Hüsnü Aşk as an Example of Bildungsroman

Bildungsroman, Türk edebiyatıyla ilgilenen araştırmacılar için yeni bir terimdir. Buna karşın Türk edebiyatında pek çok örneği vardır. Nitekim bu makalede de Hüsn ü Aşk'ın bildungsromanla ilgisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Makalede bu ilgi, dört açıdan değerlendirilmiştir: Eserde akli ve hissi yeteneklerin işlenişi, kahramanın çağın ve toplumun istediği biçime girişi, kahramanın olgunlaşma sürecini etkileyen maddi ve manevi etkenler, kahramanın olgunlaşma sürecindeki aşamalar. Yapılan tahlil ve değerlendirmeler sonucunda, Hüsn ü Aşk mesnevisinin, sözü edilen dört açıdan, bildungsroman örneği olarak kabul edilebileceği görülmüştür. Bildungsroman is a new term for researchers interested in Turkish literature. In spite of this there are a lot of bildungsroman examples in Turkish literature. As a matter of fact in this article the relationship of Hüsn ü Aşk with bildungsroman has been analised. In the article this relationship has been evaluated by four points of view: The mental and emotional abilities of the theme, taking form that community and period desires, material and moral factors that effect the hero becoming ri pe, the steps of hero becoming ripe process. At the end of these analises and evaluations, it has been consequenced that Hüsn ü Aşk romance is an acceptable example of bildungsroman

A new vision in compromising of civilizations: the right of real property acquisition of foreigners in Turkey

In today, the target of many communities is to become contemporary and advanced community. In fact, the technology has turned the world to the U-tube. Waters have rapidly incorporated and the information has interchanged regardless boundaries. The universal definition of this is globalization. As the result of the globalization, the information and the capital have rapidly circulated and people have affected each other mutually. In addition, the globalization has brought real property requirement of foreign real person and legal entity to be able to live and continue their works at the outside of their own countries. Individuals’ right of real property acquisition in wherever they want is one of the fundamental human rights. However, that any country takes protecting and maintaining of benefits of its own citizens, and of its own integrity into account is of the great importance by defining the rights given to foreigners. That the country takes the applications, its own citizens are exposed in any foreign country, into account is also very important. Particularly in developing countries, foreign capital requirement necessitates to abolish the restrictions preventing real property acquisition of foreigners. In this context, Turkey needs 25 billion dollars foreign capital verdure yearly to be able to provide sustainable growth. In order to meet this requirement, the procedures, preventing the right of real property acquisition of foreign real and legal person, have been arranged in the level of the European Union (EU) member countries. In this paper, it is aimed that existing legal procedures about real property acquisition of foreigners in Turkey as a candidate country to the EU is explained in detail in order to be a sample for developing countries. Besides, some approaches are given by evaluating positive and negative aspects of conversion from national properties to international properties in point of visions in future of developing countries

Türkiye'de Siyasi Karikatürün Yeri ve 11 nci Cumhurbaşkanlığı Seçimine İlişkin Siyasi Karikatürlerin Çözümlenmesi

Karikatür sanatsal bir çalışma olmanın dışında düşünce ve duyguları geniş kitlelere ulaştıran önemli bir kitle iletişim aracıdır aynı zamanda. Bu özelliği karikatür sanatını her zaman önemli kılmış, yazılı basının önemli bir silahı haline getirmiştir. Siyasal karikatür politik gündemin oluşmasında önemli bir etkendir. Karikatürün bu önemli özelliğinden hareketle yapılan çalışmada karikatür sanatının dünyada ve Türkiye'de kısa bir tarihçesi ortaya konulmuştur. Yine karikatür sanatının önemli bir dalı olan siyasal karikatürün ne olduğu siyaset-karikatür ilişkisi içerisinde irdelenmiştir. Karikatürlerin okuyucuya ilettikleri mesajların anlaşılabilmesi için çeşitli çözümleme yöntemleri kullanmak mümkündür. Bu çalışmada karikatürlerin gözüken anlamlarının yanında daha başka anlamlar taşıyabileceği düşüncesinden hareketle göstergebilimsel (semiotic) çözümleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma içerisinde bu yöntemden faydalanılarak yakın dönem Türk siyasetinde çalkantılı bir döneme işaret eden son Cumhurbaşkanlığı seçiminin ilk tur oylaması ile ilgili basında yer alan siyasi karikatürler çözümlenmiştir. Sonuçta siyasi karikatürlerin bir dilinin ve söyleminin olduğu, bir takım düşüncelerin geniş kitlelere ulaşmasında önemli bir rol oynadığı saptanmıştır

On Statistical Convergence Of Order α{\alpha} In Partial Metric Spaces

The present study introduces the notions of statistical convergence of order $\alpha$ and strong $p-$ Ces\`{a}ro summability of order $\alpha$ in partial metric spaces. Also, we examine the inclusion relations between these concepts. In addition, we introduce the notion of $\lambda -$% statistical convergence of order $\alpha$ in partial metric spaces while providing relations linked to these sequence spaces.Comment: 12 pag

In this paper, the denitions of soft  Γ-module, soft Γ-module homomorphism and soft Γ-exactness are introduced with the aid of the concept of soft set theory introduced by Molodtsov. Hakas masalları ( İnceleme-metinler)

This study focuses on the tales of Khakassian Turks, which is one of Turkic communities in southern Siberia. Though Khakassian people especially known with heroic tales 'alıptıg nimah' has quite sizeable legends, the tale as a genre remains behind in terms of 'nimah' tradition and tale narration. Sixty texts of tale have been investigated based on the haycıs living for ages in the region. The motif study has been conducted in a detailed way, and the numbers of these tales, if available, at Wolfram Eberhard-Pertev Naili Boratav and Anti Aarne- Stith Thompson catalogs have been provided. Having been arranged with a text-based study approach, this study consists of Introduction, Bibliography, Conclusion and four other chapters. In the introductory section, some information has been given on Khakassian Turks and Khakassian language. In the first chapter of the study, the motif order of Khakassian tales has been provided based on the tale types. In the second chapter, the motif structure has been investigated in the Khakassian tales. The third chapter is of the formals in the tales. In the forth and the last chapter, Turkey's Turkish translation of Khakassian tales have been provided.Bu çalışmanın konusunu, Güney Sibirya Türk topluklarından olan Hakas Türklerinin masalları oluşturmaktadır. Özellikle kahramanlık masallarıyla “alıptıg nimah” tanınan ve oldukça hacimli destanları bulunan Hakas halkı, masal “nimah” geleneği ve masal anlatıcılığı anlamında biraz geride kalmış olsa da bölgenin yetiştirdiği haycıların aktarımına bağlı olarak, var olan masallardan altmış masal metni, çalışma içerisinde incelenmiştir. Motif çalışması detaylı olarak yapılarak, bu masalların, eğer varsa Wolfram Eberhard-Pertev Naili Boratav ile Anti Aarne- Stith Thompson katologlarındaki numaraları gösterilmiştir. Metin merkezli bir çalışma yöntemiyle oluşturulan çalışma, Giriş, Kaynakça, Sonuç ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, Hakas Türkleri ve Hakasça ile ilgili bilgiler verilmektedir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümde, Hakas masallarının tiplerine göre motif sırası; ikinci bölümde, Hakas masallarının motif yapısı, üçüncü bölümde, masallar içerisinde geçen formeller ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Dördüncü ve son bölümde, Hakas masallarının Türkiye Türkçesine aktarılmış haliyle, metinler kısmı bulunmaktadır
