    Tanah merupakan titik pemasukan sebagian besar bahan kedalam benda hidup. Pada suatu ekosistem tanah berbagai organism bertahan hidup dan berkompetisi dalam memperoleh ruang, oksigen, air, hara dan kebutuhan hidup lainnya baik secara simbiotik maupun non simbiotik serta menimbulkan berbagai bentuk interaksi antar individu. Berdasarkan habitatny ahewantanah ada yang digolongkan sebagaie pigeon, hemiedafon dan euedafon. Hewan epigeon hidup pada lapisan tumbuh-tumbuhan di permukaan tanah, hemiedafon pada lapisan organic tanah dan yang euedafon hidup pada tanah lapisan mineral. Berdasarkan kegiatan makannya hewan tanah ada yang bersifat herbivora, saprovora, fungivora, dan predator. Tujuan penelitian tentang inventarisasi serangga tanah di kawasan Arboretum Nyaru Menteng ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis serangga tanah, untuk mengetahui jenis serangga tanah yang mendominasi, untuk mengetahui indeks keanekaragaman dari serangga tanah dan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara factor abiotik dan biotic di Kawasan Arboretum Nyaru Menteng Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik eksplorasi yaitusegala cara untuk menetapkan lebih teliti atau seksama dalam suatu penelitian dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 347 ekor dari 6 famili di wilayah terbuka, sedangkan di wilayah tertutup diperoleh sebanyak 237 ekordari 8 famili. Nilai indek keanekaragaman di wilayah terbuka yang tertinggi yaitu 0,3678, sedangkan keanekaragaman di wilyah tertutup yang tertinggi yaitu 0,3156. Nilai INP serangga tanah di wilayah terbuka yaitu 50,53%, sedangkan di wilayah tertutup yaitu 30,44%. English Soil is the entry point of the great part of living materials. In the ecosystem of land, all organism survive and compete in obtaining the space, oxygen, water, and other main need symbiotically or insymbiotically and create all forms of interactions among individuals.Based on the habitat, the soil animals are classified asepigon, hemiedafon and uedafon. Epigeon animals live in layer of plants in the surface of soil, hemidefon in the soil organic and euedafon live in the mineral layer of soil. Based on the ways they eat, there are herbivore, saprovora, fungivorara and predator. The objective of the research about inventory of soil insect in the area of Arboretum NyaruMenteng is to know the kinds of soil insects, to know the kinds of soil insects which dominates and to know the index of the ariety of the soil insects and to know the correlation between the abiotik and biotic factors in the area of Arboretum NyaruMentengPalangka Raya. The method to be used is survey with exploration techniques in which all the ways are done to establish carefully in a study and document. The results of the research-showed that 347 insects of 6 families in the open area, while in the close area, there 237 of 8 families. The value of index of the variety of in the open area of which the highest is 0.3678, while the value of the index of the variety of the close area of which the highest is 0.3156. The value of INP of the soil insect is in the open are is 50.53%, while in the close area is 30.44%

    ABSTRACT            This research aims to know the implementation mechanism of transfer of land rights through buying and selling and the legal protection to the customary land of the Tengger tribe custom society. The land problems that happened a lot nowadays regarding to the legal certainty of land rights. The transfer of land rights through buying and selling to the Tengger Tribe Custom Society in Ngadas Village still conducted by private deed due to the society and cultural factors that are still subject to the customary law, they believe that their land does not need to be registered, moreover there have never been any land disputes in Ngadas Village. The problem formulation in this research is the implementation mechanism of transfer of land rights through buying and selling and the legal protection to the customary land of the Tengger Tribe Custom Society in Ngadas Village. The research method used is empirical juridical research type with sociological juridical approach. From the research results it can be concluded that the buying and selling process of lands conducted in Ngadas Village is legitimate, because the legal requirements are already fulfilled according to the Basic Agrarian Law Act and Article 1320. The certificate of communal land ownership of Tengger custom society is in accordance with the National Land Law. The freehold title to the local culture has a hereditary nature, the strongest and fulfilled as stipulated in Article 20 until Article 27 of the Basic Agrarian Law Act.Keywords: Transfer of Land Rights, Legal Protection, The Tengger Tribe Indigenous People ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui mekanisme pelaksanaan peralihan hak atas tanah melalui jual beli dan perlindungan hukum terhadap tanah adat masyarakat adat suku Tengger. Permasalahan pertanahan yang sering terjadi saat ini mengenai kepastian hukum hak atas tanah. Peralihan hak atas tanah melalui jual beli pada Masyarakat Adat Suku Tengger di Desa Ngadas masih dilakukan dengan akta dibawah tangan dikarenakan faktor masyarakat dan budaya yang masih tunduk pada hukum adat, mereka meyakini tanah milik mereka tidak perlu didaftarkan, selain itu tidak pernah ada sengketa tanah di Desa Ngadas. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mekanisme pelaksanaan peralihan hak atas tanah melalui jual beli dan perlindungan hukum terhadap tanah adat pada Masyarakat Adat Suku Tengger di Desa Ngadas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan proses jual beli tanah yang dilakukan di Desa Ngadas sah, karena sudah terpenuhi syarat sahnya jual beli menurut UUPA dan Pasal 1320. Sertifikat kepemilikan tanah komunal masyarakat adat Tengger telah sesuai dengan aturan Hukum Pertanahan Nasional. Sertifikat hak milik terhadap kearifan lokal tersebut memiliki sifat turun-temurun, terkuat dan terpenuh sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 20 hingga Pasal 27 UUPA.Kata Kunci: Peralihan Hak atas Tanah, Perlindungan Hukum, Masyarakat Adat Suku Tengge

    Abstrak Strategi untuk mempertahankan konsumen adalah dengan memberikan pelayanan yang baik dengan mengutamakan pada kepuasan konsumen. Konsumen selalu ingin mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik dan merasa puas sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Perbandingan antara pelayanan yang diterima dengan harapan, dapat digunakan sebagai ukuran menentukan kepuasan konsumen ditinjau dari pelayanan. Konsumen Lesehan Apung Pacet Mini Park (PMP), kemungkinan merasa sangat puas, puas, cukup puas, kurang puas, dan tidak puas terhadap layanan yang diterimanya. Penilaian untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen ditinjau dari pelayanan diukur menggunakan indikator kepuasan pelanggan yang berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui: 1) pelayanan yang diberikan Lesehan Apung PMP terhadap konsumen; 2) kepuasan konsumen ditinjau dari pelayanan Lesehan Apung PMP; dan 3) faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Lesehan Apung PMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah Lesehan Apung PMP. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Lesehan Apung PMP. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang konsumen lesehan apung dengan usia minimal 15 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif  kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) prosedur pelayanan yang ditetapkan oleh pihak manajemen lesehan apung sudah dilaksanakan oleh karyawan dengan baik, sehingga tidak menimbulkan komplain dari konsumen yang datang; 2) indikator kepuasan konsumen menunjukkan bahwa konsumen Lesehan Apung PMP sudah puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan; 3) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Lesehan Apung PMP berdasakan pada kualitas pelayanan dapat dilihat melalui hasil angket kepuasan konsumen, yaitu dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy). Customers always want to get good services and satisfied as expected. Comparison between good services services are obtained and desired, can be used to determining customer satisfaction of service. Consumer Lesehan Apung Pacet Mini Park (PMP), the possibilities are very satisfied, satisfied, fairly satisfied, not satisfied, and dissatisfied with the services. This study uses indicators of customer satisfaction is based on five dimensions of service quality, that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Lesehan Apung PMP’s services; 2) Lesehan Apung PMP’s customers satisfaction; and 3) Lesehan Apung PMP’s customers satisfaction factors. This study used quantitative descriptive analysis. Taken at Lesehan Apung PMP. The population in this study is Lesehan Apung PMP’s customers. Used 50 customers for sample with 15 years minimum ages. Data collecting technique of this study used questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. And used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are indicated that: 1) Lesehan Apung PMP’s service procedures  already exercised by the employees as well, so there are not any complaints from consumers; 2) satisfaction indicators shows that Lesehan Apung PMP’s customers are satisfied with the services; 3) Lesehan Apung PMP’s customer satisfaction factors can be seen from the results of customer satisfaction questionnaires, that is five dimensions of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy).     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki analisis kesulitan siswa dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris (studi kasus pada siswa kelas sepuluh MAS Darul Azhar Kutacane Masalah yang dihadapi siswa dalam berbicara adalah kurangnya kosa kata, merasa malu untuk berbicara, gugup, tertawa). Penggunaan bahasa ibu dan kurangnya latihan Semua permasalahan tersebut merupakan ciri dari kepercayaan diri yang rendah Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MAS Darul Azhar Kutacane Penelitian ini memilih semua siswa populasi sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling.Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan identifikasi, klasifikasi, deskripsi dan penjelasan. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan jawaban siswa dalam kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan siswa dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris diklasifikasikan ke dalam 30% karena kurang kosa kata, 25% karena malu dan gugup, 25% karena takut salah, dan 20% karena penggunaan kurangnya latihan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa kesulitan siswa dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris di kelas sepuluh siswa MAS Darul Azhar Kutacane

    The impact of brand image and service quality on consumer loyalty in the banking sector

    Purpose: The study aims to analyze the extent in which a bank is trying to provide the best service to survive in the long term and what is demanded from it to be the best banking company, by examining the increase of loyalty and Words of Mouth (WOM) of customers through brand image, service quality and customers satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach: This study is based on the answers of 130 respondents from the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The used method to colect data is the distribution of a questionnaire using a scale from 1-10. For the data analysis was used the Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS version 21 to test the causality of 8 research hypotheses. Findings: The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect between the quality of service and customer satisfaction, loyalty and WOM, while the brand image has no effect on satisfaction, loyalty and WOM. The result of this research shows that the indirect effect of service quality variable on loyalty is better than that of WOM. Practical implications: The findings suggested that the Bank BRI marketers should be more persistent in publically communicating the bank’s products which are offered to customers and prospective customers. Originality/value: This study examined the effect of brand image, service, customer service in order to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and WOM at the largest bank in Indonesia.peer-reviewe

    PENATALAKSANAAN FISIOTERAPI PADA TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT ET CAUSA OSTEOARTHRITIS GENU BILATERAL

    Background: Total Knee Replacement (TKR) et causa Osteoarthritis genu bilateral is a medical procedure for replacing the knee joint with an artificial material in the form of a plate. Weight gain or obesity may be the most common cause of meniscus/joint-cushion thinning. This will cause pain and limited range of motion after knee joint replacement surgery. By providing physiotherapy interventions in the form of IR, Tens and Exercise therapy based on the Rehabilitation Protocol for Knee Replacement Surgery, it is hoped that pain and functional limitations in the knee can return to normal soon. Purpose: the aim is to determine the effect of providing physiotherapy interventions in the form of IR, Tens and Exercise therapy in increasing functional ability in conditions after Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and causing bilateral genu osteoarthritis. Methods: this program is carried out directly to respondents with post-Total Knee Replacement (TKR) conditions and causes of bilateral genu osteoarthritis by administering 3 times of therapy to obtain results of increased functional ability as measured by scores on the KOOS index, namely T0: 36.406 to T3: 39.554. Conclusion: the provision of physiotherapeutic interventions in the form of IR, Tens and Exercise therapy after the case of Total Knee Replacement (TKR) et causa osteoarthritis genu bilateral is proven to reduce complaints in the form of edema, pain, limited range of motion of the joints, and decreased muscle strength which has an impact on increasing the functional abilities of the respondents

    This study aims to examine the background of the emergence of the sabil war saga and examine the influence of the sabil war saga on the spirit of the Acehnese people's struggle in the Aceh war against the Dutch (1873-1903). The method used is the historical method, so the steps used in this study include heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that in Aceh's war against the Dutch, it gave birth to its own mentality for the people of Aceh, there was resistance to maintain the dignity of the state while at the same time upholding the religion of Islam. The background of the emergence of the sabil war saga was during the Aceh war against the Netherlands. In the face of a prolonged war the sabil war saga became a kind of belief that became a source of strength, enthusiasm, and courage against the presence of the Dutch. Sabil war is jihad fisabilillah against all forms of colonialism that interfere with the religion of Islam and its homeland. The great influence of the sabil war saga has succeeded in igniting the spirit of jihad fisabilillah and is considered a very dangerous subversive work.     KEMENARIKAN SUNGAI MUSI SEBAGAI WISATA SUNGAI DI KOTA PALEMBANG

    Sungai Musi merupakan icon Kota Palembang. Sungai ini masih menjadi alternatif sarana transportasi masyarakat setempat. Sebagai kota tertua di Indonesia, Sungai Musi merupakan pusat kehidupan bagi masyarakat Palembang, salah satunya dalam bidang pariwisata.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kemenarikan Sungai Musi, mengidentifikasi karakteristik wisatawan, dan membuat strategi pengembangan wisata Sungai Musi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Pengambilan sampel manusia dilakukan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling dengan 105 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah rumus kemenarikan wisata model Fishbein dan Rosenberg, analisis persentase, skala Likert, dan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pulau Kemaro, Jembatan Ampera, dan Benteng Kuto Besak menjadi daya tarik wisata favorit berdasarkan penilaian wisatawan. Wisata sejarah dan budaya seperti Rumah Rakit dan Makam Ratu Bagus Kuning kurang diminati. Nilai kemenarikan wisata Sungai Musi tertinggi ada pada indikator transportasi yang digunakan dalam berwisata, keindahan Sungai Musi dan kenangan yang diberikan setelah berwisata. Indikator keamanan dan kebersihan di sekitar tempat wisata mendapatkan nilai kemenarikan terendah. Wisatawan yang datang ke wisata Sungai Musi didominasi oleh usia dewasa dan produktif, serta berasal dari Kota Palembang. Strategi-strategi dalam mengembangkan wisata Sungai Musi berdasarkan analisis SWOT, yaitu pengembangan program paket wisata susur Sungai Musi yang di dalamnya termasuk wisata religi, wisata budaya dan sejarah, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sarana kebersihan, penegakan hukum yang tegas dari pemerintah mengenai pembukaan lahan yang menyebabkan penyempitan dan pendangkalan sungai, memaksimalkan promosi dan pemasaran wisata Sungai Musi melalui media cetak dan elektronik bekerja sama dengan generasi muda yang memiliki banyak ide kreatif untuk membantu dalam perancangan media promosi.---------- Musi River is the icon of Palembang City. The river is still be an alternative of local public transport. As the oldest city in Indonesia, Musi River is the center of life for people in Palembang, one of them is in the field of tourism. The research objectives are to analyze the attractiveness of Musi River, to identify the characteristics of tourist, and to create the development strategies of Musi River tourism. Survey method is used in this study. The sampling is taken by using accidental sampling, acquiring 105 respondents. The data analysis that is used in this study are Fishbein-Rosenberg model, percentage analysis, Likert scale, and SWOT analysis. The results of this study show that Kemaro Island, Ampera Bridge, and Kuto Besak Fort are the top tourist attractions based on tourist assessment. Historical and cultural attractions such as Rumah Rakit and Makam Ratu Bagus Kuning get the lowest score. The indicators that get the highest score on tourist attractiveness in Musi River are the transport that is used during the tour, the beauty of Musi River and the memories that is given after traveled to the Musi River. Indicators of safety and hygiene near the tourist attraction get the lowest score. The tourists who come to the Musi River tour is dominated by productive adults and originated from Palembang City. The strategies to develop Musi River tour based on SWOT analysis such as developing the program of Musi River tour package that included religious, cultural and historical tourism, improving the quality and quantity of sanitary facilities, stricting the government law enforcement regarding land clearing which causes the river to become narrow and silt, maximizing the promotion and marketing of Musi River tour through the print and electronic media and cooperate with young people who have a lot of creative ideas to assist in designing the promotional media
