    Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan pada kelompok tani pisang tanduk mengenai kegiatan budidaya, pengolahan pasca panen hingga pemasaran hasil olahan pisang tanduk akan berhasil jika didukung dengan informasi terkait yang berkualitas. Berbagai informasi dapat diperoleh melalui penggunaan teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, rumusan masalah sekaligus tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan: (1) pengaruh persepsi kebermanfaatan terhadap sikap penggunaan, (2) pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap sikap penggunaan, (3) pengaruh persepsi kebermanfaatan terhadap minat penggunaan, (4) pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat penggunaan, (5) pengaruh sikap penggunaan terhadap minat penggunaan, (6) pengaruh persepsi kebermanfaatan terhadap minat penggunaan melalui sikap penggunaan, serta (7) pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat penggunaan melalui sikap penggunaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelompok tani pisang tanduk di desa Kajar Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus yang merupakan desa mitra Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Universitas Diponegoro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 175. Teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.3 for windows. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Persepsi kebermanfaatan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap penggunaan. (2) Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap penggunaan. (3) Persepsi kebermanfaatan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan. (4) Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan. (5) Sikap penggunaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan.     This study aims to examine MTs English teachers’ perspectives on the influences of LS training assistance participation had on their achievement motivation and teaching performance in the classroom.  The case study explored teachers’ perspectives of how LS training assistance participation affected their achievement motivation and teaching performance in the classroom. Lesson study is a collaborative method of goal setting, instructional planning, assessing its impact, and reflection and refinement of teaching. The lesson study process, or cycle as it is often called, is a teacher-led, student centered and, ultimately student learning. This study revealed that teachers perceived a positive influence of participating in LS training assistance on both their achievement motivation and teaching performance. Specifically these teachers reported changes in their achievement motivation. They also reported changes in their teaching performance in the way of: 1. Planning Learning Program (lesson plan), 2) Implementing learning activities, 3) Making assessment of learning, 4) Implementing school managerial, 5) Developing content knowledge and skills, and 6) Becoming school curriculum developer.Overall, the findings in this study suggest that a majority of the teachers believed that LS training assistance participation affected their achievement motivation and teaching performance in the classroomand that it was an effective way to continue their professional development

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Boyolali dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan objek secara langsung, (2) meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Boyolali dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan objek secara langsung. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Data penelitian ini adalah data deskriptif yang berupa hasil puisi siswa, ungkapan, pernyataan, kata-kata tertulis, nilai hasil menulis puisi siswa, hasil wawancara guru bahasa Indonesia dan siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Boyolali, dan hasil observasi atau pengamatan selama proses penelitian, serta dokumentasi secara tertulis lainya seperti RPP, kesan dan pesan siswa selama mengikuti proses pembelajaran, dan materi pembelajaran menulis puisi dengan teknik pengamatan objek secara langsung. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah informan, tempat, peristiwa dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan teknik komparatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknik pengamatan objek secara langsung dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi. Keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menulis puisi pada siklus I sebesar 58,3% (14 siswa), pada siklus II sebesar 83,3% (20 siswa). Jadi, mengalami peningkatan sebesar 25%. Kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi pada siklus I sebesar 45,8% (11 siswa), pada siklus II sebesar 91,6% (22 siswa). Jadi, kemampuan siswa dalam menulis puisi yang mencapai KKM 80 meningkat sebesar 45,8%

    Instant noodles is a product that is preferred by consumers in the world because of practicality. It is therefore necessary for the company to analyze consumer behavior to determine the product purchase patterns. This research aims to determine whether the model of this research is acceptable or not. The model of this research is testing the influence of product quality and promotion to purchasing decisions on brand image as an intervening variable. Instant noodle is very popular among the college students, especially who lived inboarding houses. For them, the instant noodles is the right choice for consumptionas it is very easy to process and practical. For that researchers will conduct a survey on S-1 Degree of FISIP Undip in particular. Total sample of 100 respondent by using accidental and purposive sampling. The measurement scale using Likert. The data analysis using measurement outer model, inner model, direct effect, indirect effect, Variance Accounted For (VAF) methods, and model of indices.The direct effect and indirect effect in this research are prove to give an significant effect. According to VAF method shows that the brand image is included in partial mediation. The output model of indices shows that the model already fulfill the goodness of fit. Based on this research, is suggested that company PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk did repair and improvement on the quality of good quality flavors, packaging, nutrient content in the product, as well as making corporate social activity or event in order to form a positive image of the company and products so the brand image on fried indomie remain good in the minds of consumers and engender the trust and love of the brand so that later the purchase decisions of fried indomie high and can create advantages for the companies that produce it

    The Effectiveness of Discovery Learning Model in Writing Descriptive Text

    This study is intended to describe the effectiveness of the application of discovery learning model in writing Descriptive texts. Learning process in education and training field is less related to daily life so that the participants are less passionate and bored. The learning process is still centered on the Widyaiswara/instructor (teacher centered). The problem examined in this paper is whether the discovery learning Model effective in improving the learning outcomes of training participants in the English Teacher Training class in writing Descriptive texts. This research used the Quasi experiment method, conducted at the Surabaya Religious Education and Training Center. Madrasah Aliyah Class I English teacher training class was as a control group while Madrasah Aliyah Class II English teacher training class was as an experimental group. Data obtained through four types of instruments: (1) achievement test, (2) observation, (3) interview, and (4) questionnaire. Data of test results analyzed using t-test statistics. The results showed that the discovery learning model can improve the learning outcomes of participants’ products and processes.     The development of a business unit can be affected by a variety of factors, both internal and external company factors. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the business network, product innovation and competition against the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. The research type is explanatory research. The population was 562 units from small and medium food industries in Kuningan District with 85 sample taken using disproportionate stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. Data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using linear regression analysis. The results showed that the business network, product innovation and competition are jointly undertaking a positive and significant effect against involving the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. Researchers suggest that IKM constantly enhance cooperation with various parties to build wider business network, improve product innovation and improve competitiveness so that IKM can continue to thrive in the midst of the current competition

    Questioning is one of the stages of scientific approach in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. Asking questions is a vital part of student learning. Teachers ask students questions in order to get their minds working and thinking. Students ask questions in order to gain more knowledge or satiate their curiosity. In case when student has trouble asking questions in the classroom, they might miss an important step and become lost. Highlighting the important role of questioning, there is a situation in which the implementation of questioning does not meet the curriculum needs. On the other hand, the students have some difficulties in asking question while the teacher cannot lead the learning process through the stages of scientific approach. Therefore this study is aimed to analyse the teacher’s strategies to encourage students to ask questions in order to fill the stages of 2013 curriculum. This qualitative case study produced descriptive data. The data were strategies performed by the English teacher. In order to complete the source of data, supported documents and some informants were involved in this study. Dealing the aims of the study, purposive sampling was used to collect the sample under the consideration that the sampling was conducting several strategies to encourage students to ask question. Observation, documentation, and interview were conducted to collect the data. To enhance the trustworthiness of the data analysis, the triangulation technique was used. After being checked, the data were analyzed based on interactive model analysis proposed by Miles and Huberman (1994: 10). The results pointed out that there were four performed strategies in the classroom; brainstorming, think-pair-share, using visual aid, and group work. However there were only two strategies proven succeed in enhancing the students’ activeness during the learning process; using visual aid and group work. Regarding to the implementation of the strategies, they were in line with the theory of teaching strategies. Furthermore, the analysis resulted that the teacher’s constraint in implementing those strategies were internal and external factor of the students. In conclusion, the result of this study supported the role of the teacher in implementing some strategies to encourage the students to actively ask questions during the learning process.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan kewenangan tentang larangan penggunaan jaring cotok untuk menangkap ikan di perairan Rembang dan untuk mengetahui pengawasan terhadap larangan penggunaaan jaring cotok di Kabupaten Rembang. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris. Menurut tarafnya penelitian ini dispesifikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif-analisis. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview) dengan pejabat pada instansi-instansi dan beberapa nelayan yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Sedangkan metode analisis yang pada dasarnya mempergunakan pemikiran logis, induksi, deduksi, analogi dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah mengakibatkan hilangnya Kewenangan Kabupaten Rembang terhadap larangan penggunaan jaring cotok di perairan Rembang. Kewenangan untuk mengelola laut sejauh 0 – 12 mil dan melarang penggunaan jaring cotok di perairan Rembang berada pada Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kewenangan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah semakin luas akan tetapi terkendala oleh sarana dan prasarana, jumlah Personil, jarak, dan anggaran.     Along with the growth of cellular phone subscribers in Indonesia, cellular network operators continue to strive to build infrastructure to establish broader service coverage areas, thus, increasing the quality of service. Regional Rules & Regulations in DKI Jakarta are intended to regulate the BTS towers within an area. However, they become a barrier for Telecommunications operators to meet the needs of good networks/signals. Changes in the zoning of telecommunication towers can meet the needs of operators and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses qualitative method analysis with an interview. The results show that policy evaluation regarding the implementation of telecommunication towers has yet to meet the needs of telecommunication tower providers (Tower Providers) and has been shown to cause areas that operator signal networks cannot cover. This situation impacts the satisfaction of particular customers and can threaten the business continuity of the operator. Conclusion of the Policy of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 14 of 2014, concerning the Implementation of Telecommunication Towers for Telecommunication Tower Providers, the annexse to the zoning of telecommunication towers needs to be reviewed because it has not been able to meet the needs of telecommunication tower providers and can pose a threat to business continuity
