Проблеми соціально-психологічної адаптації курсантів національної гвардії України до навчання

Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign sources, the article considers the definition of the concept of adaptation and socio-psychological adaptation. The basic levels of adaptation of cadets to the conditions of study in the military higher education are revealed: 1) partial adaptability; 2) sufficient adaptability; 3) full adaptability. The basic approaches of the Ukrainian scientists in the study of social and psychological adaptation of cadets are considered. The concept is introduced: social and psychological adaptation of the cadets of the National Guard of Ukraine is the process of acquiring them social and psychological status, mastering certain social role functions as a result of adaptation to new living conditions, new people and values. There were four stages of social and psychological adaptation of cadets: preparatory or vocational guidance (the stage of professional self-determination of entrants, related to the formation of skills to overcome the difficulties of the first period of adaptation to study); orientation (assimilation of regulatory aspects of the new social environment); adaptive (adaptation to the peculiarities and requirements of educational and service activities, to the microclimate of the training cadet group); the stage of self-esteem (self-assessment of one’s own professional choice and behavior in the group, the stage of active formation of «I-concept»). The main features of training at a higher military educational institution were revealed. Stages of social-psychological adaptation of cadets to the conditions of military service were formed. Environmental factors that negatively influence the cognitive activity of cadets were considered. The factors that influence the psychosocial sphere are revealed. Observing, we have found that the most difficult period of study at the institution is the first course. It is during the first year of study that the formation of an independent personality takes place, life values and guidelines are determined. Adaptation of the cadet to training in higher military education plays an important role in this development. It is precisely on how easily and quickly this period will pass that the mental state of the cadet depends on his success and future professional activity. The primary task of commanders, course officers, and educators is to help cadets successfully pass the mandatory adaptation period.У статті розкрито поняття «адаптація», «соціально-психологічна адаптація», «професійна адаптація». Проаналізовано основні підходи до виокремлення основних проблем соціально-психологічної адаптації. Розглянуто етапи соціально-психологічної адаптації. Описано етапи адаптації які притаманні саме курсантам. Виділено зовнішні та внутрішні фактори професійної адаптації. Перераховано складові професійної адаптації. Зроблено висновки в яких висвітлено основні проблеми, які заважають курсантам швидко адаптуватися до умов навчання

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF REPUTATION RISK MANAGEMENT IN BANKS

The success of banking institution directly depends not only on the quality of provided services, but also on the reputation of bank on the market. This issue is especially acute for the bank, since its effectiveness largely depends on the behavior and degree of trust in it by customers, creditors, the state, counterparties and partners. Therefore, for the banking business, the threat of reputation loss has taken one of the first places in the list of the most significant risks. The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles for improving the management system of reputational risk in banking. The object of the research is the process of managing the reputational risk in banks, and the subject of the research is theoretical and methodical approaches to the management of reputational risk in banks. The study of scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists and the regulatory framework made it possible to generalize the main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "reputational risk". It has been found that most of the authors of the considered methodical approaches concerning reputation and risk in banks do not distinguish between the concepts of "business reputation" and "reputational risk". Reputation risk is associated with the loss of business reputation, trust and loyalty to the bank on the part of customers and partners, i.e. concerns the management of relations with interested persons. It has been proven that reputation risk can arise as a result of other types of banking risks, or the appearance of such factors as information asymmetry. It has been established that the main measures to minimize the risk of loss of business reputation (reputational risk) in banks are: the implementation of an appropriate information policy, which would involve the publication of information about the bank on the bank's official website and in the mass media, aimed at maintaining the positive reputation of the bank and its image; the participation in thematic conferences, meetings and current interaction with participants of the financial market, settlement of disputed issues by clients and partners of the bank in working order

Fiscal Operations on the Way of Ensuring Budget Security of Ukraine in Crisis

Ukraine, like many other countries in the world, aims to ensure sustainable economic growth by comprehensive socio-economic reform. At the same time, the factors that impede the effectiveness of its implementation pose a threat to financial security due to the loss of its stability. Such multifaceted factors include the spread of globalization and digitalization, which, along with new opportunities, create new challenges and threats, which in turn require a reliable economic foundation and support for financial stability, centralized funds and long-term financial resources. An important tool, among others, is budget policy, which combines regulatory and fiscal functions of the budget process. It optimally and continuously supports the creation of resources for the reduction of threats and development of the economy through budget expenditures, and an indicator of its effectiveness is budget security. Thus, the unresolved issues of budget security, as a strategic direction of financial security, in the relationship and interaction with fiscal sustainability led to the choice of research subject, its purpose and objectives. Paying tribute to the contribution of scientists, we should note that the issue of improving budget security in terms of considering the impact of fiscal sustainability on it requires further research. The purpose and objectives of the study are to generalize and systematize the theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to budget security, impact assessment and development of proposals for strengthening budget security by improving budget and fiscal policy, strengthening fiscal sustainability. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were defined: the theoretical foundations of budget security were generalized; the role and importance of fiscal policy and fiscal sustainability in ensuring budget security were described; the diagnostics of budget security in Ukraine were carried out; the level of fiscal sustainability was analyzed and its impact on Ukraine's budget security was assessed; the practical recommendations for strengthening budget security by fiscal sustainability reinforcement were developed

Сьогодні неможливо уявити світ без новітніх засобів передачі інформації, спроможних забезпечити ефективний інформаційний потік до цільових отримувачів. Технічні засоби комунікацій застосовуються практично в усіх сферах діяльності, зокрема, це стосується й маркетингової діяльності підприємств та фірм. Використання новітніх інформаційних технологій дозволяє не лише спростити роботу маркетингових служб, а й зробити її більш ефективною. Змінюються та з’являються нові потреби у споживачів, посилюється конкуренція на внутрішньому та зовнішньому ринках, з’являються нові можливості ведення бізнесу, нові технології та інновації тощо [1]. В связи с появлением новых потребностей у потребителей, усиливается конкуренция на внутреннем и внешнем рынках, появляются новые возможности ведения бизнеса, новые технологии и инновации. Определено, что современный интернет-пользователь является привлекательным целевым сегментом для многих компаний, поскольку он большую часть времени проводит в сети, работает и отдыхает. Поэтому для успешного ведения бизнеса сегодня особенно актуальным является использование всех возможностей Интернет для продвижения и сбыта продукции и удержания потребителя. In regard with the appearance of new needs from consumers, the competition in the domestic and foreign markets increases, new business opportunities, new technologies and innovations appear. The current situation requires finding new methods for disseminating information, taking into account its compulsory efficiency, the mass requests for it, and the existence of a high level of trust among people. It has been determined that with the advent and development of computer technology, especially thanks to the dynamic cyber evolution of the global network Internet, a modern Internet user is an attractive target segment for many companies, since he spends most of his time online, working and relaxing. Therefore, for successful business today, it is especially important to use all the possibilities of the Internet for product’s promotion, sale and consumer’s holding. The emergence of the Internet has fundamentally changed the development of the communication environment by transforming the concept of a social network as connections between individuals solely in real space. Communication in social networks changes the perception of time and space, forms a new discourse and changes the nature of interaction between individuals. The Psychodrama Method of Group Psychotherapy

The article presents a theoretical-methodological analysis of the psychodrama method of group psychotherapy. It examines the aim, objectives, advantages, peculiarities and structure of classical psychodrama as a method of group psychotherapy. Also, the article attempts to define psychodrama as a group psychotherapy process. It studies the links between psychodrama and methods of various psychological approaches. Importantly, the article suggests a phenomenological approach to studying the interaction among the participants in psychodramatic psychotherapy groups to develop effective technologies for implementing psychodramatic techniques. It justifies the methodological and methodical essence of psychodramatic technologies in group psychotherapy, its main characteristics and goals. From the perspective of an integrative approach, psychodramatic technologies in group psychotherapy ensure the interrelation and interdependence of its psychodiagnostic and psychodevelopmental components. Meanwhile, the article considers the organizational, methodical and structural-dynamic features of using the interactive and role-playing method in group psychotherapy depending on the type of psychodrama. It shows how one can practically apply the “mirroring” psychotechnique in combination with the fairy tale metaphor (the method of enacting a fairy tale) in all types of psychodrama, along with an analysis of the advantages of its use and resourcefulness. Finally, the article discusses a methodical combination of psychodrama and transactional analysis within the “psychodramatic triangle” technique. It provides methodical recommendations for emotional disorder correction using the psychodrama method. The relevant indicators of the effectiveness and efficiency of the psychodrama method in group psychotherapy include catharsis, insight, expressions of trust and a sense of comfort in the space of group interaction and feedback, as an existing objective reality.</p

Визначення напружень в металоконструкції мостового крана при використанні ходових коліс нової конструкції

This paper proposes a method to experimentally study the stressed state of the metallic structure of an overhead crane when using running wheels of different designs. The study employed a functioning electric, supporting, double-girder overhead crane with a capacity of 5&nbsp;tons and a run of 22.5&nbsp;m. Strain gauges assembled in a semi-bridge circuit and connected to the analog-digital converter Zetlab210 (Russia) were used to determine the girder deformations at the time of hoisting and moving cargoes of different masses. The cargo was lifted and displaced under the same conditions, on the regular wheels of a cargo trolley and the wheels with an elastic rubber insert. The girder deformation diagrams were constructed. The subsequent recalculation produced the stressed state's dependences at each point of cargo movement when using both regular wheels and the wheels with an elastic rubber insert. Also established were the dependences and the duration of oscillations that occur over the cycle of cargo lifting and moving. The experimental study cycle included cargo lifting in the far-left position by a trolley, moving the cargo to the far-right position, and returning the trolley with the cargo to its original position. It should be noted that the application of a new, modernized design of the running wheels of a cargo trolley with an elastic rubber insert effectively dampen the oscillations in the metallic structure of the crane. The experimental study's results helped establish an 18&nbsp;% reduction in stresses in the girder of the overhead crane, as well as a decrease in peak vibrations, by 20&nbsp;seconds, at the same cycles of cargo hoisting and moving. In addition, using wheels with an elastic rubber insert reduces the period of oscillation damping at the end of the cycle of cargo movement, by at least 30&nbsp;%.Предложен метод экспериментального исследования напряженного состояния металлоконструкции мостового крана при использовании ходовых колес различной конструкции. Исследование проводилось на действующем электрическом, опорном, двухбалочного мостовом кране грузоподъемностью 5&nbsp; т, пролетом 22,5 м. С помощью тензорезисторов, собранных в полумостовую схему и подключенных к аналого-цифровому преобразователю Zetlab 210 (Россия), были определены деформации главной балки в момент подъема и перемещение груза различной массы. Подъем и перемещение груза, был проведен при одинаковых условиях. На штатных колесах грузовой тележки и на колесах с эластичной резиновой вставкой. Были получены графики деформации главной балки. В дальнейшем пересчете получены зависимости напряженного состояния в каждом моменте перемещения груза при использовании как штатных колес, так и колес с эластичной резиновой вставкой. Также были обнаружены зависимости и продолжительности колебаний, которые возникают в течение цикла подъема и перемещения груза. Цикл экспериментального исследования состоял из подъема груза в крайнем левом положении грузовой тележкой, перемещении груза в крайнее правое положение и возвращение грузовой тележки с грузом в исходное положение. Особо следует отметить, что применение новой, модернизированной конструкции ходовых колес грузовой тележки с эластичной резиновой вставкой эффективно гасят колебания в металлоконструкции крана. По итогам экспериментальных исследований было выявлено уменьшение напряжений в главной балке мостового крана на 18&nbsp;% и уменьшение пиковых вибраций на 20 секунд при одинаковых циклах подъема и перемещения груза. Также при использовании колес с эластичной резиновой вставкой уменьшается период затухания колебаний окончания цикла перемещения груза по меньшей мере на 30&nbsp;%.Запропоновано метод експериментального дослідження напруженого стану металоконструкції мостового крану при використанні ходових коліс різної конструкції. Дослідження проводилось на діючому електричному, опорному, двобалковому мостовому крані вантажопідйомністю 5 т, та прогоном 22,5 м. За допомогою тензорезисторів, зібраних в напівмостову схему та підключених до аналого-цифрового перетворювача Zetlab 210 (Росія), були визначені деформації головної балки в момент підйому та переміщення вантажу різної маси. Підйом та переміщення вантажу, було проведено при однакових умовах на штатних колесах вантажного візка та на колесах з еластичною гумовою вставкою. Були отримані графіки деформації головної балки. В подальшому перерахунку отримані залежності напруженого стану в кожному моменті переміщення вантажу при використані як штатних коліс так і коліс з еластичною гумовою вставкою. Також були виявлені залежності та тривалості коливань, які виникають в продовж циклу підйому та переміщення вантажу. Цикл експериментального дослідження складався з підйому вантажу в крайньому лівому положенні вантажним візком, переміщенні вантажу в крайнє праве положення та повернення вантажного візка з вантажем в початкове положення. Особливо слід відзначити, що застосування нової, модернізованої конструкції ходових коліс вантажного візка з еластичною гумовою вставкою ефективно гасять коливання в металоконструкції крана. За підсумками експериментальних досліджень було виявлено зменшення напружень в головній балці мостового крану на 18&nbsp;% та зменшення пікових вібрацій на 20 секунд при однакових циклах підйому та переміщення вантажу. Також при використанні коліс з еластичною гумовою вставкою зменшується період згасання коливань закінчення циклу переміщення вантажу щонайменше на 30&nbsp;%

Improving the manufacturing technology of sensing gas sensors based on zinc oxide by using the method of magnetron sputtering on direct current

A gas sensor based on zinc oxide obtained by magnetron spraying at direct current was investigated. There are methods of deposition of zinc oxide nanostructures such as thermal evaporation, chemical vapor deposition, organometallic chemical vapor deposition, magnetron sputtering, pulsed laser deposition, and hydrothermal process. The least investigated is magnetron sputtering. To obtain films, a vacuum unit VUP-5M with an original material-saving magnetron was used. Studies into the sensitivity and speed of the gas sensor based on ZnO with respect to the target gas – ethanol of different concentrations – were carried out. The resulting experimental dependences of the sensitivity of the gas sensor on the concentration of the target gas demonstrate that with increasing concentration of the target gas, the resistance decreased while the sensitivity of the sample increased. It was established that the change in the resistance of the test sample is proportional to the change in the concentration of the target gas. After the sensor surface becomes saturated with adsorbed molecules, the resistance no longer decreases, even if the gas concentration continues to increase. The reaction of the gas sensor to the target gas – ethanol – at concentrations above 150 ppm was almost absent. The time required to achieve the maximum response value should be lower at higher target gas concentrations. Sensitivity reaction repeatability studies were conducted to measure the resistance of a gas sensor based on ZnO in a target gas atmosphere with a concentration of 150 ppm. It was found that the gas sensor demonstrates excellent stability and consistent sensitivity reaction when re-exposed to the target gas – ethanol. It was established that the reaction time of a gas sensor based on ZnO to the target gas at each repeated exposure does not exceed 10 s. This repeatability index allows us to assert the stability of the ZnO-based gas sensor in an ethanol atmosphere under standard condition
