    Identify VO2 max levels in Malang United F.C Players Indonesian League 3 East Java Regional

    Objective. The primary goal of this research is to evaluate and quantify the maximum oxygen uptake capacity (VO2 max) of the players from the renowned football club, Malang United FC. The players selected for this study are the ones who actively participate in the highly competitive East Java Regional Indonesian League 3. By analyzing their VO2 max endurance levels, we aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of their cardiovascular fitness and overall physical performance, which can potentially help the coaches and trainers to optimize their training regimes and improve the team's overall performance in the league. Material and Method. The research employed the Qualitative Descriptive method, with the research subjects consisting of 23 players from Malang United F.C. who are currently participating in the East Java Regional Indonesian League 3. The study utilized a multi-stage fitness test, also known as the bleep test, to measure the VO2 max of the research subjects. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using descriptive quantitative percentages. Result. According to the findings of the study, the average VO2 max level among the participants was determined to be within the range of good (40.80-55.70 ml/kg/minute). The analysis further revealed that out of the total 23 subjects, 1 individual was categorized as having a poor VO2 max level, 3 individuals had an adequate level, 12 individuals had a good level, and 7 individuals had a very good VO2 max level. Conclusion. Based on the research findings, it can be inferred that the football players of Malang United F.C. have a commendable average VO2 max level. VO2 max is a crucial factor in the game of football, and a good VO2 max can contribute significantly to achieving optimal results as a football player.Objective.     Perubahan Kadar Malondialdehid (MDA) Akibat Moderate Interval Exercise dan Continous Exercise Pada Remaja Perempuan Obesitas.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan kadar malonndyaldehid (MDA) akibat moderate interval excersise (MIE) dan moderate continous exercise (MCE) pada remaja perempuan obesitas. Penelitian ini adalah true experiment dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pre Test Post Test Design dengan menggunakan subjek 21 perempuan obesitas usia 19- 23 tahun, body mass index (BMI) 25- 35 kg/m2, percentage body fat (PBF) di atas 30% dan VO2max 25-35 mL/kg/min dan secara random dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu K1 (n=7, kontrol tanpa intervensi), K2 (n=7, moderate interval exercise) dan K3 (n=7, moderate continuous exercise). Intervensi dilakukan di pagi hari pukul 07.00-09.00 WIB. Intervensi MIE dan MCE dilakukan selama 40 menit menggunakan treadmill. Pengambilan darah dilakukan pre-exercise dan 10 menit post-exercise. Pengukuran kadar MDA serum menggunakan metode Thiobarbituric Acid Reactive substance (TBARs). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji ANOVA dan LSD post hoc test dengan Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil didapatkan rerata kadar MDA pre-exercise pada K1 (681.285±115.160) ng/mL, K2 (648.428±127.466) ng/mL, K3 (687.000±89.256) ng/mL dan (p=0.787). Rerata kadar MDA 10 menit post-exercise pada K1 (791.285±112.079) ng/mL, K2 (601.285±80.178) ng/mL, K3 (655.714±109.916) ng/mL dan (p=0.008). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan kadar MDA pre-exercise pada semua kelompok (p > 0.05), sedangkan kadar MDA 10 menit pos-exercise menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan (p < 0.05)

This study is a true experiment with a research design a Basic Time Series Design using 27 obese women aged 20-25 years, body mass index (BMI) 25-35 kg / m2, percentage body fat (PBF) above 30% and VO2max. 25-35 ml / kg / min and randomly divided into three groups, namely CON (n = 9, control without intervention), MIE (n = 9, moderate interval exercise) and MCE (n = 9, moderate continuous exercise). &nbsp;The intervention was carried out in the morning at 07.00-09.00 WIB. The MIE and MCE interventions were carried out for 40 minutes using a treadmill. Blood samples were taken pre-exercise, 10 minutes and 6 hours post-exercise. The MDA serum measurement used the Thiobarbituric Acid Reactive substance (TBARs) method. Data analysis techniques used post hoc ANOVA and LSD tests with Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21. Serum MDA decreased significantly after 10 minutes and 6 hours after MIE and MCE interventions (P &lt;0.05), but not in CON (P &gt; 0.05). Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the MDA serum decreased after 10 minutes and 6 hours after the MIE and MCE intervention compared to CON in obese women. But the pattern of reduction in serum MDA in MCE was lower than that of MIE and CON

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan media audio visual terhadap penguasaan gerak pencak silat seni tunggal. Peneliti memilih menggunakan desain two group pretest-posttest design yang merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen kuasi. Peneliti memilih atlet muda pada padepokan PSHT Landak yang dianggap memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan gerak seni tunggal. dengan teknik pengambilan sempelnya yaitu total sampling yang berjumlah 30 orang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrument tes yaitu pre test dan post test dan diakhiri dengan menggunakan from penilaian juri pencak silat kategori tunggal. Analisi data yang dipilih peneliti yaitu dengan uji t-test. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu adanya dampak media audio visual terhadap hasil gerak pencak silat seni tunggal.     Body Fat Percentage of Male Martial Arts Athletes Preparing for PON Papua

    The required fat percentage for martial athletes is an important component. The purpose of this study was to describe the body fat percentage of martial arts athletes from Tarung Rajat, Boxing, Kempo, Pencak Silat, Taekwondo, Kempo, and Muay Thai who were chosen as the best athletes for the Papua New Guinea PON preparation. The number of samples is 70 athletes, with details of 7 taekwondo, 13 tarung drajat, 16 pencak silat, 24 boxing, 3 kempo, and 7 muay thai. Measurements were made with the Omron Karada Scan HBF-375 balance. The data were analysed with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the overall average percentage of athletes' body fat was 15.17%, included in the normal category. And you can say that the body fat percentage of martial arts athletes in this study is in the low category

    Banyak sekali kesalahan yang dilakukan dalam melakukan pukulan forehand bagi pemula dalam belajar teknik dalam tenis lapangan. Kemampuan untuk melakukan rally merupakan kemampuan yang sangat penting untuk menjaga permainan. Kemampuan melakukan rally forehand khususnya harus ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui   kemampuan latihan rally 3 menit forehand pada mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Universitas Tanjungpura semester tiga di penghujung semester pembelajaran. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa prodi pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Universitas Tanjungpura semester 3 yang sedang mengikuti mata kuliah tenis lapangan sebanyak 29 mahasiswa. Analisis data deskriptif statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan melakukan rally selama 3 menit jumlah keseluruhan pukulan terdapat 672 pukulan dengan 525 benar dan 147 salah atau hanya 22% pukulan salah dan 78% masih benar. Saran peneliti untuk meningkatkan  kemampuan rally tiga menit harus melakukan latihan rutin dan teratur agar pukulan forehand dapat meningkat, sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan seseorang dalam rally tiga menit

    Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui persentase lemak tubuh atlet beladiri putri. Sampel penelitian adalah atlet terpilih yang masuk dalam seleksi persiapan PON Papua. Sebagai sampel terdiri dari 40 atlet dari 6 cabang olahraga beladiri (Tae Kwondo, tarung Drajat, Pencak Silat, tinju, Kempo dan Muay Thai). Pengukuran persentase lemak dengan menggunakan timbangan elektrik otomatis. Data dianalisia dengan deskriptif statistik dan uji beda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atlet pencak silat memiliki persentase lemak paling tinggi dan Muay Thai paling rendah. Secara keseluruhan terdapat perbedaan persentase lemak atlet beladiri putri. Pasangan atlet yang persentase lemaknya berbeda adalah Tarung drajat dengan pencak silat dengan sig. 0.006 dengan nilai mean 20.28 dan 29.37, Pencak silat dengan Muay thai.     The need for futsal referees in Pontianak is exceptionally high. Futsal activities as a competitive sport require reliable referees, while the number of licensed referees is still limited. Some referees can carry out referee upgrading but find it difficult to carry out activities on their own. This service activity takes the opportunity that the sports coaching education program has a lot of human resources and good cooperative bureaucratic abilities. The collaboration between the study program, the Pontianak futsal association, and the province gave birth to district-level futsal referee upgrading activities. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah KONI sebagai penanggungjawab kegiatan diikuti oleh pelatih-pelatih yang melaksanakan pemusatan latihan untuk persiapan PON Papua 2021. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah diskusi dialog yang dilakasanakan selama lebih kurang 2 minggu. Secara kuantitatif tidak terdapat skor yang dapat dilaporkan.     This study aims to determine the level of Maximum Oxygen Volume (VO2Max) in Men's Basketball Athletes in Porcupine District for Preparation for West Kalimantan Provincial Sports Week (PORPROV) 2022. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive method. The form of research used is a test using the Bleep Test. The analysis used calculates calculating the percentage of the results obtained. Respondents in this study were PORPROV At athletes in the Men's Basketball Branch of the Porcupine District. From the results of the study, it was found that the maximum oxygen volume level in Men's Basketball Sports Athletes in Porcupine District showed 11 players (55%) in the Less category and nine players (45%) in enough category. From the results of the VO2max test in Men's Basketball Athletes in Landak District, it showed that most players had a maximum oxygen volume level in the less category
