The current final project of career consists on the elaboration for the creation and starting up of an academy of languages in Bogota’s city focused in hospitality and tourism. Since it is about a private academy of languages, we will begin placing it inside the sector of the educational services, and for it, we are going to differ between the legal and not legal formation, being the last the one that belongs to our company. However, despite such recognition, it was verified that there is an "Unconstitutional State of Affairs" against the right of water and by default, in this scenario of violation, there are damages that conform to the typology known as environmental damages (ecological and impure); which are atribule to the administration under the tille of imputation of negligence in the public service due to the omission in the fulfillrnent of the positive obligation of protection and materialization of the obligations of the State, being in this sense an inefficiency and inefficiency in compliance of the functions. In the face of reparation rneasures, apart from the traditional ones, it considers that in this case complex measures must be dictated in order to avoid repeating the facts that have rnade the damages, already mentioned.El derecho al agua goza en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico del estatus de fundamental de acuerdo a los pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional, corporación que además ha decantado su contenido corno las obligaciones que se desprenden de éste para el Estado Colombiano. Sin embargo, a pesar de tal reconocimiento, se verificó que existe un Estado de Cosas lnconstitucional frente al derecho en comento y por consiguiente, ante este escenario de vulneración, se consolidan unos daños que se ajustan a la tipología conocida como daños ambientales (ecológicos y impuros); los cuales se atribuyen a la administración en virtud del titulo de imputación de falla en el servicio debido la omisión en el cumplimiento de la obligación positiva de protección y materialización de sus deberes, encontrándose en este sentido una ineficiencia e ineficacia en el cumplimiento de las funciones. La presente investigación tiene como propósito analizar las identidades del joven cervantino, latentes en su discurso cotidiano; en especial, estudiantes de grado décimo de secundaria de la jornada tarde, del colegio Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra de Bogotá. A partir de un estudio etnográfico se realizó el recorrido investigativo, el cual posibilitó conocer y comprender las concepciones y percepciones de los estudiantes, docentes, padres de familia entrevistados y los autores referenciados; como miembros vitales en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la comunidad educativa. Por consiguiente, se logró vislumbrar las apuestas culturales de los jóvenes en la institución y como esto les permite proyectar su vida a futuro y como se abren paso en una sociedad creada para adultos
