Obligatory insurances as an advantage of traditional tourism against collaborative tourism

La adaptación de las fórmulas de la economía colaborativa al transporte y al hospedaje ha supuesto un cambio sustancial en el propio concepto de turismo. La industria turística tradicional asiste con preocupación a un aumento exponencial del número de usuarios que optan por plataformas alternativas que ofrecen sus servicios a un precio notablemente más económico. La presente comunicación tiene por objeto el análisis de los diferentes seguros de obligatoria contratación en materia turística como ventaja que ofrecen los empresarios del sector frente a los servicios emergentes que, a través de internet, ponen en común la oferta y demanda entre particulares a los que no se les exigen tales garantías.The adjustment of the sharing economy to the transport and accommodation has changed substantially the concept of Tourism. The traditional tourism industry is worried about the exponential increase in the number of users who choose alternative platforms that offer their services at a significantly cheaper price. Extrinsic isoperimetry and compactification of minimal surfaces in Euclidean and hyperbolic spaces

We study the topology of (properly) immersed complete minimal surfaces P 2 in Hyperbolic and Euclidean spaces which have finite total extrinsic curvature, using some isoperimetric inequalities satisfied by the extrinsic balls in these surfaces (see [10]). We present an alternative and unified proof of the Chern-Osserman inequality satisfied by these minimal surfaces (in ℝ n and in ℕ n (b)), based in the isoperimetric analysis mentioned above. Finally, we show a Chern-Osserman-type equality attained by complete minimal surfaces in the Hyperbolic space with finite total extrinsic curvature
