EKSPERIMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAMS ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION (TAI) DAN GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) PADA POKOK BAHASAN KUBUS DAN BALOK DITINJAU DARI AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI SE-KABUPATEN KLATEN
ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui: (1) siswa mana yang
mempunyai prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, siswa yang dikenakan model
pembelajaran konvensional, kooperatif tipe TAI atau GI, (2) siswa mana yang
mempunyai prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, siswa yang memiliki aktivitas belajar
tinggi, sedang atau rendah, (3) untuk masing-masing kategori aktivitas belajar,
manakah yang memberikan prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, model pembelajaran
konvensional, TAI atau GI, dan (4) untuk masing-masing jenis model
pembelajaran, manakah yang memberikan prestasi belajar lebih baik, siswa yang
mempunyai aktivitas belajar tinggi, sedang atau rendah.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimental semu dengan desain
penelitian 3 x 3. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri Se-Kabupaten
Klaten semester II tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel
dilakukan dengan cara stratified cluster random sampling. Kemudian, sampelnya
dibagi dalam 3 kelompok, yaitu 2 kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok
kontrol. Dari 65 SMP Negeri dipilih secara acak 3 SMP Negeri yang akan
dijadikan tempat penelitian yaitu SMP Negeri 1 Prambanan Klaten, SMP Negeri 1
Jogonalan, dan SMP Negeri 6 Klaten. Banyak anggota sampel seluruhnya adalah
282 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes prestasi belajar matematika dan
aktivitas belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis
variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama.
Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) siswa yang
dikenakan model pembelajaran TAI dan GI menghasilkan prestasi belajar
matematika lebih baik dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional,
sedangkan model pembelajaran TAI menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika
sama baiknya dengan model pembelajaran GI, (2) siswa yang mempunyai
aktivitas belajar tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa yang mempunyai aktivitas
belajar sedang atau rendah, sedangkan siswa yang mempunyai aktivitas belajar
sedang lebih baik daripada aktivitas belajar rendah, (3) pada masing-masing
kategori aktivitas belajar, baik aktivitas belajar tinggi, sedang maupun rendah,
model pembelajaran TAI dan GI menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika lebih
baik dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional, sedangkan model
pembelajaran TAI menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika sama baiknya
dengan model pembelajaran GI, dan (4) pada masing-masing model
pembelajaran, baik model pembelajaran TAI, GI maupun konvensional, prestasi
belajar matematika siswa pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok, siswa yang mempunyai aktivitas belajar tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa yang mempunyai
aktivitas belajar sedang atau rendah, sedangkan siswa yang mempunyai aktivitas
belajar sedang lebih baik daripada siswa yang mempunyai aktivitas belajar
rendah.

ABSTRACT
The research aims to find out: (1) which students have the better learning
achievement, the students who apply conventional learning model, TAI type of
cooperative learning model, or GI type, (2) which students have the better
learning achievement, the students who have high, medium, or low learning
activities, (3) for each learning activities category, which of conventional learning
model, TAI type of cooperative learning model, or GI type gives the better
learning achievement, (4) for each type of learning model, which of the students
with high, medium, or low learning activities gives the better learning
achievement.
This research was a quasi-experimental research with 3 ´ 3 factorial
design. The population was the grade VIII students of Public Junior High Schools
in Klaten Regency in the second semester of grade year 2012/2013. Sampling
technique was done by stratified cluster random sampling. Then, the samples were
divided into three groups of two experimental groups and one control group.
Three of sixty five Public Junior High School were chosen randomly as the
research locations. They were SMPN 1 Prambanan Klaten, SMPN 1 Jogonalan,
dan SMPN 6 Klaten. The numbers of the samples were 282 students. The research
instrument used was mathematics learning achievement test and student learning
activities. Technique of analyzing data used was an unbalanced two way analysis
of variance.
Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) the
students who apply TAI type of cooperative learning model and GI type have
mathematics learning achievement better than conventional learning model, while
TAI type of cooperative learning model gives mathematics learning achievement
as good as GI type, (2) the students with high learning activities has the best
mathematics learning achievement compared to the students with medium or low
learning activities, while the students with medium learning activities are better
than the students with low learning activities, (3) for each learning activities
categories of high, medium, and low, TAI type of cooperative learning model and
GI type give mathematics learning achievement better than conventional learning
model, while TAI type of cooperative learning model gives mathematics learning
achievement as good as GI type, (4) for each learning models of conventional,
TAI type, and GI type, the students with high learning activities has the best
mathematics learning achievement compared to the students with medium or low learning activities, while the students with medium learning activities are better
than the low one in the subject matter of the cube and block.

PROSES PEMBELAJARAN MENGGUNAKAN KEANEKARAGAMAN BUNGA DAN BUAH SEBAGAI MEDIA PERMAINAN PADA SISWA TK LABIBAH BALIKPAPAN
Abstract. This study aims to improve students' understanding and awareness of the importance of flowers and fruit as a learning process. This research was conducted at LABIBAH Kindergarten located at Jalan Ruhui Rahayu II RT. 99 No. 71 Balikpapan. The subject of this study was given to LABIBAH kindergarten students. Students can apply the material that has been delivered while at home, especially about children's play from flowers and fruit, so children love traditional games. In addition students are also aware of the importance of traditional games so as to foster children's creativity.Keywords: Child Games, Flowers, Fruits Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya bunga dan buah sebagai proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini di lakukan di TK LABIBAH yang berlokasi di Jalan Ruhui Rahayu II RT. 99 No. 71 Balikpapan. Subyek penelitian ini diberikan pada siswa TK LABIBAH. Siswa dapat mengaplikasikan materi yang telah disampaikan ketika berada di rumah, terutama tentang permainan anak dari bunga dan buah, sehingga anak menyukai permainan tradisional. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of problem solving abilities is reviewed with the learning style of mathematics education students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaire method is used in learning style, while documentation method is semester test result. The sample in this research is students of mathematics semester IV and VI of Balikpapan University. Based on the results of data processing obtained conclusion there is no average difference between visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style, so there is no effect of problem-solving abilities reviewed with the learning style of students of mathematics education University of Balikpapan. This is evident from Fobs < F0,05; 2;47 or 0.2064 < 3.1951 so that H0 is accepted. Seen from the average of learners who have kinesthetic learning style is greater than learners who have auditorial  and visual learning styles
Mathematical Learning with Metacognitive Ability Based on Problems in Solving the Source of Mathematical Stories in SMP Patra Dharma 2 Balikpapan
This study aims to describe the learning of mathematics with metacognitive ability based on problem solving in solving mathematics story problem in SMP Patra Dharma 2 Balikpapan. The type of this research is qualitative research, while the sampling technique is purposive sample. The results showed that through solving problems in solving mathematical problems, (1) learners will be trained to always involve metacognitive skills from the beginning of solving the problem of mathematics to the end of the form of formulation of answers and evaluate the results of work, (2) learners who have good metacognition skills tend to solve problems of solving problems of mathematical stories that they face well through the mobilization of consciousness and contextual thinking arrangements, and (3) learners are required to mobilize awareness and regulation of thinking (metacognition) through some math problem solving exercise
ANALISIS KESULITAN BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR KOTA BALIKPAPAN PADA MATERI SATUAN WAKTU TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016
This study is meant to describe: a) The difficulty faced by fifth grader of Balikpapan City in learning mathematics especially in learning about “Time Unit”. b). the reasons behind those difficulty faced by the students of fifth grade of Balikpapan City in learning “Time Unit”. the type and approache of the research are descriptive with qualitative approach. The data collection method used in this research are documentation, test, observation and Questionnaire. Based on the final analysis data, the researcher found that the difficulty percentage faced by the students in factual is 14,4%, the difficulty face in conceptual is 56,9%, the difficulty in skills is 42,2% and the difficulty faced by the students in principal is 76,7%. The causes of those difficulty in learning comes from inside and outside of students themselves. It is hoped that teacher can drill students in mastering the concept, skills and principal of “Time Unit” in the hope to reduce the students’ difficulty in mastering the Time Unit material
PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO TUTORIAL ALJABAR (VITUBAR) PADA SISWA PONDOK PESANTREN SALAFIYYAH TAHFIZHUL QUR’AN AHLUS SHUFFAH BALIKPAPAN
ABSTRAK
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan dari media pembelajaran Video Tutorial Aljabar (VITUBAR) yang dikembangkan pada siswa Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah (PPS) Tahfizhul Qur’an Ahlus Shuffah Gunung Binjai Tingkat Wustha (SMP/MTs) di Balikpapan Timur, mengetahui kepraktisan media pembelajaran Video Tutorial Aljabar (VITUBAR) yang dikembangkan pada siswa Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah (PPS) Tahfizhul Qur’an Ahlus Shuffah Gunung Binjai Tingkat Wustha di Balikpapan Timur, mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran Video Tutorial Aljabar (VITUBAR) yang dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika siswa Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah (PPS) Tahfizhul Qur’an Ahlus Shuffah Gunung Binjai Tingkat Wustha di Balikpapan Timur. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah (PPS) Tahfizhul Qur’an Ahlus Shuffah Gunung Binjai Tingkat Wustha di Balikpapan Timur. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dari model pengembangan Borg & Gall, yaitu pengumpulan data, perencanaan, desain produk awal, ujicoba awal, revisi produk, ujicoba lapangan, revisi dan penyempurnaan akhir produk. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah media pembelajaran video tutorial aljabar (VITUBAR) dikatakan sangat valid dengan rara-rata persentase 89.59% yang didapat dari penilaian para ahli media dan ahli materi, Media pembelajaran video tutorial aljabar (VITUBAR) dikatakan sangat praktis dengan rata-rata persentase 85.18% yang didapat dari penilaian praktisi/guru dan siswa, Media pembelajaran video tutorial aljabar (VITUBAR) dikatakan sangat efektif yang ditunjukan dengan dengan persentase keberhasilan adalah 93.33% yang didapat dari hasil tes siswa.

ABSTRACT
This development research aims to find out the validity of the learning media Video Tutorial Algebra (VITUBAR) developed on students Of Salafiyyah Boarding School (PPS) Tahfizhul Qur'an Ahlus Shuffah Gunung Binjai Level Wustha (SMP/MTs) in East Balikpapan, knowing the practicality of learning media Video Tutorial Algebra (VITUBAR) developed in students Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah (PPS) Tahfizhul Qur'an Ahlus Shuffah Gunung Binjai Level Wustha in East Balikpapan, knowing the effectiveness of learning media Video Tutorial Algebra (VITUBAR) developed as a medium of mathematics learning students Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah (PPS) Tahfizhul Qur'an Ahlus Shuffah Gunung Binjai Level Wustha in East Balikpapan. The method used in this research is Research and Development. This research was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyyah (PPS) Tahfizhul Qur'an Ahlus Shuffah Gunung Binjai Level Wustha in East Balikpapan. The development model used from the Borg &Gall development model, namely data collection, planning, initial product design, initial trials, product revisions, field trials, product revisions and refinements. The results of this research and development is a video learning media algebraic tutorial (VITUBAR) is said to be very valid with an average percentage of 89.59% obtained from the assessment of media experts and material experts, Video tutorial algebraic learning media (VITUBAR) is said to be very practical with an average percentage of 85.18% obtained from the assessment of practitioners / teachers and students, Algebraic video tutorial learning media (VITUBAR) is said to be very effective indicated by the percentage of success is 93.33% obtained from student test results.

HUBUNGAN SELF-EFFICACY DAN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA SMA NEGERI 6 BALIKPAPAN
This study aims to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence with student achievement in mathematics. This type of research is correlation research. The research population is SMA Negeri 6 Balikpapan students for the 2021/2022 academic year. Sampling in class XII IPA was carried out using cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 123 students. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The research data collected was then analyzed using the product moment correlation test and multiple correlation analysis. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between self-efficacy and student achievement in mathematics, with the correlation coefficient r=0.414 or the level of the relationship was classified as moderate. Furthermore, it was found that there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and students' mathematics learning achievement, with a correlation coefficient value of r=0.312 or the level of the relationship was classified as weak. In addition, the results of data analysis also show that together, there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and emotional intelligence with students' mathematics learning achievement, with a correlation coefficient of r=0.430 or a moderate level of relationship.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara self-efficacy dan emotional intelligence dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa SMA Negeri 6 Balikpapan tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Pengambilan sampel pada kelas XII IPA yang dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 123 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan analisa korelasi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi atau tingkat hubungan tergolong sedang. Selanjutnya diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara emotional intelligence dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi atau tingkat hubungan tergolong lemah. Selain itu, hasil analisa data juga menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dan emotional intelligence dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi atau tingkat hubungan tergolong sedang
Sukseskan Gerakan Wanita Matilda (Mandiri, Terampil, Berdaya) di RT 49 Kelurahan Sepinggan
This study aims to find out how PKK RT 49 RT Sepinggan Balikpapan urban residents conduct urban farming. This service was carried out in RT 49, Sepinggan Village. The subjects of this study were the residents of RT 49, Sepinggan Village. Sampling is based on random sampling. Data collection through observation and documentation. Urban Farming is beneficial for RT 49 mothers, through urban faming mothers can grow vegetables in their own yards. If you don't have a yard, you can do it using used pots, buckets and used tins. Vegetables grown in the form of chili, tomatoes, onions, lime and pumpkin.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana para ibu-ibu PKK RT 49 Kelurahan Sepinggan Balikpapan melakukan urban farming. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di RT 49 Kelurahan Sepinggan. Subyek penelitian ini ibu-ibu warga RT 49 Kelurahan Sepinggan. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan random sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Urban Farming bermanfaat bagi ibu-ibu RT 49, melalui urban faming ibu-ibu bisa menanam sayuran di pekarangan sendiri. Jika tidak mempunyai pekarangan bisa melakukannya menggunakan pot, ember bekas, dan kaleng bekas. Sayuran yang ditanam berupa cabe, tomat, bawang, jeruk nipis dan labu.

Game Android "MENALAR" Berbasis Adobe Animation CC
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan Adobe Animation CC yaitu berupa permainan edukasi "MENALAR" yang dapat dimainkan di ponsel cerdas. Produk dikembangkan dengan memperhatikan aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan dalam pembelajaran matematika pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Balikpapan. Adapun implementasinya menggunakan desain pengembangan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari: konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan materi, pembuatan, pengujian, dan distribusi. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari pengujian media yang terdiri dari uji Alpha dan uji Beta dalam kelompok kecil, dan uji Beta dalam kelompok besar. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa game edukasi "MENALAR" berbasis Adobe Animation CC termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid dengan persentase 88,9%, sangat praktis dengan persentase rata-rata 83,6%; dan efektif meskipun persentase ketuntasan hanya mencapai 60,4%. Sehingga secara keseluruhan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi alternatif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya mengenai soal-soal penalaran metematika. This study aims to produce distance learning media using Adobe Animation CC, which is a "MENALAR" educational game that can be played on a smartphone (Android). The product is developed by attention to the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness in learning mathematics in X-Grade Students of SMA Negeri 5 Balikpapan. The implementation uses Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC)  design consisting of: concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. These results were obtained from media testing consisting of Alpha and Beta test (in small and large groups). The results of the study concluded that the educational game "MENALAR" based on Adobe Animation CC was included in the very valid  with an average percentage of 88,9%, very practical with an average percentage of 83,6%; and effective even though the percentage of completeness only reaches 60,4%. So that overall the learning media developed can be an alternative in learning activities, especially mathematics reasoning problems
Sosialisasi Perkembangan Peserta Didik tentang Perkembangan Emosional dan Moral di RT 49 Sepinggan
The purpose of this service is to find out how students develop emotionally and how students develop morally. This service is located in Bukit Anugerah Indah Housing Estate, RT 49, Sepinggan Village, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan Province. The population of this service is the residents of Bukit Anugerah Indah Housing by taking research subjects from parents who have elementary school children. Data collection methods in the form of interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this service uses source triangulation, namely interviews with 3 mothers. It was found that the development of children varies depending on the age of the child, emotional development also affects what they think, emotions also describe what a person thinks. The more mature a person, the emotional level will rarely occur unlike in children which often happens. While moral development is very influential on a person's character, if someone wants to be respected, he must have good moral qualities, in school it is very good to be taught moral traits, to educate children to be better. In everyday life, it is also very necessary to teach children moral character, so that empathy, honesty, truth, and chastity will grow.
