    Pelatihan Hypnoparenting untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Orang Tua dalam Membimbing Pembelajaran Online Anak Usia Dini pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19

    Since the Covid-19 pandemic come to Indonesia, all of the education activity was doing at home. Transition learning activities from school to home is becoming heavy homework that was felt by all parents. The reason is that most parents do not understand the appropriate learning strategies for their children because what has been done so far is by using conventional methods of parenting. The best care for children is not an easy process in which parents need knowledge of parenting skills (the ability to raise children). Hypnoparenting training is one of the developments in parenting skills development because it becomes the basic foundation for parents to build the best care for their children. The training is carried out through several stages, including (1) preparation for the implementation of training in the form of an agreement on the implementation time, (2) implementation of hypnotherapy training with approximately 50 participants consisting of RA teacher parents (3) evaluation stage, the evaluation is to see the effectiveness of the implementation of hypnoparenting training. Through hypnoparenting training, parents gain knowledge of parenting skills from an early age by involving the child's subconscious to become an effective parenting model. The training activities carried out on three May 2020 had a positive impact on increasing parents' motivation in developing fun online learning activities at home during the Covid-19 pandemic.(Semenjak wabah Covid-19 memerangi Indonesia semua aktifitas pendidikan dilakukan dirumah, transisi kegiatan belajar mengajar dari sekolah ke rumah menjadi PR berat yang dirasakan semua orang tua. Pasalnya Sebagian besar orang tua belum memahami strategi pembelajaran yang tepat bagi anaknya, karena yang selama ini dilakukan adalah dengan cara pengasuhan metode konvensional. Pengasuhan yang terbaik bagi anak bukan suatu proses yang mudah dalam menjalankannya orang tua membutuhkan pengetahuan tentang aspek parenting skill (kemampuan mengasuh anak). Pelatihan hypnoparenting salah satu perkembangan pengetahuan di dunia parenting skill, karena hal ini menjadi pondasi dasar bagi para orang tua guna membangun pengasuhan terbaik untuk anak. Pelatihan yang dilakukan melalui beberapa proses tahapan diantaranya adalah (1) persiapan pelaksanaan pelatihan berupa perjanjian kesepakatan waktu dilaksanakannya,(2) pelaksanaan pelatihan hypnoterapi dengan peserta kurang lebih 50 orang terdiri dari orang tua guru RA (3) tahapan evaluasi, evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah melihat keefektifan pelaksanaan pelatihan hypnoparenting. Melalui pelatihan hypnoparenting orang tua memperoleh pengetahuan keterampilan mengasuh anak sejak dini dengan melibatkan alam bawah sadar anak sehingga menjadi model pengasuhan yang efektif. Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan tiga mei 2020 memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi orang tua dalam mengembangkan kegiatan pembelajaran online dirumah secara menyenangkan pada masa pandemi Covid-19)

    The livestock sector is one of the potential livelihoods in Pulosari village, Jambon district, Ponorogo regency. Almost all family in Pulosari village has at least one kind of livestock. On average, the livestock kept are goats. Goats have a pretty promising selling value in the market and can be a long-term investment. However, the problem the feed readiness which became the main requirement in pursuing the field of animal husbandry. There was no harmony between the number of livestock and the availability of feed, which raises concerns for farmers. Fermented feed made from organic waste is an effective alternative in providing abundant feed as a non-governmental organization. The existence of fermented organic waste feed is intended to support the availability of the amount of feed so that raising livestock becomes more profitable in terms of cost, time, energy, and quality of the livestock itself. This community engagement aimed to develop fermented animal feed from organic waste that is more effective and efficient so as to improve the quality of the livestock sector in addition to utilizing waste into a marketable product. Through the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method focusing on livestock assets, the community could optimize existing opportunities. The results of the study stated that the manufacture of this feed was a new breakthrough in the Pulosari village which could increase community self-reliance and build partnerships between farmers and university students (Sektor peternakan merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian yang potensial di desa Pulosari, Kecamatan Jambon, Ponorogo. Hampir setiap keluarga di desa Pulosari memiliki setidaknya satu macam hewan ternak. Rata-rata ternak yang dipelihara adalah kambing. Kambing memiliki nilai jual yang cukup menjanjikan di pasaran dan dapat menjadi investasi jangka panjang. Namun, yang menjadi masalah adalah kesiapan pakan yang menjadi syarat utama dalam menekuni bidang peternakan. Banyaknya ternak dan ketersediaan pakan belum memiliki keselarasan sehingga memunculkan kekhawatiran bagi para peternak. Dalam hal ini, pakan fermentasi berbahan sampah organic bisa menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam menyediakan pakan yang melimpah sebagai swadaya masyarakat. Adanya pakan fermentasi sampah organik ini dimaksudkan untuk menunjang ketersediaan jumlah pakan sehingga beternak menjadi lebih menguntungkan dari segi biaya, waktu, tenaga, dan kualitas ternak itu sendiri. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pakan ternak fermentasi dari sampah organik yang lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga meningkatkan mutu sektor peternakan di samping memanfaatkan sampah menjadi produk berdaya jual. Dengan menggunakan metode Aset Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan fokus utama pada aset peternakan masyarakat, masyarakat bisa mengoptimalkan peluang yang ada. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pembuatan pakan ternak fermentasi ini menjadi terobosan baru desa Pulosari dan dapat meningkatkan swadaya masyarakat serta membangun kemitraan antara peternak dengan mahasiswa.

    This article is intended to reveal the importance of learning strategies for children with special needs. The results of literature review show that there are some learning strategies that can be used in the teaching and learning process for children with special needs. Those learning strategies cover: First, perceptual-motor training, such as training the ability to distinguish shapes, symbols, letters, etc. and training on the ability to remember. Second, auditive, such as training children to distinguish consonant and vowel sounds.     Abstract: Physical-motor development is physical development through coordinated nerve center, nerve, and muscle activities. Before the development of motor movement begins to process, then the child will remain helpless. The objectives of this study are: 1) The forms of outdoor play activities in TK PKK Banjarjo Pudak Ponorogo. 2) Implementation of outdoor play activities in developing gross motor skills in TK PKK Banjarjo Pudak Ponorogo. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing outdoor play activities to develop gross motor skills in PKK Banjarjo Kindergarten, Pudak Ponorogo. The research approach used is qualitative research with a type of case study research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique follows the concepts put forward by Miles and Huberman namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the analysis of the data it was concluded that: 1) The forms of outdoor play activities included playing outside APE such as seesaw, globe and swing, gymnastics using music, playing traditional games such as crickets, stilts and snakes, observing plants and imitating animal paths. 2) Implementation of outdoor play activities in developing gross motor skills by exercising using music every day if the yard is not wet and playing outside APE such as seesaw, globe and swing every day at rest.3) Supporting factors in implementing outdoor play activities to develop gross motor skills that is the enthusiasm of children participating in learning with enthusiasm, besides that the motivation of school principals and teacher cohesiveness to achieve common goals while the inhibiting factor in implementing outdoor play activities to develop gross motor skills is the inadequate funding and yard factors

    Sekolah memiliki sumber daya yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Faktor terpenting bagi suatu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini adalah mencetak anak – anak yang berprestasi serta tumbuh kembang dengan optimal. Dalam mencapai kepentingan tersebut, berbagai sumber daya sekolah yang ada difungsikan secara maksimal. Langkah tersebut perlu ada beberapa pihak untuk kerja sama dalam menjalani peran sumber daya sekolah. Peran optimalisasi sumber daya sekolah terutama sumber daya keuangan melalui pendekatan cashflow quadrant dalam rangka membangun pembelajaran holistik integratif bagi anak usia dini menjadi penting diteliti di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini . Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan obyek penelitian RA Al Muttaqin Kota Tasikmalaya. Adapun sifat penelitin ini adalah deskripstif – kualitatif. Berupaya memberikan gambaran – gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran untuk mengeksplorasi data dilakukan dengan cara hubungan yang intensif dengan sumber data kepala sekolah, guru, staff dan penyelenggara pendidikan (yayasan). Data berupa uraian mengenai kegiatan atau perilaku subyek dan dokumen – dokumen lain yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran optimalisasi sumber daya sekolah dalam pendekatan cashflow Quadrant di RA Al Muttaqin merupakan cara untuk meningkatkan sumber daya keuangan sekolah. Kemudian dapat menganalisis keefektifan sumber dana yang dimiliki oleh lembaga RA Al Muttaqin. Terlihat adanya hubungan serta dukungan secara totalitas dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini holistik integratif. Dengan adanya layanan pendidikan yang berpusat pada anak sampai layanan kesejahteraan dalam mendukung penuh semua kegiatan pembelajaran holistik integratif. Hal tersebut menjadikan RA Al Muttaqin memiliki kelancaran bermitra dengan pihak – pihak terkait dalam pembelajaran holistik integratif sehingga kebutuhan esensial anak didik terpenuhi secara optimal

    This article is aimed to figure out the integrative holistic learning process of early childhood which consist of implementation of child health service program, education, child welfare protection, nad child care. The implementation of learning is analyzed by cashflow quadrant approach to see how far the achievement from institute of education for early childhood. This kind of research is qualitative and implemented in RA Al Muttaqin Tasikmalaya. The process of collecting data is using observation, interview and documentation. The data are analyzed using Matthew B Millers Interactive Analyzed Model. The result of this research shows that there is huge support from the organizers of RA Al Muttaqin and aslo some parties who cooperate well toward the instituation. The conclusion of this research is the integrative holistic learning process will run well when the management of financial in the instituation will reach the goal since those factors will bring related to the smoothness of partnering with several parties outside the institution that makes the implementation of services-holistic programs integratif well

    This research departs from the phenomenon of radicalism that occurs in society, especially in the world of education. The understanding of radicalism is an understanding that must be immediately overcome and avoided from students because it is contrary to the Islamic religion which is rahmatan lil 'alamin and not in accordance with the purpose of organizing Islamic education itself. The focus of the problem in this study is "the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing radicalism for students". This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-qualitative type of research. The subjects of his research were PAI teachers, principals and caregivers of Irsyadul Anam Islamic boarding schools as well as advisors at MTs Irsyadul Anam. Data analysis was carried out with interactive models from Miles and Huberman, namely, data condensation, display data, and conclusion drawing/verifications. The results showed that the role of PAI teachers in preventing radicalism for students at MTs Irsyadul Anam Kiyudan Selomartani Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta can be seen from three aspects, namely: (1) Delivery of Islamic Learning Materials. (2) Application of Learning Methods, and (3) Assistance in Extracurricular Activities.

    The aim of this study is to describe moral development of early childhood through Living Value Education approach in RA Taiara Chandra Yogyakarta. Basically, this curriculum is character based curriculum. This is qualitative descriptive study by using interview, observation, and documentation. Interview is conducted toward the teacher and headmaser. The result of this study indicates that RA Tiara Chandra using K13 curriculum with Living Value Education approach, which consists of universal value in daily live wether at the school, home or in the society. Based on observation and interview results, many children in this school not on know about some carracter but also know why they should have that carracter. The universal living value that have been integrated in RA Tiara Chandra curriculum namely, peace, honesty, appreciation, responsibility, cooperation, care and share, love, happiness, religious, and freedom. The method tha have been applied are exemplary, habituation, role play, and story telling.Negara Indonesia memasuki bonus demografi, dimana usia produktif lebih besar dibandingkan usia non produktif. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah harus mempersiapkan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang baik untuk memberikan kontribusi agar menjadi manfaat bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan anak usia dini merupakan fase keemasan. Idealnya, lembaga PAUD yang baik mampu membuat kurikulum yang baik. RA Tiara Chandra Yogyakarta membuat kurikulum berbasis nilai (LVE) untuk mengembangkan moral anak usia dini. Secara sederhana, kurikulum ini merupakan kurikulum berbasis karakter. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik wwawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang digunakan di RA Tiara Chandra adalah Kurikulum 2013 dengan pendekatan Living Values Education (LVE) yang memuat nilai universal pada kehidupan sehari-hari, baik di sekolah, rumah, maupun pada lingkungan masyarakat.
