Kesesuaian Kompetensi Pendidikan SMK dengan Pengembangan Potensi Ekonomi Daerah di Kabupaten Wonogiri

Nowdays, labour problems became great challenge in national level. The basic problems of labour in Indonesia is unemployment. It is caused by the increase of the new employees whitch is not balance with the growth of productive work field, and it happens every year. The number of unemployment in Wonogiri reaches 31.516 in 2008. This problem accurs since most of vocational schools have the same programs which couse the graduate students have similliar skill so the competition to get job is getting harder. As the result, most of them go to the big cities to get job. Meanwhile, the other sectors, like agriculture, fishery, and mining are lift. The objective of this research is knowing the appropriatness of the program and skill competences in exsisting vocational education with the purpose of regional development potency in Wonogiri. Through this research, it is to hoped appropriatness of the program and skill competence in vocational school with the need of real work field that is available in that area and also the development polity in Wonogiri

POLA PERILAKU MENOTON WAYANG KULIT

Pegelaran wyang kulit sudah lama dan sering kali dielobrasi oleh para ilmuan kita maupun ilmuwan asing dari berbagai disiplin ilmu namun demikian masih ada satu sisi yang belum tersentuh dan masih mempunyai nilai tersendiri untuk dikaji yaitu perilaku menonton wayang kulit itu sendiri Penonton wayang kulit itu merupakan salah satu factor terpenting guna keberhasilan suatu pegelaran. Bagaimanapun baiknya suatu pegelaran kalau tidak ada yang menonton maka tidak ada artinya. Lebih-lebih kalau sang dalang dalam hal ini bertindak sebagai komunikator perlu sekali memperhatikan penontonnya yang bertindak sebagai khalayak. Masing-masing khalayak pempunyai kepentingan sendiri-sendiri di dalam memilih siapa dalang yang akan di tonnonnya. Mereka mempunyai berbagai macam criteria untuk itu Dalam tulisan ini saya mencoba mengetahui bagai mana pola prilaku penonton wayang kulit ? apa yang mereka kerjakan selama menoton wayang kulit yang berlangsung delapan jam tanpa berhenti uti ?mampaat apa yang di peroleh selama menooton wayang kulit itu

Gatra Etnobotani Eboni {Diospyros Celebica Bakh.)

Eboni,bagi dunia perdagangan kayu telah banyak menyumbangkan devisa.Akan tetapi berapa banyak sumbangan komoditas tersebut terhadap kelestariannya sendiri masih perlu dipertanyakan.Tidak kurang dan puluhan hasil penelitian untuk USAha budidayanya telah dilakukan, namun semuanya belum menentukan titik terang dan jenis eboni ini tetap akan dieksploitasi tanpa memperhatikan gatra kelestariannya.Buktinya, bahwa beberapa tahun terakhir ini eboni (Diospyros celebicn Bakh.)diusulkan dalam Appendix II CITES,sebagai salah satu komoditas perdagangan yang perlu diatur mekanisme kuotanya.Berbagai hal penting yang menyangkut gatra etnobotani, terutama dalam perspektif botani dan pemanfaatannya akan diulas dalam makalah ini

Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Diabetes Mellitus Terhadap Kadar Gula Darah Pasien Diabetes Mellitus di Puskesmas X

Diabetic Mellitus is a chronic disease caused a limited or inneffective insulin produced by pancreas. Diabetes is a big health problems that has reached an worry level and is a global threat. A knowledge has an important role for behavior. This research is used to look a correlation between level of knowledge with of blood sugar levels in patients of diabetic mellitus at the X Health Center. This research used an analytic survey design with a cross-sectional program. The samples was 93 patients with inclusion criteria in the form in patient of diabetic mellitus at the X Health Center and willing to be respondents. This research was held in December 2022 until January 2023. The research used instrument a questionnaire sheet by DKQ 24. The results of the univariate research were obtained by 64,5% of patient had a good levels knowledge and 35,5% had a not good level of knowledge, 60,2% of patient had a normal blood sugar levels and 39,8% of patient had abnormal blood sugar levels. The bivariate with a Chi-Square statistical test found that there a correlation between the level of knowledge with of blood sugar levels in diabetic mellitus patients at the X Health Center in Kediri City with a P value of 0.014. From this research it can be conclude that there a significant correlation between the level knowledge with of blood sugar levels patients of diabetic mellitus at the X Health Center. Hoped the results this research will give information to the X Health Center to continue providing education about diabetes mellitus to patients as a support the stability of the patient's blood sugar levels with a better life

ASSESSMENT PENGGUNAAN ALAT-ALAT ANALISIS PENELITIAN TESIS MAHASISWA PASCASARJANA UNIVERSITAS PGRI ADIBUANA SURABAYA

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara dini tingkat kesesuaian pemilihan alat analisis dengan data yang dilakukan dalam penulisan tesis. Selanjutnya kajian ini mencermati pemahaman mahasiswa terkait dengan jenis data dan kategorikal skala data, yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menetukan instrumen penelitian serta analisanya. Kemudian juga mendeskripsikan kesalahan yang paling dominan dari antara bidang kesalahan, dan menelusuri penyebab terjadinya kesalahan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan, bahwa (1) pemilihan alat analisis kurang memperhatikan keterkaitan dengan topik penelitian, (2) Pemilihan alat analisis tidak diprediksikan dengan tingkat kebutuhan data, (3) Kurang memahami skala variabel, sehingga cenderung memaksakan alat analisis, (4) Terdapat beberapa kerancauan antara pengungkapan problema korelasional dengan problema penelitian yang mengungkap pengaruh variabel antar variabel, (5) Kurang pemahaman terhadap pola hubungan pemilihan instrumen penelitian dengan topik, (6) Pemilihan instrumen yang berlebihan, yang pada dasarnya tidak memiliki pengaruh pada hasil, sehingga tidak berguna/tidak digunakan, dan (7) Kesadaran pentingnya uji validitas dan reliabilitas sangat tinggi

Uji Toksisitas Akut (LD50) Infusa Buah Mengkudu Kering (Morinda Citrifolia Linn) Pada Mencit Jantan Secara Intra Peritonial

Uji toksisitas akut infusa buah mengkudu d dilakukan melalui parameter LD50 untuk mengetahui berapa besar dosis yang dapat menyebabkan kematian separuh dari jumlah mencit jantan dengan pemberian secara intraperitonial . Dari hasil penelitian dan perhitungan diperoleh harga LD50 mencit secara intraperitonial dengan menggunakan metode Thompson dan Weil adalah 7,70 g/kg berat badan mencit yang setara dengan LD50 manusia per oral 8,53 g/kg berat badan dan dengan menggunakan metode grafik diperoleh harga LD50 7,50 g/kg berat badan mencit yang setara dengan LD50 manusia, per oral 8,31 g/kg berat badan. Peringkat toksisitas dari infusa buah mengkudu pada pemberian secara intraperitonial d idasarkan pada ekstrapolasi mencit ke tikus termasuk dalam kategori relatively harmless (relatif tidak berbahaya)

Based on ethnobotanical data, agricultural practice and floristic analysis (simple and transect analysis), the author tries to evaluate human impact on vegetation cover. He attempts also to show that originally this environment consisted of two different types i.e. dry and humid, each of which corresponded to a certain floristic composition. There is a tendency for this difference in composition to decrease there where human interference is strongest,i.e. on land under cultivation. It is difficult to verify that there is any part of Insana that is not influenced directly or indirectly by human intervention. It is evident that the practice of slash and burn has had the strongest influence on the transformation of the vegetation cover.However, we have to consider also that the introduction of Bah cattle to this territory has had a great impact on the modification of the environment. Meanwhile there is a tendency to increase the number of species or varieties of economic plants, in particular food plants

Developing Non-Fiction Book on Animal Characteristics to Stimulate Cognitive Development of Early Childhood

Early childhood cognitive development can be performed by developing the listening skill which begins with capturing information and knowledge. This research is intended to develop a non-fiction book about animal characteristics that can stimulate early childhood cognitive development. The development model used was Dick & Carey model that has been modified into seven steps. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires of experts, peer responses as well as observations and interviews on children. The data was analyzed by using Likert and Rating Scale. Research data was obtained from material experts, product design experts, peers responses and experiments on children. The results of the research indicate that non-fiction books about animal characteristics are included in criteria that are very feasible to be used to stimulate early childhood cognitive development
