kepuasan memberikan pengaruh terhadap prestasi dosen.

The interdependence of managerial capabilities toward investment decisions of manufacturing companies on IDX period 2014-2016

Following the opening of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), Indonesian companies must have a reliable manager to benefit from the existence of this AEC. This research aims to explain the effect of managerial ability on investment decisions. Therefore, the dependent variable in this study is the company's fixed-asset investment decision, while the independent variable is the managerial ability to improve the efficiency of company resources. The sample of this study is go-public manufacturing companies in 2011-2016. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques such as data envelopment analysis with a banxia frontier analyst as an analysis tool. Keefektifan kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas selain didukung dengan fasilitas sekolah serta keaktifan siswa perlu juga adanya kefektifan guru dalam menyampaikan ilmu. Namun terkadang masih banyak guru yang terlambat untuk masuk ke kelas dan juga beberapa guru yang terkadang lupa apabila ada jam mengajar pada saat itu sehingga mengakibatkan pelajaran yang harusnya bisa disampaikan dengan maksimal sesuai kurikulum harus terpotong karena keterlambatan guru dalam masuk kelas. Bahkan yang terburuk karena guru yang lupa jadwal mengajar bisa mengakibatkan adanya jam kosong apabila siswa tidak aktif untuk menghubungi guru yang bersangkutan. Untuk itu dibuatlah aplikasi ini yang bertujuan untuk memberitahukan atau mereminder guru jam-jam berapakah mereka harus mengajar serta kelas mana yang harus diajar. Bisa meningkatkan efektifitas pembelajaran karena dengan guru mengetahui jadwal, para guru dapat lebih awal mempersiapkan materi yang akan dibawakan dan juga mempersiapkan diri untuk masuk ke kelas. PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP PROGRAM PENSIUN DINI PADA PT. TELKOM INDONESIA,Tbk DIVISI REGIONAL V JAWA TIMUR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada program pensiun dini dari Divisi Regional Telekomunikasi Indonesia V Jawa Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner, studi literatur, dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait dengan tujuan penelitian. alat analisis menggunakan beberapa uji hipotesis regresi, yaitu uji F dan uji t. Jumlah sampel 76 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap program pensiun dini dari Divisi Regional Telekomunikasi Indonesia V Jawa Timur. Secara parsial, variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap program pensiun dini. Nilai yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini R Square dari 0224, yang berarti bahwa 22,4% variasi program pensiun dini dijelaskan oleh variasi dari kepuasan kerja dan variabel komitmen organisasi, sisanya dari 77,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian in
